Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Wash. The home is spacious with plenty of room for our large family. Great location with easy access to the beach. Close to shops and restaurants. Home is spacious and clean and beautifully decorated. Cookware was well organized and easy to find. Having three refrigerators was amazing. Highly recommend staying here.

This was our second time staying here. Great location,house is very spacious and wonderful host. We enjoy morning coffee and afternoon cocktails while sitting on the porch. Short walk to Garden City pier. We plan on staying here again.

Overall our trip was great! The location is perfect, easy access to the beach. The host was easy to get in touch with. They left a great starter basket with TP, hand soap, dish detergent, etc. We loved the hot tub, especially for a March visit. The house is a great size. We had two families staying together so two Master bedrooms was a huge plus. Overall, the house was clean. I thought the floors were a little dirty but it is a rented beach house so that's understandable. The TVs were kind of tricky. We could not find local channels. The family we were with logged into their own account and found the channels that way. I would definitely recommend this house and would stay there again.

We were thrilled with the location of this vacation rental! Lots of amenities close by, with a view of the beach, which is only steps away. The ability to rent a golf cart made this even more fun. The house is well laid out, and the kitchen is well-stocked with everything you might need. The private bedrooms and bathrooms were great, and gave everyone space and privacy. You could not hear anyone else, which was nice and gave everyone the rest they needed.
The only real downfall was the cleanliness of the house. The bathrooms and kitchen were not clean. The furniture and area rug are also quite dirty. Roaches were also an issue, which wasn’t brought to my attention until we were already there several days and I saw one myself. The main level needs some TLC.
We did purchase the linen package, which for 10 people, did not provide enough towels and dishcloths. We only had 1 dish cloth and tea towel for the week.
Everyone we had contact with were very kind and attentive when we had questions and feedback.

This was a nice property with comfortable space for several families. It was nice to have a bathroom associated with every bedroom and a dining table with room for 12 people. The neighborhood is very dense but we enjoyed being close to the beach. Communication with management was easy--every question I asked was promptly answered. The one wish we had was that the front door operated by code as compared to keys.

The property is in a great location but had some issues. The trash from previous tenant was left in main bins outside (lots of flies). The grout in all bathrooms (floors) needs to be redone. Some Dishes in cabinets were not cleaned. Unfortunately, we saw roaches in the kitchen. We loved the size and location of the property. Our family of 9 had plenty of room!!! With a little overhall (grout cleaning, wiping dirty doors, repairing blinds, window covering in master bathroom, throughly cleaning entire floors ..they were sticky) and perhaps a pest control contract .. this place could be perfect. We also appreciate the basket of supplies (trash bags, toilet tissue, hand soap, etc) from the owner to get us through the 1st night. If you are staying for an extended time period.. id def recommend the golf cart. It was fun to watch all the carts ride pass from the deck.

This place was great...we'll be back. My only complaint would be that I wish they would have had some extra things...like beach stuff, board games, some basic spices, etc. The place has no extras like that. But it was clean, great location, and the golf cart is a necessary add-on.

My friends and I took a trip to SC and found this property. The owners and caretaker were so communicative, and the whole process was very simple as far as check in goes. Property was clean, close to the beach, and had all the amenities we were looking for. We would definitely consider staying here again.

This property was great for our family vacation! Huge house, very clean, private pool… it was everything we hoped for. The beach access was right across the street which was great since we had several young kids. I would highly suggest renting the golf cart as well because the area is very golf cart friendly and it really came in handy. Would definitely recommend this property.

During this first visit to the Myrtle Beach area, each member of my extended family of 10 was impressed by the well-maintained Sea Wash property that offered lots of amenities, easy access to the beach (second row, but you have to cross a two-lane road), and, best of all, excellent service from the property managers.
The listing and photos are accurate. However, note that there is noise from the road and nearby properties that can bother young children / light sleepers.

Several cockroaches! Broken window latches so no security. Construction building a home 10’ away from windows, literally. Pounding and tools all day with no disclosure of construction in renting process. Working painted next door with sprayer and sprayed paint all over our vehicles (overspray). Picked up construction debris flying into pool and yard all week. Pool was not fun because tools were being ran all week. Upon arrival after a 12 hour trip you show up to sheets for all the beds in laundry bags at the front door and zero toilet paper in all 6 bathrooms. 1 roll of TP and 1 roll of paper towel on kitchen counter. This was not disclosed until check in so we spent the first 3 hours upon arrival making beds and getting back into the car to get TP. Wild. Several papers with “Or else” threats instead of welcoming letters. You have to take trash out to curb or a fine, you have to take laundry out or fine, dishes done or fine, sweep or fine. One of the more unsettling things was the threat of fines of house having damage……the house has plenty upon arrival. Doors don’t latch, water spots, countertops cracked, walls dented, scratched and again windows that don’t have functional latches. I’m plain shocked. First review I’ve ever written but this place is a disappointment thats only success is the tourism not the management. Pretty Bad experience filled with a ton of work maintaining property and jumping over cockroaches. Have fun.

We had a great weekend at this home. There was plenty of room for 11 ladies especially loved having a bathroom off each bedroom. Enjoyed the pool, hottub and steps away from the beach.

Great property and location. Easy beach access. The home has everything you need for large gatherings. Enough pots, pans and dishes to cook a Thanksgiving meal with refrigerators to store it all afterwards. Easy grocery shopping access. Hot tub and grill were great amenities. Owner provided a great little welcome basket of toilet tissue, garbage bags and dish liquid. It was great because I would have needed to make a immediate store run (I forgot them). Pool was great but may need a little maintenance and the kids said their feet hurt when in it and one got a scratch. Overall really no complaints. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was exactly as advertised, or better. I can't think of any single thing I would change. Beds and furniture were very comfortable, and the property was very clean. We had more than enough space for 8 adults. Made for a great week in Myrtle!

We had four couples and the accommodations were fabulous. It was just as described in the listing and then some. We cooked and we’re able to all be comfortable. Plenty of space for each couple. The owner was great to deal with, easy check in and they were very responsive to any need that we had. Location was great. We will def be back!
