Well located. Close to the beach. Quiet. Lovers paradise

I wish it came when golf package options. Way too expensive to book individual rounds. Had to drive 45+ minutes to play golf under $250…

Have beach chairs to watch the sunset or have a picnic on the beach . We are older and getting down and up to sit on the sand was difficult.

It was a good location- a short walk to the beach. It was cutely decorated- anew coat of paint, a new shower. We were comfortable. The grounds were kept up well!

The property was “ worn”, old. The chairs on the porch were very worn and the little table between the chairs was rusted. The wood railing on the porch was in bad shape! They didn’t leave enough garbage bags, and had a broom but NO dustpan!!! The carpet in the bedroom had some big stains.

It was very comfortable. Other than the trash and dish issue it was very clean.

The trash in the kitchen wasn’t emptied. Part of check out is that you take your own trash out. So I took the trash out two times. Seems crazy to pay so much for a cleaning fee and then have to take your own trash out. Not huge, but I don’t think you should have to. Also, the dishes in the dish washer weren’t put away and didn’t look clean. We didn’t use any dishes.

TVs didnt work. Remotes batteries dead. No instructions on how to work all the different remote devises even after i had to go buy batteries for an outrageous price.
