I wish there was a complex MAP showing both pools (we didn't know there was a second pool until we talked to a resident at VanDeMeer). She also told us we had beach access at the end of the street inside of going all the way down to Coligny. Those would be nice additions to have in the welcome packet. Overall, wonderful stay and we would book again.

Lovely, well furnished condo, but it could have been cleaner. The location was great, tons of restaurants within walking distance. The beach was a short walk away. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, but there was only salt and pepper left in the cabinets for your use. The view from the little deck overlooking the pool was great, looked so tropical with the beautiful foliage and palm trees. Friendly people at the pool too. The tiny deck was very dirty, had to sweep up a pile of dirt and sand and wipe down chairs before I sat down. Would stay again.

The walk to the beach and shops was nice and convenient. The pool was nice and very family friendly! Could use some updates on some other furniture but was a nice accomodation and location.

We try to come to the island at least once a year to visit family. Out of all the rentals we have had this one was disappointing. I had to borrow pots and pans from family just to cook a meal because place had literally a skillet the size big enough to cook one egg in. The bedroom with queen and twin bed are so uncomfortable floor sleeping probably would have been just as good. We also had to call to have beds checked for bugs because my husband and I were waking up to bites every morning. They found no bugs but told us it could be no see ums. I read in some other reviews about the ceiling fan not working in 2nd bedroom and that was reported couple years ago and still does not work. So we went and bought a cheap floor fan for my husband that needs a fan to sleep. Curtains in 2nd bedroom are so stained they look like they came out of a horror movie. Everything other than these things place was decently clean, location to the pool was awesome, parking was easy, spacious, and quiet.

It was a nice resort. The condo was a bit dated, but it just needs minor updates. There is an odor, which is probably due to age of the property. There’s room for several guests and it’s a short drive to the free beach parking!

We had a great time. The location was perfect. Stones throw from ocean and a beautiful pool. Everything was fresh and clean. There were no surprises.

Lots of wonderful pool and beach time. 12 minute walk to Colygny Plaza where you will find restaurants and shopping. All meals were excellent. Everything in condo worked fine but the place could use a coat of paint. Otherwise fine

We found that the property is in need of a refresh. The storm door didn't close, one of the ceiling fans did not work and the mattress in the master bedroom has a dip in it and very uncomfortable. The kitchen needs a set of cookware. There was a total of two pan, one skillet and one saucepan.

The unit needs just a few tweaks to be A+: the stove drawer is broken; the cable TV kept freezing and dropping its signal; a few beach items in the lockup outside would be helpful like other owners provide. But we'll stay here again :)

This space was absolutely perfect for a two week stay with my boyfriend. Easy 15 min walk to almost everything, otherwise just a five minute drive to other places. Super close to the beach and the pool on property was perfect! Being able to walk right off the back porch to the pool was awesome. Property was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for an awesome stay. Highly recommend!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean, and is situated within walking distance to both the beach and Coligny Plaza. We would definitely stay here again.

This unit wasn’t clean. Tubs were dirty with heavy soap scum and hadn’t been vacuumed from the last renters. The unit also smells as if it used to be a smoking rental. It’s musty and damp and the air conditionIng closet was covered in an inch of dust and the filter clearly hasn’t been changed this year. The beds in this unit all need replaced as they are old hard and loud every time you move. We left early because it was so uncomfortable.

The condo was very nice and clean. The walk to the beach was only about 5 minutes and was not hard to get to. Recommend this stay!
