Beautiful house with pool and casita minutes from Colorado river
Maison de trois chambres et trois salles de bains avec une casita bonus qui a une salle de bain complète et une piscine. À quelques minutes du Casino Avi, de Laughlin et des rampes de lancement. Récemment meublé et rénové. Stationnement pour VR derrière une porte sur le côté de la maison.
Il y a des lits king dans deux des chambres et une reine dans la troisième. Master est une grande pièce avec baignoire et douche sur mesure avec trois pommes de douche. Il y a un balcon à côté de chaque chambre. Belles vues de tous les côtés. La casita a un canapé-lit queen .. Il y a une salle de bain complète avec douche dans casita. La casita a son propre climatiseur.
La piscine a un chauffage mais sera une charge supplémentaire pour chauffer.
J'espère que la cuisine a tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. Ouvre-vin et machine à café à coup sûr. Aussi un Traeger dans l'arrière-cour pour votre usage.

The house was in a great location for us and with the pool it was a lot of fun for our grandkids. What made the experience one of the best we have had were the way were taken care of by Carla & David, the property managers.

The house was clean, offered everything we needed for a weekend with family. The pool area was perfect next to the casita. The great room offered the space to hang out and lots of comfy beds for sleeping! We look forward to booking again!

Lindemann Family Trip
This house was amazing. We played at the Lake all day and came back and swam in the beautiful pool. Made the weather bearable. I would stay here again!! We had so much fun, Thank you Carla and David Slikker.

Heatwave river hideaway
Everything about our stay was perfect. From arrival to leaving. House was beautiful everything was clean and talking to owners was so simple. If I had to make any complaints it would be that the pool was smaller then we expected but that was no big deal it was refreshing and served our purpose of cooling off in this 120 degree heat wave. Definitely will stay again.

Amazing property!
This place is amazing! Pictures dont do justice. When I am looking for a place to stay I am looking for a clean house. This house is immaculate and the owners really do try to provide anything you may need during your stay. Every one in my family kept talking about how nice and clean the house is. We all had a great time with zero complaints. Ended up being a perfect weekend. I would definitely book this place again when planning a trip to the river.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home, was in a very quiet neighborhood and everything we needed was supplied. The home was very clean and there's plenty of space, we'll definitely be back.

Great time in Fort Mohave.
Everything was great, except the pool was not heated the first day, and the air conditioner on both floors turned off and we came home to a 95 degree house. I'm not sure if there was a power outage while we were gone. Just a note, all the remotes need new batteries.

Beautiful and cozy retreat!
Our family really enjoyed our vacation at this lovely home. The accommodations were very nice. Updated decor, comfortable beds, inviting pool and casita, and a wonderful location. Overall, the house was very clean but a bit dusty. When we unpacked clothing, the closet shelves were dusty as well as other areas of the home. We also like to prepare meals and eat in. The kitchen only provided plastic plates, bowls, and glasses which were not microwave safe. There were a couple pots and skillets for the stove, but no baking accessories. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time and definitely recommend this property!
