Fabulous Bungalow - Quiet Location Just Steps from Town - Pet Friendly

Cette unité est un niveau avec un grand porche pour se détendre, manger, regarder les gens et une vue imprenable sur le monument. Il est un deux chambres à coucher, une salle de bain, et un parking pour 2-3 voitures dans l'allée. Il dispose également d'usage exclusif de jardin patio privé pour les grillades, la réfrigération et divertissant. L'unité est climatisée, dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, une grande véranda avec vue sur le monument, est encore dans une rue calme qui est à quelques pas de tout ce que vous avez besoin dans P-Town. Vous êtes près du supermarché, chien-parc, buanderie, des galeries, des restaurants, plage de la ville, et bien plus encore. Garer la voiture et marcher partout .... Cette maison est pour vous! En outre, son un excellent choix si vous cherchez à réserver avec des amis ou en famille, car il ya une unité de 2 chambres arrière qui peut également être réservé pour les grands partis. L'unité arrière est deux niveaux, avec un porche fabuleux de la cuisine et de superbes couchers de soleil. Just what we needed for our long weekend stay. Very comfy space, especially for P-town's early season of "late winter with flowers". Very convenient, walking distance to Commercial Street and Stop & Shop for supplies.

Comfortable home and wonderful time of year to stay. Location could not be more perfect. Please note the owner does not provide towels, soap/body wash, or shampoo. We missed this fine print, leading to an unforeseen and inconvenient expense for objects that are otherwise cumbersome to pack on a vacation.

If you're wondering if this is the place for you, wonder, no more! Perfect location, perfectly clean with an excellent layout. Kitchen was well stocked with spices and utensils. Our absolute favorite place was the front porch. Lovely, covered porch with comfortable furniture and a gentle breeze. Hosts were a text away if you need them. Go enjoy!

My partner and I were looking for a place that could accommodate us, our dog, and 2 friends from out of town and this was perfect. We loved the personal touches and dog friendly vibe of the home and the outside front porch was perfect for soaking in the late summer afternoons. Beds were comfortable and the layout of the house was perfect for 2 couples and a pooch. The only minor downside was that bath towels are not provided which I missed in the check in instructions but our hosts were quick to respond and direct us to a local store where we could purchase them. Overall, a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again.

We were in town for a wedding and stayed at Michele and Carol’s cottage. It is perfectly located to be able to walk everywhere. It was spacious and adorable inside. Michele is very communicative and super sweet. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

This place is wonderful. The location is perfect--close to Commercial but also very nearby the grocery store and a gym. And the house itself is very cute--including a nicely sized and well-stocked kitchen, lovely yard in the back, and a very nice front porch, where we spent a lot of time reading and having meals. I've been coming to Ptown for a decade now and this is the best placed I've stayed in and hope to return soon!

The bungalow is a great place to stay - to stay in and relax or as a base for exploring P-town, which is so easy on foot or by car. The bungalow has two comfortable bedrooms and a roomy kitchen and plenty of everything to make your stay comfortable. And I loved that it was pet friendly and that my dogs were welcome. The neighborhood is quiet, but it's just a couple blocks away from everything along Commercial Street, so the perfect mix. The decor is beachy and laid back, but not at all kitschy. I'd definitely stay here again my next time to P-town. The only drawback was that my timing was in the late fall, so I didn't get to enjoy the front porch, which looks so relaxing. I'll have to plan better next time! Enjoy!

We just enjoyed out third stay at this property and look forward to returning - the location is ideal, the bungalow has everything you could need and want, and the front porch is a terrific place to watch the world pass by or just enjoy a rainy day outside. Michele and Carol are amazing hosts and their home is a 'cozy beach retreat' no matter what time of year you are in Ptown!

Beautiful home in a very quiet neighborhood. There are two very comfortable beds and very tasteful furniture. The television has a great picture. The landscaping has created a home for butterflies and the birds sleep in the trees in front of the covered porch. Thank you!

Such a Fabulous Bungalow
The coziest bungalow you ever want to stay at. The overall simplicity of this home is fantastic! The 2 bedroom and 1 bath accommodated our party of four adults nicely.
We wore out the front porch using it from morning coffee to afternoon cocktails complete with crackers and cheese to simply enjoying the evening as folks strolled by during each relaxing moment extending a simple hello!!
The Host (owners Michele & Carol) are very accommodating and easy to reach and very, very responsive!! Even followed up with us to see if we needed anything further after checking in.
The outdoor shower was so refreshing I used it everyday!! We rented the front unit and it came with 3 parking spaces.
If your desire is to be walking distance to town you can not go wrong with this place or its host!!

Wonderful stay
Lovely unit, very comfortable and bright. I stayed there with my large senior dog who has mobility issues, the property was just perfect for us. The hosts were very helpful and responsive, looking forward to staying there again!

Beachy vibe place very near all things fun!
A cute bungalow a few minutes walk from hot spots in P-Town. Nice kitchen and parking which is important in Provincetown! Beds were comfortable. Excellent communications with property owner (Michele was very gracious with my questions and issues and addressed everything so quickly!) Only issue is no towels (which Michele pointed out before arrival…thank you!) so just come prepared. I would stay here again.

A gem
This rental is super comfortable and also sparkling clean, with great energy and cool decorations everywhere. The house has been set up with so much care. The bedrooms have lots of closet space and comfortable beds. The porch is to die for, with a beautiful garden right in front. I had coffee out there every morning with my little dog in my lap, watching a few strollers or bicyclists go by! The location can't be beat. It's so quiet and calm and yet steps away from the action. Michele was very responsive and easy to work with. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect size - for our small family (two parents and two children under 12).
Perfect location - just far enough from the main streets to be quiet but also close enough to easily walk everywhere.

Perfect location, great house.
The location can't be beat -- very short walk to town, short walk to Stop & Shop, convenient access when you need to drive somewhere. This place worked perfectly for our family, including two kids under the age of 5. The highlights are the front porch, where we had breakfast every morning and cocktails every night, and the outdoor shower. The owners were great to deal with.

My new favorite vacation house
I loved this place. It had everything we need and was in a great location. I think we spent most of our time on the front porch. The pull out couch bed has to be the most comfortable I have ever been on. The only possible negative would be that the tv isn’t the smartest, bring your own streaming box if that’s something you are interested in.

Great house with perfect location!
We had a great time staying in Provincetown. Michele and Carol’s house was in the middle of everything but far enough off the main strip to get some rest. Michele was extremely accommodating and made life easy with our pup!

Perfect spot
The cottage was perfect for us and our two pets. The location was within walking distance of commercial street, shopping plaza and walking/biking trails. We were very pleased with our stay! There were renters in the back unit but it worked perfectly as we had our own driveways etc. And we never heard them either. Everything was well thought out!! Thank you

Excellent Reunion
Friends and family members reunited after many years living in different areas of the country. 30 Court Street was the perfect spot to stay because the house was large and comfortable; fully equipped kitchen; location was excellent and the weather was beautiful. There is a large front porch with comfortable furniture to gather. Excellent choice!!

This Bungalow is the Best
Perfect location on a quiet street but close walk to everything - this Bungalow lives large and exceeds expectations - beautiful landscaping, parking, wonderful front porch, secluded backyard, big bedrooms, great kitchen and wonderful “home away from home” vibe! We had the best vacation and will def choose to hopefully stay here again on future visits! We can’t say enough about how terrific this place is!

The Perfect Bungalow
Super cute property kept very clean with very comfortable couches and beds! One of the best parts was the large front porch to be able to hang out, drink wine, and enjoy good company. A 5min walk to Commercial Street...could it get any better? Michele and Carol were so friendly and welcoming. We look forward to more stays here year round!

Lovely, comfortable Ptown weekend!
A group of four of us with two dogs really enjoyed our weekend here. The home is clean and comfortable! The best part is definitely the covered front porch — it was great for morning coffee or evening wine time and conversation. We also loved the location! Just a few minutes from Kohi coffee and even closer Sal’s for dinner. We’d definitely stay again! Good to know there’s no dishwasher though.
