The property was wonderful for my family and extended family. Jim and Gail were very responsive before, during, and after our trip. We had two ski boats, one 17’ and one 20’, and was able to get both at the dock without issue. The house had everything you could think of and then more. Pretty easy trip to the dock compared to other stays which was nice. The view was great from the living room and porches. Enjoyed our stay immensely! Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. The home is very spacious and comfortable. We love the location on the lake. The cove is quiet with friendly people all around. Nice dock for our boat and to hang out at. The kitchen is very well stocked and there was plenty of dishes to serve all 7 of us for more than 1 meal. Owners are extremely responsive and checked on us by phone after we got there. They definitely take pride in their beautiful yard. We will definitely stay here again.

This home had so much space and so many things to do! We had local family come over for a big breakfast, went swimming and kayaking, enjoyed the hammocks and swings, and enjoyed the sunset on the back porch!

The property is amazing and the views can't be beat. If you are looking for a place that is peaceful and full of nature, this place is for you. The home is immaculate and well appointed with plenty of room to gather, or escape with a good book. As for the property owner, also 5 stars. I have used VRBO many times over the years and this was by far one of the most enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I reserved this property as a celebration site for my wife's ** birthday. Her daughter, son-in-law, and some dear friends who lived in the Upstate attended. We stayed three nights for what proved to be a lovely stay. The grounds of this property are beautifully landscaped and immaculately maintained. The dock house is very nice. The house itself is very roomy and was outfitted very well. The kitchen in particularly well-stocked with dinnerware, cutlery, glasses etc. There is a generous quantity of cookware. Often in even nice rentals, there is a minimal supply of such things. Given that we were making large dinners, this was a real plus. There bedrooms were comfortable and included ceiling fans which I really want. The living room area is spacious and served well for our purposes. We were disappointed that on Sunday we had to cancel our pontoon boat rental due to inclimate weather. But the two kayaks and canoe that come with the house made for a fun, long Saturday afternoon (we paddled far across the lake to a nice outdoor restaurant/bar) -- roundtrip was about 4 hours (learn from my mistake - wear sunscreen!!!!) The only thing I wish there had been was a firepit (though if I were an owner, such a thing might worry me as a potential hazard). The large porch/decks, games in the downstairs den, provided many opportunities for activities when the weather was rainy. In conclusion, the house more than met our expectations. We'd like to go there again.

The house was fantastic, comfortable, and had great entertainment. We went to celebrate are daughters baby's first birthday and it was an amazing experience. Our daughter and her husband also adored and loved the lake house! I would recommend for those who are looking for such a place as this!

We enjoyed our first visit to Lake Keowee! The house is very nice with a beautiful lakefront view. It's located in a quiet cove of the lake and it is lovely to have dock access. We wished there were an easier path into the water for our pups to swim, (it's sloped with rocks), but they still got their feet wet. Also being in the cove you don't get a direct view of the sunset but it's still so beautiful. The house has everything you need and plenty of space. Hosts were prompt and kind with communication.

This is a beautiful property; the house and grounds were immaculate. We never felt there were other neighbors nearby. The check out process was easy, and - except for the rain - we loved every bit of our stay.

Our stay had all the comforts of home and then some. Enjoyed our stay in Seneca and would love to come back during the summer to enjoy the lake. Hosts were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!!

This property was exactly as listed. Communications with the manager were easy and response was timely. Both mornings we were out on the deck photographing the sunrise.

Spacious, clean, and comfortable house on the lake with lovely lake views from large windows and decks. Only drawback was the steep driveway which could be slippery when walking.

This property is a great place for families. Our 8 had a great time. Sunrises were great and the water is beautiful. We turned the driveway into a pickleball court. Laughs for all. Owners were great and our grandsons loved the UNC tarheels room. Brought in 2024 on a positive note. 🎆❤️

This property doesn't disappoint. I found myself waking up early each day to see the sun rising and steam on the water. We had a relaxing stay with plenty of room for everyone. The house is stocked and had everything we needed to prep meals and to be comfortable. We were there for my son's graduation but I hope it isn't my last visit!

We thought the photos looked great, but the views are even better in person! The house is huge with lots of room to spread out for families. Comfortable furniture, and LOVE having swings, hammock and hanging seat overlooking the lake. It was so nice to have the use of kayaks. Communication with the host was great - they go above & beyond in service! Would love to come back again. Thank you!

Great location to Clemson and good fishing. Plenty of room. We had our family and our twin 8 month old grandchildren and the house was very clean. Lots of places to eat close by and good communication with the host. Wonderful weekend for us all!

Went with family to this beautiful lake front home. It has beautiful views from the top and bottom balconies including amazing sunrises. The home is clean and cozy with the fireplace and a fully stocked kitchen. The teens had the bottom floor to themselves and we all had a blast out on the lake with the available canoe and kayaks. We came from AZ and could have packed lighter as the laundry room is fully equipped and even coffee filters are readily available. I would recommend the half hour trip to Stumphouse Tunnel and the Yellow Branch Falls. The house has such a blessed feel and we left feeling very refreshed. Many thanks to the owner Jim!

We loved the house. We were there for our son’s wedding. Wish we had more time actually at the property. The plan is to come again just to enjoy the family time on the lake. We had lots of room and everything we needed for our weekend. The property was very nice and the owners were very accommodating.

The lake house was perfect for our family. It is in a wonderful, quiet location. The house was exactly as described, fully stocked with anything you could possibly need, from kitchen tools to lake noodles. You can tell the owners go out of their way to make your stay special. We loved the porch for relaxing, and there is even a hammock swing on the dock. The owners helped us by recommending High Falls Boat Rental, which made the time on the lake outstanding. We loved our time there and plan to make another trip back.

We stayed a whole week & this location is so beautiful, quiet & relaxing. We had great weather for September so we were able to take full advantage of swimming, fishing & kayaking. The house is very roomy and furnished with everything you could possibly need. Very clean, has all the comforts of home. Jim & Gail are extremely quick to answer any questions or concerns. This was our very first time staying at a Vrbo & the experience was so great we will definitely do it again. Thank you Jim & Gail for sharing your wonderful piece of paradise with us. Nice property. Has multiple ways to enjoy your vacation. A deep quiet cove to swim, kayak or fish in. We rent a boat for the week and has room at the dock to tie your boat up. A ping pong table in the garage and a big kitchen table can be used for board games when not on the water. The porch for just viewing the lake and a couple of swings/hamocks make it easy to relax.

My husband and I have been coming to Lake Keowee for the past eight years. The house was a great location on Lake Keowee. It was close to waterfall and marina. The house had plenty of room for six adults and two kids. If we had a question, the owner was very receptive. However, we did have a couple of negatives with our stay. The home had a cockroach infestation especially in the downstair area, which was occupied during our stay. We found about 10-15 live roaches the first night. There were multiple dead ones behind the day bed downstairs. The double bed on the main floor was held together by duck tape. It also had a huge gapping hole in the corner of the boxspring. I wondered if anything crawled inside of it. We spent most of our time on the water so we didn't notify the owner about the bed or roaches until we checked out. He did inform us that no one else has complained, which I find hard to believe with the amount of roaches we found. The owner did let us know that he put roach boxes in the house. It is my opinion that the house needs more than roach boxes but I'm not a professional exterminator. All in all, we enjoyed our stay but will not be coming back to this location.

The house is beautiful and large. The furniture and beds are very comfortable. There's a broadwalk going down to the dock making it safe (no tripping on tree roots.) The kitchen is well equipped and clean. We loved the large porch with a gate so our dog could be outside with us without being on a lead. The neighborhood is quite and safe. The dock is large enough to secure a boat from. The dock is on deep water for swimming and fishing. My family enjoyed staying here and plan to come back.
