Very nice spot and clean

Panoramic views 180 degree outstanding. As with many properties, cozy fit in all rooms especially bedrooms and bathrooms.

This was our second year staying at this facility. Loved the view and was very relaxing. Plan to come back again.

We all loved the house, location and views! The Beach with tide pools is right in front. The rooms are comfortable and pretty! If the stairs to the entrance were mentioned in the listing, I missed that. It is important. We will try to stay there the next time we visit Lincoln City!

My mother and I spent a lovely weekend watching the waves and drinking tea. This is a sweet little house with two bedrooms, which allows plenty of privacy when needed, but also boasts an excellent front row seat (couch, actually) for you to look out to the ocean and people watch while cozy inside. The only caveat to this place is that the stairs going up to the second bedroom are steep and narrow - within spec, but I wouldn't try to hoist a big suitcase up there again!

BUT that mattress on the hide-a-bed has such a crater in the center it really needs to be replaced. It would also help if the kitchen knives were sharper and kitchen lighting was brighter. Other than those three items, it's a great place to spend time at the beach.

Have stayed at many places along the Oregon coast in March [Spring Break] for nearly 25 years. This was an excellent property -- clean, well-designed, ocean view, great location/beach access, etc. Would definitely recommend!

We very much enjoyed our quick getaway to the beach after being stuck in ice in the valley. The house is amazingly located right on the beach and dining room extension is a perfect place to curl up and just watch the ocean. The three sleeping areas worked well for 4 adults and 2 kids. The gas fireplace is a real plus during a winter visit. There was plenty of comfortable seating for all and good TV options. The beach access is so close and we had a couple opportunities to run down to the sand. The kitchen is adequately outfitted, although it might be time to update some of the chipped dishes and older pans. Also be aware that this is above the only 150 ft of beach access where vehicles are allowed in Lincoln City during the winter. it's closed to vehicles in the summer. It was a little disconcerting to see vehicles doing donuts on the beach while people were walking by. The A-1 staff were very responsive and made the process of booking and checking in very easy.

Was a perfect R&R trip. Calm, quiet place with the perfect view.

The location of this house is truly amazing. The views are absolutely spectacular. We lucked out and had amazing weather in October and couldn’t have asked for a better place to hang out to watch the ocean and seals swim by all day. I would imagine on a not-so-great weather day it would be a great place to watch the storms roll through too. Also, we weren’t sure how beach access was going to go, but it was super easy. Just a minute walk down the road, down some stairs and on to the beach. I would absolutely stay here again!!

Loved our stay at this home. Watching and listening to the ocean never gets old. When we arrived the home had not been cleaned but the host rectified the situation right away. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the house - cozy, comfortable, well stocked, gorgeous views of great beach with easy access, right in town but still (mostly) quiet. Loved our stay here. It’s worth going up those stairs for the bigger bedroom & bathroom!

While this is an older home, it has clearly been updated, has a lot of character, beautiful views and is close to beach access. The bad stuff: very little water pressure in showers, bathroom sinks drain very slowly, window and shower tracks are rusted/grimy, tops of drawers and baseboards all coated in dust. --Not a picky housekeeper, but when paying a large cleaning fee, I pay attention.

The space easily accommodated our family with plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for some memorable meals in the dining room where the wrap-around windows made us feel like we were on the beach but with all the benefits of the cozy house. Our kids were able to totally make them selves at home, the shower by the front door and the big tub upstairs made it easy to clean off and warm up after a trip to the ocean. We discovered some really excellent restaurants nearby and really enjoyed our time in Lincoln City.
