Notre maison a été mise à jour en 2017 avec une nouvelle décoration, y compris de la peinture, du parquet, du linge de maison, des serviettes, de la literie, de la vaisselle, des ustensiles, des couverts et d'autres fournitures de cuisine.
Notre maison au bord du lac est à Reynolds Lake Oconee et est située à seulement 2 miles du Ritz Carlton, du lac Oconee et dans le Marina Cove Village.
Comprend 6 chambres, 4. 5 salles de bains et suffisamment d'espace pour accueillir confortablement 14 personnes sur 3 500 pieds carrés d'espace de vie mis à jour avec goût. Profitez d'une vue spectaculaire sur le coucher du soleil sur le lac et le quai depuis le porche ou le patio blindé, s'étendant sur 2 des 3 niveaux.
Il y a 2 suites de maître: une au niveau principal et une au niveau de la terrasse, toutes deux avec lits king-size et grandes salles de bains avec double vasque. Il y a 4 chambres à l'étage avec 2 salles de bain.
La salle à manger peut accueillir 8 personnes ou plus et il y a une autre salle à manger sur le porche grillagé. Le niveau de la terrasse a une salle multimédia, un wet-bar, un mini-réfrigérateur et une table de ping-pong.
Nous avons deux kayaks et deux planches à pagaie pour votre usage. D'autres locations de bateaux sont disponibles à quelques pas de la marina de Linger Longer où se trouvent un petit magasin et un pavillon. Tous sont situés à quelques minutes des commodités et des terrains de golf du lac Oconee.

Our family had a wonderful time at this property.
We rented a boat, kids enjoyed waterskiing, the screened in porch was perfect. We could see and talk to the kids at the dock while they were fishing!
We all agreed we would be back next summer!!

Paul and Hailey's house was perfect for our extended family of 10, including 4 teenage boys and 2 grandparents. Its location on a quiet cove made hanging out in the water easy and fun, and we made great use of the included stand up paddle boards and kayaks. There is one marina within walking distance, and 2 others just a 10 min drive from the house. Having the extra hang out space in the basement with the ping pong table was great for the kids as well. Overall, the house was very well appointed with things you might need in the kitchen and bathroom. My only suggestion would be including beach towels for lake use. Paul and Hailey were very communicative and responsive when I had questions. I would definitely rebook here! Thanks for a lovely stay.

We very much enjoyed our week here. House exactly as described and owners very helpful and efficient. Lovely position on Lake Oconee. My only reservations are
1. for visitors without a Reynolds membership, it would be frustrating not to have access to all the leisure facilities Reynolds has to offer.
2. It would be really useful to have swimming towels provided. We all flew from the UK, so it would have been awkward to bring them with us. Luckily we managed to borrow some while we were there, so not a big problem
3. Expensive compared to villas we usually rent in Europe. For the money, I would have expected at least a mid week clean/ linen change, but I am probably out of touch with US pricing.
Having said all that, it was a great base with lots of sleeping accommodation and we very much enjoyed our stay.

The house was perfect for a family weekend gathering…lots of kitchen, sleeping and gathering space. Outside space was beautiful and enjoyed by all! We will definitely be back.

We had 5 couples come down for a weekend getaway to Reynolds. House provided plenty of room for everyone, as well as cook meals together. Very conveniently located inside the gates. Halley and Paul were quick to respond to all communication. Sitting on the porch overlooking the lake was where we chose to spend the golden hours

All positives here. The location inside a gated section near golf, restaurants, Ritz, etc. was ideal. The neighborhood was quiet and house exactly as described. The homeowners were exceptionally responsive and made the entire process extremely easy. Would happily rent again.

This is a beautiful home with lots of space in the Marina. The hosts were very helpful and informative throughout the duration of our stay. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for all of your help and for allowing us to stay at your beautiful property!

We were very displeased with our stay at this property. The house had dirt and grime, there were many stains on bedsheets/furniture and multiple dead bugs were found. In my opinion, the pictures of the property do not reflect the actual condition.
Additionally, a pair of underwear (from no one in our party) was found between mattress and headboard.

We enjoyed our stay here. We came as an extended family and met here for a UGA football game. Love the number of beds in the rooms and number of bathrooms. Bathrooms were updated which was really nice. Great location. Property owners kept in touch and made everything very easy. Even helping us eat at the restaurant within Reynolds Plantation! Would definitely stay here again when we come back!

We loved our stay in this home on Lake Oconee. It is in a very nice, quiet cove with Reynolds Plantation. The hosts were very helpful and easy to work with. We were three families with young teenage kids and everyone had ample space and a wonderful time.

For our college reunion golf weekend, the house was exactly what we were looking for - great location, well stocked and clean throughout. Paul was great to work with providing timely response to questions. There are a few small repairs around the house that Paul is working on, but overall a very good experience and we definitely would go back.

The Property was just as described , the bedrooms and bathrooms were great , the kitchen was well equipped. The back deck and yard has a beautiful view and it was very peaceful .Paul responded immediately whenever I had a question and offered his assistance in getting my group of 7 golfers from Hilton Head , SC. tee times . If I come back to the area I will definitely contact Paul and Halley and try and stay here again.
The 6 friends that came on the golf trip with me all loved the house as well.

Halley and Paul were very responsive and kind, and the house was well equipped with everything for the kitchen and fun for our adult children. The location is perfect to enjoy all that Reynolds offers plus a beautiful view. We will definitely be back!!

The house was perfect for our annual Mother/Daughter trip. There were plenty of beds and the bathrooms were immaculate. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked all of our meals there. Would definitely stay there again!

We greatly enjoyed this home again. It is well equipped in all regards. The bedrooms are spread out for privacy, and the open kitchen and living area make for great fellowship. The deck overlooking the lake is very comfortable. And the owners are super communicative and helpful. A very nice experience.

We had 10 people staying at the house, plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hang out comfortably. Plenty of inflatables and kayaks / paddle boards to keep everyone entertained on the water. Screened in porch was great place to sit in the morning and evening to enjoy the lake view and. Nice cove , very close to the Marina. Only negative is only 3 parking spaces and we had 4 cars so had to use a spot at the marina - no big deal. Host was great with communication and we had no issues.

Wonderful 4 day stay with family. Location was excellent, and beds were so comfortable. House is well equipped for cooking in, and loved the two grills. Would definitely stay here again!

The home is beautiful..the setting is magnificent …we rented a boat and the my husband and I had a wonderful time with our adult children and our 5 grand children…swimming ,water skiing and tubing on Lake Oconee

Great House, Great Host, Great Trip
The house and location are terrific. Obvious that owner takes great pride in their house . We were fortunate to have a boat, which we moored in front of house. The children fished and swam off the pier in front of house.

Annual Family Vacation
My husband and I have 4 grown children, 3 with spouses., and 4 grandchildren ages 6,4, 17 months and 15 months.
This was such a wonderful vacation. The home was beautiful and fit all of our needs. It was the perfect size!We rented a boat from Young Harris Marina and let the kids do some tubing. The little ones loved jumping off the dock at the house and swimming right there! We also really enjoyed the paddle boards! There was so much to do!
Lunch at Gaby’s at the Ritz Carlton was great! We would absolutely do this trip again!

Great lake escape
The house was large enough for my family of 11 plus 3 grandbabies. It was clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the use of the paddle boards, kayak and floaties.

Perfect spot on the lake
The property fit 3 families (6 adults and 8 kids) perfectly. The location was nestled in a cove and close to everything we needed whether driving the boat or to the grocery store by car. The owner was also very responsive and communicative.
