Charmante maison de Fullerton surclassée à proximité des commerces et des attractions locales (5, 5 miles de Disney et 6, 8 miles de Knott's Berry Farm).
La maison est au 2ème étage au-dessus du garage. Cette jolie maison design a trois chambres et deux salles de bain. La chambre principale Cal King a une salle de bains améliorée avec un comptoir en marbre, un sol en carrelage et une conception de douche personnalisée. Les autres chambres se composent d'un lit queen-size et d'une chambre d'enfants avec des lits superposés. Les deux dernières chambres partagent une salle de bain couloir magnifiquement améliorée. Plancher de bois franc stratifié partout.
La disposition à aire ouverte du rez-de-chaussée avec cuisine, salle à manger et salon le rend idéal pour socialiser avec la famille. La cuisine a des armoires lambrissées personnalisées, du matériel amélioré, des comptoirs en marbre et des appareils en acier inoxydable: cuisinière / four, lave-vaisselle, savon à vaisselle et réfrigérateur - le siège de la salle à manger 8. My family and I stayed at this location in Fullerton for the 2nd week of the PGF National tournament for girls softball. The tournament was in Huntington Beach/Fountain Valley/Irvine, however we chose to stay in Fullerton. We chose this house because it fit our needs and it looked cozy. We were pleasantly surprised to arrive and it be even better than we expected. Please also know that the main level living is upstairs. We were traveling as a family of 5 (3 young girls 7-11 yrs old) plus my parents so the home worked perfectly and fit us all comfortably. The home was clean and well maintained. Close to freeway, shopping and food. Also just down the road from Disney. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here with my family for a wedding. The location was fantastic and central to the necessities: grocery store, gas station, etc. It was really easy to get to the main streets from here but not too close that you hear traffic. I think the high hedge and trees helped a lot with privacy. And it was really nice to see the birds every morning out the living room window. It was a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. I'd totally live in this area. It seemed family-friendly.

The location was conveniently located near Cal State Fullerton and provided my family of 7 with everything we needed.

We stayed here for our Disney trip. Very responsive management team. Very accommodating with our needs for the baby, we only had to pack her clothes and toys. A playground is only 2 blocks away. The place seemed bigger than what the pictures show.
My only recommendation would be having umbrellas for guests to use, but not a real necessity. Thank you for the wonderful Vrbo experience.

Recommendation to change the mattress in the guest bedroom and allow the thermostat to drop a little lower. It started to get a little stuffy with all the bodies.
I’ve already referred this home to other friends and family planning their Disney vacations.

Perfect stay...even though we used the home JUST to sleep for a few hours both nights, the set up was incredible for rest...plenty of beds for our large family, comfy mattresses and bedding, spotless bathrooms and kitchen, warm showers and fluffy towels. Slept great, which I rarely do away from home!

We spent a week at this home in Fullerton. It was about a 15 minute drive to Disney and close to 91 for quick access to other areas of LA. It is in a quiet neighborhood near shopping and restaurants. The house was clean and had a nice layout. A note to those with disabilities: the home is on the second floor of the building, with garages taking up the full first floor, so it isn’t wheelchair friendly, but that wasn’t an issue for us.
Lots of amenities were provided, so we were able to make meals easily and do laundry as needed. There isn’t a large outdoor area, but it didn’t matter as we spent our time at local attractions. There was an issue with the fridge leaking at check in, but it was resolved quickly.
This house is an excellent choice for families with older children who are looking for a place to stay close to Disney.

We were in town for our daughter’s soccer showcase and this place didn’t disappoint. The location is fantastic! Quiet neighborhood and close to everything that you would need. Will stay again in the future!

We picked this location because of how close it was to Disney. We spent most of our days at Disney and it was always nice to come back to a quiet place to rest. We enjoyed being able to eat breakfast in the morning before we left and having snacks upon return. The kitchen was adequately supplied for our needs. We appreciated the ceiling fan and extra fan in the master and that the property offered A/C.

Just as the title says this was an excellent stay. You're about a 2 minute walk from the beach and hearing the waves on the balcony in the morning is amazing. We will likely look to get back to this property again in the future. The only problem that I had was getting to and from the property was a bit complicated but was not impossible.

Beautiful, updated 3 room house. Overall very pleased. The only problem we had was poor check in instructions. When we arrived, the front entry was closed with a sliding gate and we kept entering the code they gave us. I called them and left messages. Finally I realized the gate can be just pushed open. The entry code worked for the side door. They called back 3 hours later! After that Jeff called and was super helpful. He gave us his direct number. He also helped quickly when we found out there was no ironing board and he bought a brand new one and delivered very quickly. Overall, very pleased with the stay and will use it again.

Clean house, close access to Disney, Knotts, Convention Center, and Cal State Fullerton. Garage to park our car. Neighborhood felt safe with lots of restaurants nearby. Flat screen tvs in each room and a nice kitchen and eating area. Highly recommend.
Only negative is the VRBO app doesn’t have the check in/out/contract info, so I had to keep searching emails to find info. Would be nice if everything is in one place.

We stayed here with my parents and my two boys. We had a great time, the house was well stocked with kitchen tools and everything was clean and comfortable. Our only hiccup was not realizing the gate needed to be manually pushed open to access the house. We got there after dark however so probably would have figured it out if not for that. Would definitely recommend

Overall, a really nice spot, however we found some kind of dirt on the floor of the garage. Also, some bugs in the kitchen. The refrigerator water filter also needs to be replaced. Aside from those things, the place was nice and we enjoyed our stay! Thank you

We were really happy with this vrbo, it was kind of a challenge to find, but once we did it was a hidden gem. It was clean and well stocked. I would definitely stay here again.

Property was in good condition all of the flooring, appliances finishes were clean and presentable. Property is on the second floor so have to lug your stuff up and down the stairs. Parking is tight, we were able to fit my brother-in-law gmc full size pickup in like with 2 inches. There is a piece of furniture in the garage that makes very tight on one side. Outside parking is very small as well for a full-size vehicle but there is a gate that can be closed. Straight shot from the property down Harbor without need to take any freeways. This is noted in the property information for parking. Not being able to load on the street makes it hard to get in and out if your are using both spots.
Communication from the property management was quick. I would stay there again. FYI ant traps on the counter so don’t leave any food out they got into my daughters Birthday cupcakes. Hall restroom shower valves could use some maintenance but were operational.
Slept good, after being sacked it wouldn’t take much. Stayed 5 nights here. Quick access to stores on a quiet street.
