Beautiful waterfront on Wapato Point

We had a wonderful 60th birthday celebration with our family at this property. The location was perfect and the home just made so much sense. The photos do not do this home justice (and the owner Nancy told us she needed to update the photos). This is a gorgeous home! Our communication with the owner was also excellent. Thank you for making my husband's birthday special. Would love to rent this property again at our next family celebration.

Excellent location, very responsive owner! Nothing can beat that you have your own beach, access to the water was very easy. The house is very large and good layout makes it good for family reunions.

This home is beautiful, right on the end of Wapato Point in a lovely upscale neighborhood, and with a feeling of privacy and almost like being on a boat the water is so close. Beach access was easy and the children enjoyed playing on the sandy beach below the grass lawn. The whole house was decorated warmly and the 5 bedrooms easily accommodated our large group of 11 people including 4 children age 3 through 7. There were a lot of family activities within the resort including miniature golf, pickleball, tennis, swimming, and we brought a sailboat and a motorboat which Wapato Point Resort could accomodate. The owner/property manager answered all our questions, and was very accessible and easy to work with. I'd highly recommend this property! We all loved it!

Our multi-generation family gathering in Wapato Point was just lovely. This house is right in the water, with a spectacular deck and lawn, enough space for a large family to gather comfortably, and cook and share meals easily. Bedrooms were comfortable and some have great lake views. Communications were easy and quick with owner. Nearby town of Manson has a great food market, cafe, yoga studio, etc and it’s walkable from the house. The amenities within the resort - putt putt golf, playgrounds, open fields - made having kids there easy. We would happily return to this spot!

Our week could not have been better. Nancy’s home on the water provided all of us the perfect setting for a week of fun, and the weather in late September was beautiful. The deck was especially nice as it was big enough for all of to eat together and also, at times, find space to read and visit. Bring your paddle boards, several of our group tried it for the first time. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook in, which we did every night. The 5 bedrooms were just what needed, so all in all, we had a wonderful week.

The vacation rental was amazing! It was positioned in a picture perfect venue of peace and tranquility.
The home satisfied our needs as a family and was in close walking distance to the amenities.

Great Place
Came here with my family and had a fantastic time! Great old house with nice open floor plan and was very clean. We are all adults so it was nice being able to stay in a house that didn’t have bunk beds. Will definitely be coming back!

Nice getaway
The house was right on the water and worked well for our group. Wapato had fun activities for the kids and was easy to navigate. It is a short drive to downtown Chelan. Overall a good place to relax with the family!

Spring break on Lake Chelan
Wonderful home! It was charming and old fashion. This made it feel almost like it was ours and had been a part of our family for generations. The kitchen had all the gadgets and tools we needed and more. Views from almost every room! The only down side was that the lake was down about 15 ft. We didn’t realize that would be the case this time of year.

Perfect winter/snowy getaway for our family
We just returned from Nancy's wonderful property - we spent a week there in the snow. Blindingly sunny some days, snowy wonderland on others - we had a great time exploring the area, sledding, skating, going to the pool, and just hanging out in the warm, comfortable house playing board games and walking on the snow covered beach. Perfect spot, great in the winter too!

Holiday weekend getaway
We came over to celebrate a birthday and we didn’t want to leave. House is comfortable, roomy and well equipped. On the deck we star gazed at night and drank coffee in the morning. We enjoyed putt putt golf, swimming, fishing, and a fireworks show. House is steps from the beach and is close to downtown Manson. If you decide to come when there is snow, check out Echo Valley and take the kids sledding.

New Years fun
Great property. It is right on the water and absolutely beautiful. We utilized the facilities on site, the ice skating and swimming were so close and convenient. We had a great time.

Great home, great location, great owner!
We had everything from an infant to our older parents with us on this stay, and we found the house exceedingly comfortable and well-stocked, and well thought out for the needs of the location. It felt like staying at a friend's place, where everything you could need is available to you - from baby gates to books, games, movies, floaties, even a stroller. The owner was easy to get a hold of worked with us on a few issues. For the most part, the only issues were obviously from the cleaning person not doing a good job, and nothing really with the home (and that was more than made up for with an available owner). There's a store about a mile away for what you forget, and the water access is unbeatable!

Beautiful location at Wapato Point
We had a great week at this property. It is perfectly located right on the water and near the park. There is a good amount of boat traffic out in front of the house but it is still very nice for swimming. Lots of great deck space and shade in the afternoon on the lawn.
Remember to bring your own beach towels, but the house has everything else. The owner, Nancy, is very responsive to any questions. We would love to come back.

Fabulous Family Escape
Our family was looking for a change of scenery after so many weeks of being confined to home. We loved everything about this amazing house. So much room to spread out and enjoy ourselves. This home has a very comfortable feel and had literally everything we needed. The dining table was large enough for the whole family to eat meals together, and then play table tennis after dinner. I loved that we could walk right down to the water and walk along the beach. Boat and jet ski rentals were 3 minutes away. We are definitely looking forward to staying at this home again.

Amazing location!
Our family had the best Memorial Day on the lake. I’ve been going to lake chelan for 20 years and this is by far the best location on the lake. This house has plenty of space (5 rooms) and great views from the living space. It sits right up to the water and is next door to a beach front. It’s also in walking distance to the pool (don’t miss the trail!). The amenities at wapato point are wonderful (enclosed neighborhood, rentals, pool, mini golf, beaches).

Amazing!
We had an amazing time at Wapato point. The house is super clean, has everything you need. The view is fantastic, you get access to swimming pools, trails, watercraft rental and special activities like marshmallows. We will be back again.

Beautiful setting on Lake Chelan
We loved gathering our tennis group at this lovely home this past weekend. The house was roomy enough for all of us and the location on the lake was amazing. We particularly loved the back deck with chaise lounges so we could all enjoy the view of the lake together. Highly recommend this beautiful home.

Great house with beautiful lake view
Very comfortable house that easily accommodated 9 adults. Well equipped kitchen. Huge deck with unobstructed view of Lake Chelan that is only a few steps away. Owner was a pleasure to interact with. Access to Wapato Point community amenities an unexpected bonus. We really enjoyed our stay here. Recommended.

Just returning from a fabulous 3 night stay at this gorgeous Wapato Point luxury home!
A group of men, who for 40 years have been gathering together for "Boy's Weekend,"
have never had such fun renewing friendships with laughs, good eats and golf. The
close proximity to fabulous golf courses and wine tasting really made the weekend a
unique time for all ! It was excellent to have luxury beds for all -most with the privacy of
bathrooms. We truly appreciate that you share your magnificent home with others who will not soon forget the beauty of Lake Chelan -directly in view the entire stay !

Wonderful setting
You couldn't ask for a better setting and the house had plenty of room and space for four couples with a large great room for gathering. The outside deck is glorious and kayaks can be launched right from the property. We would definitely rent again.

Just Beautiful
The house was wonderful. Very roomy for 10 people. We hung out on the deck and enjoyed the glorious view even tho the water was cold. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of activities and a terrific place to walk, taste wine and just enjoy each others company. Definitely would book it again.

Great winter getaway!
We really enjoyed our New Year's Weekend with friends on Wapato Point. Great views of the lake, perfect sized hills nearby for sledding and fireplace to warm up to! The size and layout of the house was well suited for both our families to relax in comfortably. Wapato has some great winter activities for kids.

Fantastic waterfront home
It doesn't get any better than this. Total charm with perfect waterfront access and play space. Each of the five bedrooms was spacious and had lake views. The home was clean and well equipped.
