We were in town for a family reunion and this house fit the bill. From the moment we booked the property until check out day , everything was seamless.
Location location location! 2 blocks from downtown , a local dog park and activities was perfect ! The house is extremely dog friendly and close to walking/hiking trails which was a huge bonus for our 2 Aussies.
The house is well appointed and had everything we needed . The hosts were attentive and it’s obvious they truly take pride in their home.

The house was very comfortable for my husband and I. We had our dog with us and the house was close to the dog park, Main St., and hiking trails! We were very happy with our stay!

Our 4 nite stay was wonderful. The house was super clean and had everything we needed . The location is a bonus as you can walk out the door straight to the ski lift and a short nice walk to Main Street for shopping and restaurants.
Hosts are very accommodating and helpful with questions I had before my arrival.
Love the artwork on the walls and the history of the house :)

Everything about this charming cottage was perfect for the two of us. Ideal location right near historic Main St and the town lift. Creatively decorated, well stocked, spotlessly clean. The owners, Cherie and John, were quick to answer questions and provide assistance. They even helped us secure a tough-to-get dinner reservation. Can't wait to return.

Our hosts have done a fantastic job maintaining the rustic charm of this historic home while updating all of the critical essentials that make a ski weekend with friends so comfortable.
This home is an easy walk to the Town Lift, restaurants, and the Mountainside Village. All of it - as ideal as it gets. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home with everything we needed. We enjoyed cooking after a day of snowboarding in the well stocked kitchen, enjoying the hot tub, and watching one of the movies available in the home. It was a quick walk to the slopes and close to the town when we wanted to go out to eat. Would highly recommend!

We just stayed in this cozy clean and perfectly designed house just a quick walk from the town chair lift. We appreciated all of the special touches including fireplace, kitchen accessories, robes for the hot tub and cozy sitting areas. The hosts were super responsive and helpful- we simply loved our stay here and hope to return!

The property is in great condition … well stocked in the kitchen … wood stove added a wonderfully warm and cozy feel … satellite tv … games and dvd library … hot tub is awesome … just steps from Town Lift, shops, restaurants, etc. … we loved staying here and will definitely book again!

Our stay here was wonderful! The quick walk to town for restaurants/bars and the town lift to ski was outstanding. The hot tub at the end of a long ski day was 👌👌. Owners were so kind, checked in to see if we needed anything, had the stairs shoveled the morning after a nice snow and left our kids (who were back home) a little gift for us to take. So kind. The home is beautiful. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This was our 2nd time renting this house, and it's all still good. Historic house in the hillside neighborhood within a very short walk to Main St restaurants, shops etc. Well equipped, comfortable and cozy, pretty backyard with hot tub. Best for 2-4 people and 1 or 2 cars.

This was our second stay at this property, and once again it was perfect for my wife and I and our 2 Welsh Terriers. Very close to downtown and to great hiking trails. This place has everything we needed. Great hosts and a great property! Hope to return again!

What an adorable, comfortable 19th century cottage! We loved the quiet, secluded feel, yet it is located just a few blocks from downtown Park City with some of the Utah's finest restaurants and bars. The hot tub gave us a perfect end to a busy day of outdoor activities. Awesome place!

This property was perfect for my family's short ski trip. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It is conveniently located to the town lift, and a very short walk to Main Street. The owners, Cherie and John, were kind and accomodating. And if you stay here, you will get 30+ inches of fresh snow like we did - I guarantee it! ;)

Homeowner had no Manila and insisted on meeting to explain simple wood stove and hot tub. Then said, ‘Be respectful. This is a two million dollar house. ‘ This insulted me. I’m always respectful. Then the spouse came over unannounced and startled us. Banging around on the porch. He also man-splained to me how to take care of my kids. All wrong and negative. Very small. Dangerous steps. Toilet flooded.

This home was the cleanest home we have ever stayed in on vacation. Home owner went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The location couldn’t have been better. Walking distance to shops and skiing. The pictures on the listing did not do this home justice. It was great. Perfect for a small family with pets.

This property is everything it purports to be. It is a beautifully restored home built in 1891. It has all the modern conveniences + a touch of whimsy, yet maintains historical charm. Location is fabulous with short walking distance to restaurants and shops. Owner was more than responsive with ideas for dining and sightseeing. This is a pet friendly community as is the property. Having said that, one would not know a dog ever set foot into this house!

Cherie and John's house is everything a VRBO should be--well appointed, in a great location with a parking space and dog friendly besides. Cherie and John are v. pleasant to deal with and provided the best-equipped kitchen we've seen in a VRBO.
The house is in central Park City, an easy walk to everything Old Town provides. If you're a mountain biker, it's a v. easy roll to the trailheads at PCMR. (There's also an advanced trailhead at the other end of the street: be aware it's a steep and rocky initial climb.)

This is a lovely home in the old part of Park City. It is walking distance to all the sights and entertainment that is provided downtown.
The home is extremely comfortable and everything is very well organized by the owners. "There is a place for everything and everything is in it's place!"
Run, don't walk or you will miss out on this Park City Gem.

Cherie and John made us feel really welcomed and we had a great stay in Park City. The house is perfectly located as you can walk to town for a bite to eat or walk to the town lift to start your day on the mountain and just take a short walk home when done!

First and foremost, Cherie and John are wonderful owners. They reached out as soon as we booked the property and kept in touch before, during and after.
The cottage itself is perfectly located about 4 blocks from historic Main St in Park City, UT and 2 blocks from the Park City town ski lift.
It’s a beautiful home. Very cozy and beautifully appointed. We felt at home as soon as we walked in.
The pictures of this property are accurate and I would even say that the inside of the cottage is a little bigger than depicted. It’s perfect for a couple of even a group of 4. The bathroom is small but very well thought out and the shower is quite roomy.
Everything on the property was incredibly clean when we arrived.
We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again.
We highly recommend stay here!
