Killington Big House: Largest Vacation Rental in Killington
Killington Big House est une grande maison de vacances de luxe rénovée en 2011 et entièrement rénovée, située à Killington, au Vermont, pouvant accueillir des réunions de famille, des retraites corporatives ou de grands groupes de 30 personnes maximum.
Avec un total de 12 chambres et 12 salles de bains, les grands groupes peuvent "Come Hang Together" dans une grande maison de vacances bien équipée avec un espace confortable et situé dans un cadre calme et paisible des Montagnes Vertes.
Deux sections de la maison sont disponibles pour être loués ensemble ou séparément. Tout d'abord, le pavillon principal se compose de 8 chambres et 8 salles de bains, une grande salle avec cheminée, salle à manger pour 20 et une cuisine entièrement équipée avec deux lave-vaisselle, 6 plaques de cuisson et deux fours. Deuxièmement, le Chalet Timber attaché dispose de 4 chambres et 4 salles de bains ainsi qu'une grande cuisine bien équipée avec cuisinière professionnelle de 8 brûleurs, deux fours, une salle à manger de 10 personnes et un salon. Le sous-sol pour les clients du Main Lodge dispose d'une salle de sport, d'un bar, d'une salle de jeux et d'un local à skis. Aussi inclus dans le sous-sol sont deux autres salles de bains, une avec deux douches supplémentaires et laveuse / sécheuse.
Un système domotique d'Elan a été ajouté non seulement pour contrôler le système d'éclairage et de chauffage à distance, mais aussi pour offrir des options de divertissement à domicile avec IPod Dock, Sirius Satellite Radio et lecteurs DVD BluRay. Les conférenciers sont situés au premier étage, la terrasse du spa et le sous-sol.
Le grand pont avant (avec accès en fauteuil roulant) et le pont du spa latéral offrent de nombreuses possibilités pour profiter du paysage naturel, réfléchir paisiblement et accueillir des divertissements en plein air.
La maison dispose également d'un luxueux bain à remous Hot Springs Grandee de 8 personnes donnant sur un étang bleu clair alimenté par un ruisseau, niché dans les montagnes vertes.
Un deuxième Hot Springs Grandee 4 personnes hot-tub a été ajouté pour les invités Chalet Timber.

The property was nice and the house was big and spacious and the bedrooms and bathrooms better than the pictures. The house was well- supplied. We had some issue and the managers responded quickly. We would go back!!!

This gigantic house was perfect for our group of 10 adults and 12 kids, with plenty of room to spend time together and also to have alone time when we needed it. Tons of seating at multiple dining tables and couches, and cooking (and cleaning up after) giant meals was easy in the two large kitchens with three dishwashers. We definitely appreciated the generous amount of tableware provided. The summer weather was perfect for the kids to play outside, and a few of us even spotted some black bears nearby (at a safe distance!). Really no complaints at all - we would stay again in a heartbeat!

29 people, multiple families with ages 11 - 50+ spent 3 days celebrating a high school graduation. The Killington House is beautiful, the communication with the host and Brenda was fantastic. They have everything you need there. I am sure for those that ski - it is a phenomenal place for groups.

The pictures of the property do not do this massive property justice. It is in an unbelievable location with great views of the surrounding mountains. The area is extremely beautiful with plenty to explore but you truly will not have to leave this property to have the full Vermont experience. I highly recommend this property for large groups of all shapes and sizes you will not regret it.

Third year at this property and it never disappoints. Everything you could possibly need is there. The house is very clean. The great room is amazing, so relaxing with the fireplace on. The hot tub is awesome. We will be back for year 4!

We stayed for our annual family ski trip with 20 something people across three generations. The big house was easily large enough for everybody to spread out and enjoy privacy with rooms large enough for everybody to come together to socialize. Well-Appointed in every way. Two large kitchens made large family meals, a breeze including cleanup with three dishwashers. The hot tubs and game rooms and sledding hill ensured that even the non-skiers had a blast. We usually try a different place each year, but the family has already started discussing whether we should just make this the regular spot.

Our four families had an amazing time this week. Just as much entertainment at the house as there is at the mountain. Bunk rooms were great for the kids and enough master bedrooms with en suite for each couple. We already want to find another time to come back.

I recently stayed here with several graduate school classmates for a weekend retreat and the property was perfect for us. Plenty of sleeping spaces, different group socializing spaces, and amenities. The only thing I would note is that there is 1 hot tub (not two, which is what it says in the listing) and we would have appreciated better instructions on how to use the multimedia / sound system, which we couldn't figure out.

This is the sixth year that we’ve stayed here. We missed one year because of COVID. It’s perfect for our large extended family of 23. It’s well equipped and spacious with two kitchens. The table extends and seats all of us comfortably. We’ll keep on going back.

This was a perfect house for a group of long-time friends to catch up, together with families including kids of different ages. Lots of different bedroom configurations, lots of bathrooms, kitchens very well supplied for both easy and complicated meal prep, and lots of different rooms for hanging out. Easy to communicate with the property manager. Definitely five stars.

My group of 16 guys loved this house and its proximity to Green Mountain National Golf Course (4 min drive.) The house is absolutely massive and super accommodating to large party sizes. We felt we had everything we needed at the house upon arrival. Owner was fast to communicate. Hope to return again soon.

Absolute perfect place to stay with a large group of golf friends. House is a great mix of comfort and enjoyment (with the jacuzzis and downstairs game room). And, with Green Mountain National Country Club right down the street, the location could not be more perfect.

We had a family reunion and this house could not have been more perfect. Everything was designed to make a large group of people 25+ feel comfortable. I have never seen a rental house so appointed. We rented this house in the summer but more than half of the basement is setup for winter. Tons of ski storage and individual lockers with boot warmers.
The game room in the basement was a hit with the kids. The place is just so great and perfect for us.
The pond that is pictured is private and we could not use. There was a sign up that told us that when we went down to the pond. That didn't affect our trip at all as there is a ton of stuff to do in the area.

The Big House is great for our big family get togethers! The beautiful kitchens, fire pit, and basement bar are some of our favorite parts of the house. As a big group, we are all able to comfortably sleep and hangout in the house. Also, the house is located close to beautiful trails and waterfalls. Would recommend for a summer stay!

We had a wonderful 3 day stay. The house is very spacious with ample bedrooms and bath. It has two kitchens that are full equipped and very well organized. The owners(Mark and Brenda) are very prompt with responses and accommodating. I highly recommend this place and will be coming back again.
