Not sure how to title this, I booked this from Washington, with my parents, daughter and aunt who flew in from the East Coast to attend a multi- family member birthday party in Yuba. What a great location, 1 mile from the event! A mile from any grocery store or restaurant. Everything was easy access. The pool was perfect temp as it was upwards of 106 degrees on the hottest day. AC was great in the house in all the rooms. Necessities were fully stocked! Owner was quick response with any questions I had (which were few). My parents and Aunt are in their 70s were absolutely blown away with the accommodations and were comfortable, I’m so happy I found this place. My only gripe is I wish I booked it a day longer and was able to take off off work to enjoy the patio one more morning! Thank you!

It was the easiest booking I’ve done. The house is beautiful, spacious rooms, large kitchen and an absolutely beautiful backyard with a pool. It’s only minutes from Sam’s Club, with easy freeway access. It was only 20 minutes from Toyota Amphitheater in Wheatland. 5 star property!!!

Second time staying at this property, and once again we had a fabulous experience. The home is spotless, exceedingly comfortable, beautifully appointed, well equipped. Communication with the owner is always prompt and helpful.

We came for my nephews wedding. I had my three boys and their families with us. The house was very clean and everything we needed was available. The only drawback was that it was in May and we were expecting it to be warm and it was raining so we were unable to use the pool. Of course, that was no reflection on the owner. That was just bad weather. Overall, we had a great time and the place was great. Every time I emailed the owner prior to our stay. He replied right away.

This place was perfect for a big family. Kid friendly. Great owner communication. No issues. Plenty of parking. Bathrooms amazing!

Host is fantastic! We have stayed at his property twice now. We requested a change in the dates for our reservation due to a scheduling change at our job site and he was very accommodating, allowing us to change to the following week. Our crew LOVES staying here instead of a hotel. The full kitchen is a huge plus for them (as was the pool when it was warmer weather), and there is enough room for everyone. I LOVE that it's actually less expensive than booking hotel rooms for them. Thank you Daniel! I'll be in touch when we're scheduled to return!!

We came in for a Wedding and the house was super close to the venue and close to the Sacramento airport. It was beautiful and a relaxing home with a sparkling and awesome pool! The master bedroom is huge with the biggest tub and shower - so it feels like a luxurious suite. The living room and kitchen are very big and the backyard make it excellent for big groups or families.

If your dates are available and this is the area you need, BOOK IT! the neighborhood was great! home is on a quiet street. the home is gorgeous and accommodated us perfectly! 3 adult couples and a 14 year old! the pool and outdoor space was lovely and roomy! Very clean, private, nice toiletries provided, and washer and dryer was a bonus! Definitely recommend :)

Overall 5 Stars for this Excellent place for a relaxing staycation in a quiet neighborhood. Our gratitude to Dan for hosting this nice home for us. We enjoyed the pool as well. A wide variety of restaurants and shopping areas are nearby. As a side note, the a/c broke down after the first day during the stay. The owner promptly tried to arrange the repair but it was difficult to arrange the repair. The use of the whole house fan during the cooler hours was able to provide some consolation in the summer heat. We did go out for a small picnic in the near by Ellis lake area which was not well maintained.

We have stayed multiple times with family and friends. The house is great and the pool is awesome, never disappoints. As soon as we leave kids are asking when we get to go back. Thanks Chris Eureka, Ca

As others have said about this property, the pictures do no justice!! This home is absolutely perfect and beautiful in person! We have a family of 4 and we all loved having our own space to relax. The kids were in the pool almost 24/7! The outdoor space has tons of different seating options, and a table for outdoor dining. We also loved the outdoor lights in the evenings. They gave off the most relaxing ambiance. Inside, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. The fridge was my favorite part of the kitchen! It was huge!! Talk about dream kitchen!! The bedrooms have the comfiest beds, sheets were clean and pillows were perfect. The bathrooms we’re huge with double sinks in 2 of the bathrooms. The master bedroom is literally a staycation DREAM! The tub in the middle of the room fills from the CEILING! It felt so fancy!! I have nothing bad to say about this home. It was gorgeous and we loved our stay! The location isn’t too bad either! There’s a Winco and Raley’s just a few minutes down the road for your grocery needs, and there are plenty of eateries. We ordered take out a few times and each time we enjoyed our meals. Overall, this home was wonderful, and the homeowner Daniel was extremely prompt in answering any questions we had. This home is definitely going down on places to visit again!

This is a beautiful property with an accommodating home- owner.

Its our second year staying in this property. But this year we noticed that the cleanness was sloppy. We spend most of the time in the pool area, the grass was overgrown, landscaper show up at 5 in the morning on the 4th if July but only to work on the front yard and wake us up lol. In the kitchen some appliances stopped working, the owner replied a few hours about the issue, we tried fixing it but never worked. Overall we had a good stay. But we have considered some other places for next year.

Renting this property was easy and the owner was very responsive and helpful.

Great place to stay while visiting YC area. Adults and kids spent most of the time in the pool and backyard… it is setup for relaxing.
