My husband and I, along with another couple stayed at Keith and Mary Lou's beautiful house for a mini-vacation in Bella Vista. The house is welcoming, spacious, and comfortable! (All four of us noted we slept well as the beds had the perfect blend of support and softness.) Our friends also greatly appreciated this house! We never heard, and hardly even saw any of the neighbors, adding to the peacefulness of our stay. Bella Vista has a lot to offer and is a good place for a get-away. We will definitely try to stay in this house again if we travel to Bella Vista in the future . . . which is something all of us discussed. :-) Keith and Mary Lou's communication was excellent - they were available to answer our questions and were clear on the check-out procedure. Their information / instruction folder was succinct and easy to follow. Thank you, Keith and Mary Lou for sharing your house with us!

Our guests from Holland, enjoyed using the house. They found it clean, full of necessities and very comfortable. They especially enjoyed seeing the wildlife around the house. I hope to be able to use this house for more guests.

Went to Bella Vista, AR to look for possible retirement property. This home was centrally-located but quiet. The large deck overlooked the woods and let us enjoy the sunny days. Lots of fun watching squirrels and birds while enjoying our morning coffee. The nights were star-filled and perfect for a good night’s sleep. Very comfortable space and the owner allowed us to park in the garage. Nice during the overnight rain storms. Close to Lake Windsor and trails for hiking and biking.

We just loved staying there with family and grandbabies ! Keith and Mary Lou were very helpful and patient with our questions! The neighborhood was very quiet as well as the house. Really enjoyed the space for everyone and the amazing birdwatching. !! Thank you for such a wonderful stay -we will be staying there in the future. Thank you so much for putting your house up for rental !

My brother and I drove down from Chicago and got in late so we appreciated the light by the front door and the east entry code. We were only there for 5 nights but enjoyed very comfortable beds. Also appreciated the availability of homeowner who was very helpful and answered any questions we had. Made our trip most enjoyable!

The home was well stocked with everything needed and nearby to major points of interest as well as shopping. Would select this choice again if the occasion arose.

The house was well supplied. There were plenty of hangers in the closet, which almost never happens. There was plenty of dishware and silverware. We appreciated being able to park in a garage. Everything was well taken care of. Thanks for the nice vacation spot.

sorry didnot see your email before we left did not get garbage can out to road or get umbrella put down you need to add these to your list in that notebook. the electric went out this morning before we left but came back on in about a hour. I think we did all rest had a wonderful time and hope to get back again next fall we love staying at your house

We were here to visit relatives and didnt want to keep moving around between houses. This was perfect! And now, the next time we will spend more time exploring the area.

Loved the place. Reminded me of older couple we hung out with. Dunsford had the same charm as theirs. By no means a "cookie cutter" house. The remoteness of it was a little unnerving at the start, but we got used to it. We were used to having city street lights on every corner. To compensate, the owner had lots of night lights. We used them. The only drawback was it being 11 hours from our place of residence. We knew that though. The drive was wotth it. Best wishes folks. Stay safe and healthy.

Property has a little musty smell, other than that it’s a great place

I highly recommend this property. The host are great with communicating. The house was spotless. Everything you need for a short or long stay. The big deck across the back nice for evening unwind and enjoy the quiet. Folks if you need a place to stay in Bella Vista pick this place. You will not be disappointed. I will always recommend it to my friends.

Nice quiet neighborhood, near some bike trails. A short drive to Bentonville

Really enjoyed our month-long stay. Well stocked. Very comfortable bed. Everything as expected. Even had room for my bass boat in the garage! Good location.

Overall a very comfortable and accommodating house to rent for a family. The house was cozy had plenty of everything one might need; pots, pans, laundry supplies etc... The Recliners, throws and comfy sofas were nice..home away from home. Great communication with owner. Having access to the garage and remote was great as we rented a car. The only concern I have is that the house was quite musty and I became congested needing to use Kleenex each time I was in the house due to allergies.

Well stocked kitchen and lovely house with a fabulous deck for viewing birds and stars. Quiet neighborhood with trails nearby. We would come back again!

Bella Vista is a nice area with plenty to do! We were helping our kids with a work related move so was a busy time watching their kids and helping with the move, but we still enjoyed the many parks, shopping, etc. in the area.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is nicely kept and comfortable with everything you need. The owners are very pleasant and respond very quickly if you should have any issues.

Went on a mountain biking adventure and this place worked great. Plenty of room and a nice patio.

We loved the cozy house in a friendly relaxing neighborhood on a wooded ridge as springtime foliage and wildlife brightened our days.

Lovely house in quiet neighborhood. Clean and comfortable. The deck was great for bird-watching, early morning coffee, reading, and grilling. The surrounding trails are beautiful.
