Nulla in particolare!! Ad essere pignoli, qualche piccolissima sistemazione di manutenzione non perfettamente riuscita (rubinetti da fissare bene in bagno)

Il monolocale è bello, spazioso, pulito, ben tenuto e con tutto quello che può essere utile per un soggiorno (macchina per il caffè, microonde, lavastoviglie, molti asciugamani, doccia spaziosa, ecc.). Il parcheggio privato è stato super comodo.
Ho ricevuto tutta l'assistenza che mi serviva da persone cordiali.
Purtroppo dato che lo stabile è storico l'insonorizzazione non è proprio delle migliori. Anzi. Soprattutto dal soffitto (in legno?). Bisogna sperare di trovare dei coinquilini particolarmente silenziosi.

Appartemento davvero bello, curato pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario (compreso deposito sci lavatrice cucina). Molto comodo perché a pochi passi dagli impianti. Il sig. Claudio è stato molto gentile e ci ha prontamente assistito per ogni richiesta (es pass Ztl, consigli per parcheggio). Bella anche l'idea della convenzione con i ristoranti del posto. Consigliatissimo!

Modern en ruim appartement in een authentiek huis. Met veel aandacht ingericht. Goede bedden, mooie badkamer met grote douche en zelfs een werkplek in de slaapkamer. Centrale ligging in het dorp aan een rustige (voetgangers) straat. Skilift is een korte (wel wat steile) wandeling. Eigenaar is ook zeer hulpvaardig en goed bereikbaar. Dorpje zelf is een plaatje.
Het bovenste bed van het stapelbed had niet echt een hekje, daarom misschien wat minder geschikt voor kleine kinderen.

Qualche difficoltà nella regolazione del riscaldamento ( tendenzialmente alto).

Apartament był super położony i bardzo ładny. Wygodne łóżka.
Wbrew opisowi nie było dostępnego parkingu. Apartament przy stołu narciarskim, w którym nie można zaparkować jest bez sensu - bo i tak później parkujesz na uboczu i dojeżdżasz skibusem.

Welcome sets of tea and coffee that we could take with us in our thermoses on the ski slopes.
Comfortable beds and airplay in bedroom tv was magic sized could watch a movie in the evening all together.
And the view from the balcony.
Fully equipped kitchen so we could easily cook.
Spacious bathroom.
Tight gate to parking behind the building but we managed it.
In the evening it was super hot in the evening. But we managed to sleep with open window so that was all good.
Just one small bottle of shampoo and shower gel.

La posizione della struttura perché è raggiungibile tutto a piedi 🫶ci siamo trovati molto bene poi il proprietario Claudio e gentilissimo ci ha mandato anche un dolce nel giorno di natale 👌un gesto molto bello. Ci torneremo sicuramente ❤️

Bellissimo appartamento, organizzato con la massima cura, prestando attenzione a ogni singolo dettaglio. Cucina super attrezzata, macchina nespresso con cialde e una super selezione di tisane, letti comodissimi, armadio capiente, tutto pulitissimo. Non manca davvero nulla, ci si sente come a casa.

Bellissima l’idea dell’orto per gli ospiti, sicuramente un tocco in più.

Everything. The location is excellent . A short walk to ski lifts, bars and restaurants. It was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable. Lovely bathroom with good shower. Plenty of tea, coffee provided. The host was excellent. Very quick to reply to messages and gave v good recommendations.

Excellent location in easy walking distance to the gondola, shops and restaurants. Beautiful, original village - definitely not the usual ski station atmosphere. The owner is very service-minded, friendly and helpful. If you have a question, he answers almost immediately.
The snow, but we can't find fault with Residence Kalipe!
