The host is very attentive, and the property is in an area for good walks and bike rides. The unit is very quiet.

The location of this property was ideal: close to shopping but far from the city hustle and bustle. Beautiful location in the desert foothills north of Scottsdale. It was immaculate upon our arrival; the surroundings are beautiful; Joann was so helpful and supplied the apartment with all necessary items. It was so easy to drive to many trailheads to hike almost every day. A beautiful experience, one which we would love to repeat again in the future. I had not one complaint.

This condo is absolutely adorable. It is decorated to the 9’s and the owner is absolutely wonderful. She is so attentive and pays attention to every detail. I would highly recommend this place to anyone

Property was overall very nice and had great accommodations. The fees above the evening rental got quite high. One thing I would also add is that it wasn't newly cleaned. I ended up having to clean some things just to feel more comfortable, which is unfortunate when you are paying for that service. Otherwise, loved the place, it served the purpose and Joann was great!!

This property was very nice for two people. It's location was a real benefit as it was in North Scottsdale with easy access to Cave Creek and Carefree. We appreciated the warmth of the unit as it was cold and rainy for much of our stay. Nicely equipped.

very nice neighborhood off the main drag. fully stocked with cookware appliances cleaning supplies even had iron and ironing board. very nice shower walking trail across street large public area 2-3 miles away. we enjoyed ourselves. Joann was very nice. we would do it again!

We stayed at your condo in Scottsdale, Arizona from March 1 to 18 2016. What beautiful scenery, it was like being in an “Old Western Movie”. All the cactuses, shrubs and mountains in the back ground. The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Just about everything you could want was supplied. A lovely pool, a little chilly, but we still used it. Conveniently located for day trips and to shopping, but in a quiet area. There was lots of wildlife in the backyard – rabbits, quail, woodpeckers and a variety of other birds, but no snakes! Extracting information from this owner was very difficult from the beginning. I received a terse email early into the booking process, made several attempts to see the property prior to staying there with no response from the owner, and had to contact her for WiFi password, about trash disposal, laundry room, etc. The crowning blow was being scolded when I checked out at 1:00 pm instead of 11:00 am, another fact not communicated to me! I might add that I checked out a full day ahead of the stipulated contract period.
