The view is absolutely amazing! the patio oversees the ocean and perfect for having coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. Check in process was super easy. Kent was constantly in communication. Walkable to the restaurants and beach. It is up hill but nothing major. One of the best places I have stayed at and would definitely stay again

Fantastic view of the ocean and hills of San Diego. Our host Kent provided a clean functional space with everything you might need on a vacation stay. And there’s a private parking spot so that’s a huge plus. Great price for the location.

This place was great for my husband and I during a 4-day stay. It was well equipped, and is in a great location. Kent communicated with us every step of the way. He was sure to let us know we could contact him anytime. The property is very close to everything in Ocean Beach. Kent's home is right next door, but the rental is completely private. The views make this place special. We definitely hope to visit again in the future!

I stayed on a solo trip to San Diego, was perfect for a solo traveler. Its close to everything , safe and quiet residential neighborhood. Would rent this again in a heartbeat!

This property was absolutely perfect for our long weekend. It had everything we needed, and the location was ideal. Kent was east to communicate with and he accommodated our requests easily. His restaurant suggestions were on point, and we had some really delicious meals in OB, just a 10 min walk from the rental. The views are what make this place so special. We hope to be back!

It was truly a treat to stay at the Treehouse. From checkout to departure, it was awesome. great communication. Location cant be beat. Panoramic views with a huge, comfy deck...great for wine and cheese sunsets and coffee in the am. All the details are covered for a great upper OB weekend

We had a spectacular short stay at this property! The check-in process was easy and the owner/property manager proactively communicated with us. The online listing was accurate and the virtual walkthrough in advance was an added bonus! The property was very clean and offered various amenities. The deck with panoramic ocean view was absolutely wonderful! Finally, the location and neighborhood were both great. One can access cafes, restaurants, and stores via a short walk. Thank you!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect spot to cook food, relax on the patio and enjoy the view of the ocean. Perfect location. Bed and shower are great. There were 2 of us with our dog and the space was amazing for the dog beach.

Charming, roomy little studio in a beautiful neighborhood with amazing views. Super quiet and clean. Host Kent met us to hand over the key and shows us a couple things. Then checked in with us the next morning to make sure we had everything we needed. Both Kent and the Treehouse are warm and inviting. Will definitely stay there again.

Very nice little place with a good view of OB

Nice small space. Only good for two people. If you have kiddos, not good. Wonderful view. No air conditioning but good winds coming through. The TV is an antena so picture comes and goes. But Kent met us when we arrived and is a wonderful person, wants to make sure you have everything you need. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is wonderful, and feels even roomier than the pictures show. The kitchen was spacious enough to let both of us cook together. And the layout of the apartment was very well thought-out. The entrance is completely private and we could come and go as we pleased. Of course, the magnificent ocean views spanning the horizon enhanced the effect. We enjoyed spectacular sunsets every evening we were at home. Kent was the most responsive host I've stayed with on VBRO, and I've had only positive experiences. He was flexible, fun to chat with, and made clear he was available for anything we might need, but also kept out of the way and let us enjoy the accommodations. He also shared passion fruit and oranges from his own trees, which were in season during our stay. And when I needed to borrow a crowbar for something unrelated to the property, he found one to lend. Truly above and beyond. There was a heat wave in San Diego during our week-long visit from late August to early September. The steady ocean breezes, supplemented by the fan, kept things manageable during the height of it. He mentioned his plans to install AC for future heat waves, which are rare in San Diego. I would also recommend the neighborhood highly. Great to stroll around in, and beaches, restaurants, stores, etc. are easily walkable. This place is perfect for one or two people. We hope to stay again during future visits to San Diego.

This casita was our own private oasis for almost a week. We loved waking up to the beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean and palm trees in the distance. It’s just close enough to all of the shops, restaurants, and sand in Ocean Beach but far enough to feel residential. It was nice to have a parking spot, balcony, and patio area, and be able to travel with our pup. Check in and communication with our host was excellent and the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with basics. There were also beach towels, umbrellas, and chairs to use whenever we wanted. The best part was the true indoor-outdoor living experience. My partner was skeptical when he realized we wouldn’t have A/C, but the pleasant California weather made it enjoyable day and night. Plus, no mosquitos! If there’s a downside to this location it’s that you are in a flight pattern area, but that didn’t really bother us at all especially since there is an enforced quiet period at night. You’ll have this issue anywhere in OB so you might as well stay at a great place. We and our pup would highly recommend staying here and can’t wait for the next time we get to visit.

The view alone is absolutely worth your stay here. The bed was comfortable and the place had everything we needed. My gf and I enjoyed our trips out into town. Many great places to eat and didnt find a need to go anywhere else. The miramar reservoir is a must. We went on a weekday with no one else there and found it to be quite peaceful and soothing. We will definitely be back one day.

Perfect spot for a couples stay. It says it can fit three but that may be a bit undersized, but for two I couldn't say enough great things. Small but never feels cramped and the view is wonderful. Easy walk to the downtown area that my wife and I did every day.
