Hot tub was awesome. Great location to Manitou Springs. Had everything we needed for our stay there. Really enjoyed our time there.

Cabin is in a great location, close to Colorado Springs but far enough away that you can enjoy the peace of the mountains. There are several trailheads within walking distance, and the hot tub was perfect after our days of white water rafting or hiking.

We stayed in a beautiful little cabin, close to town. Had a little hickup with reservations, the owners were very accommodating and helpful in more ways than one. We would definitely go back!!

We had an awesome trip. The owner/manager worked with us backing up our trip. The cabin is beautiful. The hot tub was perfectly clean. We will definitely be trying to stay at other properties owned/managed by Alexandria Hopper. Thanks for everything!

The hot tub was great! The neighborhood was really great! We enjoyed breakfast at The Pantry and had great appetizers and drinks at The Blue Moose in the town center. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Beautiful property! Perfect size for the 6 of us and our dog. It snowed during our time there and was just stunning all around. Got to see 6 beautiful deer, enjoyed the cog rail going up Pikes peak and just a couple hours down the road we did snow tubing at Echo Mountain. The kids enjoyed their time there and were not ready to leave at all ! Would totally stay here again. —Kristy—

Had an amazing time & would recommend!

This property would have been a great place to stay, if it were clean! The absolute positives about the property: it’s in a quiet neighborhood area and has great views with several large picture windows. It’s spaces are cozy and suited for small groups. But that’s where the enjoyment for this property stops. My wife and I got there Saturday night and noticed a majority of the windows were left unlocked. Every bath towel smelled of mildew and there were damp towels left in the dryer from a previous visit. Dead remotes with no replacement 9 volts available. After 5 mins of walking around our socks had rocks, hair, dirt, and grass stuck to them. I did a quick sweep thinking all would be fine, but the next day as it was light out, I noticed the entire kitchen covered in a film of cooking grease that had been carelessly smeared around. I decided to wipe the counter tops and the paper towels turned grey because of the dust and dirt. At that point I realized this place was filthy. I ran down to Walmart and bought our own cleaning supplies, towels and batteries, and for 4 hours on Sunday on my VACATION, I cleaned the entire house! I know that sounds nuts, but I wasn’t going to spend 5 more nights in that mess! I wish I could post pictures of the cleanup process. Gross amounts of hair, dirt, and grime swept off the floor, towels that turned grey after wiping granite countertops, and mop water that went from clear to almost black when finished! After cleaning and purchasing our own necessities, it was a nice stay, seriously. I didn’t originally notify the host of the condition because I didn’t want to have someone coming to clean while we were staying. But we had two surprise visits without notice anyway. Someone came to address the hot tub once and one day there was another vehicle parked in the driveway and two guys on the porch. They were doing maintenance work and were very polite, but the host could have at least notified us of these visits. We have stayed at another rental from this host and experienced similar issues with smelly towels or amenities that don’t function. I’m writing this review over a week from staying, because after checking out I notified the host of the condition of the house and left all my contact info so she could get pictures and understand my situation. A week has gone by and I’ve heard nothing, so I’m posting this review today so future guests will hopefully know what to expect. I am very likely done renting from this host.

Our stay at this cottage in Green Mountain Falls was all we could ask for and more. There were 6 of us for 5 days. We had plenty of room, comfortable furnishings and a gorgeous view. The outdoor accommodations, seating, tables, and grill were perfect to enjoy the beautiful outdoors and enjoy the deer we saw frequently. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful home to stay in. I do have to agree with several others the beds are terribly uncomfortable. I was there for my granddaughter’s wedding. The three of us that stayed in this home had an amazing time. We enjoyed the hot tub playing games and just enjoying the beautiful mountain scenery. I highly recommend staying there. I look forward to staying again. Green Mountain Falls is a amazing little community. We were fortunate enough to hear some live music at the blue Moose Tavern and then a brass band on one of the gazebos. Spectacular time!

We enjoy staying here! There was plenty of space for the kids to explore, a fantastic hot tub with a view, deer sightings, and it was very clean. The only downside I could mention is the beds are very squeaky. Anytime someone rolled over you could hear it in the other room. Otherwise, it was great!

This was a wonderful home, with a gorgeous view of the mountains. The layout of this place was great. We used the hot tub every night and enjoyed grilling out one evening also. The location was perfect for our day trips that we planned.

The house fit our size party very well and the hot tub was soothing. The house was clean and well decorated and was close to trails and not far from town. The neighborhood was basically a subdivision in the hills and some of the neighbors were a little questionable. On the downside, the beds were probably the worst that I have ever slept on. If these were updated, it would be 4 stars. Little things that could be improved would be to have more towels, toilet paper(2 rolls in whole house) and tissues(none in house).

We loved this place. So cozy, right in the middle greens and only minutes away from Manitou Springs.

Cabin was wonderful. It felt like home. Communication with the owner was excellent. Overall great vacation and great cabin.

Great house! Nice quiet and clean! Hot tub was great! Everything was easy from the check in to check out! Cute little town, that nobody really knows about!

Very beautiful scenic views nice relaxing hot tub quiet neighborhood. Deer outdoors in the morning. Only downsides are pets are allowed so there was dog hair around and some poop out by the back door. We also arrived at 4pm to check in and were informed the house wasn’t clean yet due to “messy guests” before us, and we had to wait an extra hour outside until after 5pm to check in after a super long day of traveling - had also reached out to host prior to arrival to inquire about early check in and never even got a response. Would visit again, but hoping for improvements in those areas.

We enjoyed our stay. The place is nice, although It could have been presented better - no working dishwasher or back exterior lighting, and hot tub cover and screen door were in disrepair, etc. We notified the host about the dishwasher not working on the first day and it was never checked out by the host (although they did ask us to troubleshoot) - that was the biggest disappoint as we were a family of four eating almost all of our meals at the cabin. With just a little more attention this place has lots of promise! Otherwise, we love this area but probably wouldn’t stay at this cabin again.

Great place. We had a few friends over and they loved it. The place has everything necessary to enjoy your time; cooking needs, towels, etc. The hot tub was a great benefit. Within walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. Definitely will be going back.

The place was clean and inviting! Check in and check out was a breeze. The open floor plan for the living area is nice. We had deer outside our door step every morning. The driveway is a bit hard to see but everything else was great. A closer walk to the door from the hot tub would be nice but the tub worked great. Would definitely stay again and 100% recommend.

Thought it was a nice cabin, just not very clean. Clipped finger or toe nails on bottom of coffee table! Master toilet didnt flush without plunging. Beds not comfortable at all.

We really enjoyed this home. The hot tub was an amazing bonus, and the property owners were quick to respond to any questions.

The location was great with lots of sight to see and property was clean. The cabin was stocked with everything you need. The beds although weren’t very comfortable and the master bedroom toilet had trouble flushing the whole time. The Wi-Fi password never worked and we couldn’t contact the owner cause we had no reception to do so. Winds got pretty rough one day and blew the hot tub lid off.

Beautiful location, hiking trails right from the neighborhood, deer, deer, and more deer!! Wonderful week in a beautiful cabin!

The house was difficult to find for me. Overall it is a quaint home with a beautiful kitchen and views were amazing from hot tub. Would definitely stay here again.

The only negative we have is that none of the beds were comfortable and they squeaked every time one moved

Great cabin - quiet - we slept with the windows open never heard a sound ! Dark !! Low light pollution - great hot to relax in after doing all the touristy things - Close to Pikes peak, garden of the gods - plenty of trails near by - royal gorge, cliff dwellings - restaurants - we did it all!

Good location but no coffee??

The cabin was beautiful, had everything we needed, hot tub was relaxing, easy access to Walmart and entrance to Pikes Peak. Short drive to Garden of the Gods and the beautiful town of Manitou Spring where we had the best Mexican food at The Loop

Nice out of the way place but close enough to Garden of the Gods and Colorado Springs.
