Completely Renovated Salt Box with Ocean Views & Easy Beach Access
Classique Box sel avec 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains situées sur l'accès à la plage route avec une courte promenade de bloc à l'accès à la plage publique. Grand pont avant et le toit terrasse avec vue sur l'océan. Entièrement rénové en 2015. Nouvelle cuisine avec comptoirs en granit, un nouveau plancher de tuiles dans les zones et les salles de bains communes, une nouvelle moquette dans les chambres, salles de bains modernes, TV à écran plat dans chaque chambre, Wi-Fi et Netfilx. Chambre des maîtres avec lit queen et salle de bain attenante, Chambre d'hôtes avec grand lit, Chambre d'hôtes avec lits jumeaux sur lit superposé pleine. Canapé coupe dans le salon avec canapé-lit grand format. Sous la maison en cours de rénovation pour inclure laveuse / sécheuse, douche fermée, salon de jardin, Grill, ventilateurs de plafond et un système stéréo.

The location is great. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, pharmacy.
On the other hand, the beds and sofa, were so uncomfortable. The cleaning was very poor. We found a used condom underneath the bed. It’s unfortunate because we have a 3 year old that wants to explore everywhere.

House was super clean , super close to the beach that we were able to walk there in the morning , noon, and evening! We never had to go out and buy anything minus our food! A.C. Works amazing and the fan and tv in each room is a plus! We brought sand toys for our daughter but there were extras just incase along with boogie boards too! Will deff come back if available ! Kudos to these owners !

Location was perfect for a family with teenagers! Beach is a minute walk from the house as well as anything else we need within walking distance. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for us and the kids to enjoy our vacation worry free! Kids enjoyed the bikes since they could not bring outs on the trip!

Perfect little getaway!
You immediately feel at home as you walk in. Clean, bright, and decorated just right for a beach house.
Extraordinarily equipped with everything you might need in the kitchen as well as a box fan for white noise, a hammock, plenty of pillows, comfy quilt in master bedroom closet, good water pressure and great air conditioning.
Bed in master was very comfortable.
Very short walk to beach.

We loved the house - perfect size and location... we walked to the beach and restaurants. Clean and well stocked with all you need for a comfortable stay. Chris is a great host; good comms and lots of great suggestions.

This was our first time in the OBX. We had an amazing time. The house was so cute and cozy. It was super clean, and had everything we needed. The host, Chris, was amazing at letting us know that the home was ready for us early and let us go right in. Steps from the beach with a great view. Will definitely book again!

The house was wonderful, very close to ocean. I loved all the outdoor furniture and grill! My fiance and I got to spend a little time at the beach but just sitting on the porch or lower patio was our favorite part. We look forward to staying again soon with our son.

First of all, Chris was easy to work/communicate with. The house was perfectly centralized and close to shopping centers. It was a perfect size with plenty of space for my kids and I to enjoy. My kids enjoyed the hammocks at night and hanging out in the crows nest up top. Nice open concept between the kitchen/dining and living room. Kitchen was fully stocked with clean pots, pans, utensils and silverware. If you're looking for convenience, this is the house. Thank you!

Stayed for a week with 2 adults and 2 kids. The quick walk to the beach, close location to restaurants and stores, and the overall property itself make this the perfect place to stay in Kitty Hawk. Kids loved the tv's in their rooms and the deck on the roof for viewing the ocean. Needed to contact the hosts a couple of times throughout the stay and they were kind and very responsive. We plan on returning again next year.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay here. Accomodated 6 of us with no problem. Large TVs in living room and all 3 bedrooms. The appliances work well and everything we needed in the kitchen was provided. Very nice for our group.

There were no troubles with my stay. The location was convenient to the beach and the stores (for basic needs). The house was clean and comfortable. All this adds up to a relaxing weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sweet Adeline. The house was really clean and check in was super easy as well. It's walking distance to the beach and there are so many great restaurants close by; we dined out every night!

Very peaceful and comfortable stay at Sweet Adeline! The house is tucked away but provided easy access to the beach, stores and restaurants. We loved being within a short walk to the beach, and hearing the waves from the front deck was amazing. Although we didn’t use the outdoor space much due to the windy weather, the grill and outdoor shower was nice to have.
Chris and Sean always responded quickly and communicated well from the time we booked to the time we checked out. Clear instructions were provided prior to check in. We didn’t need to contact them during our stay, and they respected our privacy.
Overall, we had an enjoyable time, and my wife and I would return in the future.

This is my 3rd time staying at Sweet Adeline’s and it never disappoints. Extremely clean home with modern beach look, comfortable beds and updated appliances. Great communication (as always) with Chris and Sean. The location is a quick two minute walk to the beach.

This probably was THE BEST. We were fairly close to the beach access. The house was full stocked with dishes, cups, beach supplies, etc.
The outdoor shower was hot/cold which was a plus!
We will definitely be returning to this sweet Adeline beach house!

This is our 2nd time staying at Sweet Adeline for our family (2 + 2 adult children) and once again it did not disappoint. The house is perfect if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing beach vacation. Public beach access is right at the end of the street and the location at the top end of the island is less hectic while still being close enough to restaurants and shopping. The property is well maintained, neat as a pin and CLEAN! Check in is easy and the owers are fantastic with communication. Responding to text messages immediately. Just a wonderful expereince overall and one we plan to repeat next year! One of the best properties where we've ever stayed and would recommend without reservation.

This was our first VRBO experience and it will be a hard one to top. The house was very clean and obviously well maintained. The owner was very responsive and kept open lines of communication both before and during our stay.
The amenities were great - it was super convenient to have the gas grill on the property, our kids enjoyed the kites and beach toys and Disney+ at the property. The access to the beach was amazing - literally it was a 2 minute walk.
Thanks again for sharing your beach home with us, it was a trip we won’t forget!

Exactly as advertised! We had a lot of useful amenities. The a/c worked very well and the Wi-Fi was great. All the appliances were very nice and a pretty well stocked kitchen. Close to the ocean and within easy driving distance to a lot of places. Would recommend this for families as there were many beach items for teens and toddlers

It was a really nice home. We come down with multiple families every year and finally had so many so we needed a 2nd house. This was a great choice. Price was well worth it. Came with bikes and toys as well. Its a basic beach house that is well kept and clean. It was closer to the beach than I thought.

We really enjoyed our stay at this well maintained and lovely beach home! Everything was exactly as pictured and dealing with Chris and Sean was a breeze😉. We will recommend Sweet Adeline to our family and friends. The beach access is a 2-3 minute walk and the beach atmosphere is family friendly. Loved it!!

Sweet Adeline is a wonderful beach house located 2 blocks from the beach. The house was extremely cleaned and very welcoming. Our boys loved the tv in each bedroom. It really has everything one needs when at the beach: bikes, games, very nice kitchen, nice size bedrooms, a laundry room, an outdoor shower and a small crow's nest. Walmart is barely a mile from the house. However, Duck Donuts is within walking distance :-) We really enjoyed our stay there and we will be back for sure! Thank you so much for taking such great care of Sweet Adeline and for allowing us to spend a week there.

The house was quaint and had everything you needed. Short distance to the beach made it a quick walk. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best but we went shopping and had dinners. At night we would watch a movie and between Hulu and Netflix we had a great variety. Would stay again!

Sweet Addie was the perfect place for our little family to stay in! It was a brief walk to the beach at a great location. It was perfect with our 2.5 year old. The property was clean, well kept up and stocked! I hope we get to come back to this property again. We will be recommending it to our friends and family!

We had such a great stay at Sweet Adeline. Just a few steps to the gorgeous beach, the kids had so much fun playing at the beach. Local fishing and plenty to do in the area. Will definitely consider coming back here on a future family vaca.

Stayed for 1 week with 2 adults and 2 kids (ages 5 and 9). The house is clean and nicely updated and it's a very quick walk to the beach. We had so much fun on the beach and visiting nearby attractions like the aquarium.
