the tv didn’t work, I called every day to ask if someone would come and fix it and no one showed. The door of the shower didn’t close when taking a shower.

Well when i booked on bookin.com it stated a 1 bedroom apartment. Although my confirmation and the room i got was nothing close to a 1 bedroom. It was a tiny studio. Not to mention the whole processed of getting my check in instructionz. I booked around 9:15pm never got into my room until almost 12. Part to do because the first 2 door codes to the unit didn't work. Nor did the air conditioning unit in the room. There was no where to sit other than the bed or hard bar stools. The bathroom was very nice and clean..

GREAT location for everything Boston. There’s a pay-to-bike bike rack right outside and is in walking distance to parks, Copley place, etc. public transit is easily assessable (bus and subway).

They had seasonal AC rules so there was no AC. We stayed at beginning of October so it was still a little warm and would have been nice for sleeping. We opened the windows and it cooled off but then had street sound and sirens. Wasn’t too bad though.
