REMODELED 2 BR + LOFT / 2.25 BA in Mammoth Lakes - Woodlands Complex - Sleeps 8
Cette unité récemment rénovée, fraîchement meublée et située au centre est dans le complexe Woodlands magnifiquement entretenu à seulement quelques minutes de Old Mammoth et du village, niché contre une partie du parcours de golf Sierra Star. Notre maison peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 8 personnes avec 2 chambres, un loft et 2. 25 salles de bains. C'est le camp de base parfait toute l'année pour toutes vos activités de montagne! Il y a un arrêt de navette dans la rue qui vous relie à tout Mammoth. La navette fournit des services au village (avec un service de gondole à Canyon Lodge), ou au Lodge principal pour le ski et le snowboard, la randonnée ou le VTT, etc. Nous sommes à proximité des restaurants, des magasins et de l'épicerie.
L'unité possède un balcon et mesure environ 1500 pieds carrés. Le salon principal est meublé avec goût avec des planchers de vinyle de luxe, un éclairage encastré et une nouvelle table à manger, un canapé sectionnel, un fauteuil inclinable et une causeuse. Un téléviseur intelligent de 55 po est monté au-dessus d'un foyer à poêle à granules beau et sécuritaire pour créer une pièce confortable et chaleureuse pour se détendre. La cuisine récemment rénovée (comptoirs en granit, nouvelles armoires et appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable mis à jour) est bien équipée avec de nouveaux ustensiles de cuisine, de nouveaux couverts, une cafetière, un grille-pain, une mijoteuse, un mélangeur, etc.
Les chambres (King en Master, Queen en 2ème chambre et 1 Queen + un lit superposé en Loft) sont mises à jour avec une literie moderne et confortable. Les salles de bains sont rénovées avec des comptoirs en granit et sont garnies de serviettes moelleuses, de savon et de shampoing / revitalisant.
Le complexe Woodlands est magnifiquement entretenu et dispose d'une piscine, d'un jacuzzi, d'un sauna, de barbecues dans la piscine et d'une buanderie sur place (à pièces). L'unité comprend 2 places de stationnement.

This place was in a very convenient and easy place to stay. The pool was the perfect distance away from the noise! The store is walking distance and the fourth of July parade was spectacular and (again) walking distance! We had 2 autistic non verbal children (ages 5 & 7) that loved the pool & playing on the stairs. Recommend the adults to stay in the loft & kids in the bedrooms. We would stay here again! Thanks to the hosts for constantly helping us with questions & random little things that I thought I was having issues with. This was a great experience for us! Thank you 😊

I booked this townhome for my a casual gathering of friends and found the home to be very comfortable and well furnished. We had a lovely time.

The condo is laid out well and the furnishings and decorations are well done. The main floor is cozy. It had just snowed for several days and the views out the windows were really pretty. The beds in the two main rooms are very firm. I did a lot of cooking and it wasn't the easiest with the knives provided. Also it would be helpful to have had some saran wrap/foil and storage containers. My granddaughters loved going in the spa at night. All in all it was a good stay.

Took the kids to go sledding and to play in the snow. The condo was in a good central location to restaurants and nearby park for snow play. The condo was clean and had plenty of room for our little group. Loved that the heaters got the condo nice and warm while it was snowing outside.

Very clean and well stocked with plenty of toiletries and towels for everyone. When traveling with a large group, the less you have to pack the better! We stayed at this property this weekend with my family. We have a blended family so my oldest daughter is married with two kids 5 and 1 and our son is 13. The bunk beds were perfect for my son and older grandson, but my 1 year old grandson was a bit of a challenge. It is not set up well for a busy, touchy toddler with all the open bottom stairs and railings. My fault as I should have noticed some of this from the pictures.

We just did a weekend with our family and a family that we travel with often. We found this condo to be very convenient to the grocery store and restaurants, as well as the shuttle.
Read the description carefully - as we did think there was 2 and a half baths - which is purely my fault. It is a shared bath between the two bedrooms, but one bedroom has a sink. Loft has a very soft queen bed and two extremely firm twin bunks. King bed is on the firm side. Queen bed was medium to firm. We had a minor issue with the stove in the living room not working - but the other heat sources worked great, so it wasn't a big deal.
Kitchen was fine - had most things you needed as far as utensils and dishes - tons of glasses and mugs. There are no cooking supplies at all - so bring your own oil, salt , pepper, spices, etc. Bring your own foil, baggies, plastic wrap, and plastic containers. They had a coffee machine - we had our own filters and coffee There are stove top pans and some casserole dishes. They do have a garlic press and can opener. They provided enough dish washer soap packs that we could use the dishwasher each day. We also enjoyed the large dining table and large sofa for chilling out and having game time. (Bring your own games and puzzles)
There was a towel set for each person plus a towel for the Jacuzzi. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner was provided. Water pressure was amazing. The bathrooms are nice with one tub shower combo and one shower.
Parking was right in front of the unit. Host was able to accommodate a later check out as no guests were checking in right after us which was lucky for us! Great stay and condo was really nice for a larger group.

This place was FANTASTIC! Incredibly clean and modern. The location was perfect - walking distance to shuttle stops, restaurants, etc. The host was so responsive and kind. I will be returning!

This property is in a great location! Close to the stores and close to the mountain. Only a 5 to 10 minute drive to the Village. We have stayed here before and loved it so much that we came back!

My family loved our stay. Everything is brand new. The place was very clean. We loved the view from the big window in the living room. It's 2 min from Red Shuttle stop and 11 min walking distance from Vons. Would love to stay there again.

We needed a getaway for Thanksgiving, and this property hit all of the right notes. Well stocked kitchen to make our special meal, oversized comfy couches to watch football after we stuffed ourselves, and plenty of rooms for people to use to relax after a long day in the snow. The pellet stove was a highlight, as the fire gave a warm ambience as we drank our hot cocoa. This listing is exceptionally clean with updated bathrooms and kitchen. We will absolutely be coming back.

This unit worked out great for our family. The bedrooms were comfortable and good size. The living area was very cozy and larger than expected. Super comfortable. Never had an issue parking near unit’s shoveled walkway with the complex seeming full many nights. 7&10 minutes from Eagle and Canyon lodge. Close to every amenity on Old Mammoth Rd.
If there are caveats:
-Modern open stairs are not for toddlers/infants, there are absolute fall-out areas
-Internet provider (not unit Wi-Fi) was frustrating during peak or surge hours, ~6-8pm, even though it was a weekday, I think Mammoth was still crowded during our visit. Tough to pin that on the owner, but maybe there are better providers in Mammoth for the owner to consider, especially for winter visitors when staying in is likely more common than going out. Verizon signal for us was average, but serviceable. (We still had to sneak some work in)
We would happily and comfortably stay again, maybe we’ll explore what it’s like in summer!
