Our stay was awesome. Plenty of room for everyone to visit and eat. Kitchen was well stocked and we cooked most of our meals at the condo. We all had our own bedroom and bathroom great for when you want a nap or some privacy. Easy access to the beach. I would definitely stay again.

Great condo with plenty of space. Check in process was simple, property owners are very prompt returning messages. Jetted tub in master suite is a nice touch!
The only issue we had was with the Isles oceanfront pool. The pool was supposed to be open till end of sept, but take note if they have a wedding at any point during your stay it will be closed. I had my little kids at the pool the first day and we were asked to leave, while waiting for my kids to get dried off, we were told basically to leave immediately. The lady was extremely hateful about the situation. Hated it for my kids but luckily we found an alternative for a pool the rest of the weekend.

Bob & Shelia's condo was perfect for our family of 6 and was exactly as described. We loved that they provided bed linens as well as towels which isn't common for the area. The beds and furniture were very comfortable, something we cant say about other places we've stayed in the past. We loved having access to the Isle Club and used the pool everyday after being at the beach. Our family has been coming to OIB every year for 30+ years and we have already booked their condo for next year!

Enjoyed our stay. It was a little far to the pool and beach but the area is quiet and clean. The condo was nice. Only concern was hearing the toilet flush from the upper condos in master bedroom.

Awesome place. Description is accurate, Very clean, loved the balcony for coffee in the morning and wind down time in the evening… we would definitely stay again… had everything we needed to cook meals instead of having to eat out… great trip!!!

The property was exactly as described and even more! My friends and I were in town for a celebration of life and we were able to very comfortably fit 7 of us without an issue. It was a real nice touch to have all of the linens and towels taken care of while we bought our paper products and soaps on our own.
It was definitely still in the off season in the area so it was very serene and peaceful. It had everything we could have asked for in a near beach side location. Thanks to Bob and Sheila for providing great instructions on what to expect with check-in and out as well as providing options of what to do in OIB!

Excellent location. Well equipped kitchen for cooking. Amazing layout for 3 college kiddos and 1 high schooler. Lots of parking. Beautiful, peaceful porch for morning coffee.

Spotless, comfy & very attractive decor. Loved, loved, loved having 4 bathrooms with teens in tow. Kitchen was stocked with pots & pans large enough for prepping meals for 10 people. Cabinets were labeled so we could keep utensils, dishes, etc organized. We hate to go out to eat and stand in line for hrs. and greatly enjoyed the convenience and economy of eating in. Short walk to beach club pool & beach. Hated to leave. Hope to return. Thanks to the O’Donnells for a wonderful beach trip.

Amazing property almost on the beach (5 minutes walk)! The pictures do not give justice to how spacious this condo is. Enough place for our three generational family to each have their room and full bathroom. Very easy arrival, the owners are easy to reach. Highly recommended!

Condo is comfortable and close to the beach. Easy access to the pool. We had fun feeding the turtles across the way. We love coming to OIB and the condo was a nice place for us to be.

Spacious, Organized and great location!
This condo was more spacious than expected and at a great location, just a short walk to the closest public beach access. The kitchen was the most organized than any other, from our past 13 years of visits to OIB. The labeled shelves in the kitchen cabinets made using and then washing and returning everything to its correct spot, easy and helped to keep the organization for the next guest. I would recommend staying here!

Summer Vacation 2022
We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful condo with incredibly well-equipped kitchen! Enough space for our group of 3 adults and 2 teenagers to spread out. Dining room table perfect for meals and many board/card games. Thank you for sharing your condo!

Honest review of a beautiful condo.
I am rating this condo 5 stars because everything was absolutely perfect except for the master bed, so I don’t want them to lose a star because that is an easy fix which would then make the condo absolutely perfect. The mattress is terribly uncomfortable and sinks in the middle. Our backs ached each morning when we woke up. Other than that issue, everything else was perfect. I have OCD about cleanliness and this condo scored very well for me. The new furniture in the living room was very comfortable and roomy. The colors and decor classy. The kitchen was well stocked to prepare meals. The check in and out process was super easy. My family enjoyed a wonderful vacation here and if they get a new mattress in the master bedroom, we will definitely return! We have stayed in other condos in the Islander Villas, and this was the nicest! You can really tell that the owners take pride in their vacation home.

Perfect location and amenities in this condo. We had a really nice vacation here and would rent the same condo again. Nice deck looking over the Lagoon! It was clean and kitchen was very well appointed and organized. The bedding could be updated but otherwise perfect! Thank you!

Great condo!
We loved the condo! It was nice and clean and had everything we needed for our family. The size and lay out was perfect for us! We loved sitting on deck and the pond view was very nice. Great location! The only thing that was a little tricky was the parking; the bays are a little tight and we had to keep moving vehicles around. But we loved the property and it’s close to the beach and not far from the pool! The owners were great with communications and the checking in process was great! We would definitely stay here again!!

Great location to the beach! Condo was very clean and kitchen very well stocked w/ many choices for dishes and cooking tools! It was nice to have each bedroom have its own attached bathroom! Our one suggestion would be to have more seating in the living area such as a sectional and large ottman or coffee table. We did not use the access to the isle pool but have in the past and that is also a nice option to have! Thank you for sharing your home!

Great Family Beach Getaway
Great location, short walk to the beach. Entire area of Ocean Isle we really enjoyed from the restaurants, beach and golf. Nice not to have the touristy traffic, stress free location! Condo was nice, wish the furniture was more updated and floors were all tile. This did not bother us at all but there were cracked tiles, missing grout and felt as though some were loose as you walked on them. None of this would keep us from renting this unit again, just leaving an honest review. We very much enjoyed our visit and will return again.

Lovely condo near the beach
We enjoyed our stay at this very pretty condo. Lots of space in the bedrooms and an open, airy feel in the living room/dining/kitchen area. Great that each bedroom has its own bath. A nice deck area to sit outside. A pretty short walk to the beach, but there are steps to go over the dunes (in case that's a problem for some people). The overall cleanliness was good, but the floors could use a deep clean. We would stay at this property again!

Do not rent
This condo was very nice however it was vey dirty when we arrived. We were able to get it cleaned but very bad experience upon arrival. Then after we checked out, we got notice that we broke fridge door which was working fine when we were there so not sure where that came from. We will definitely not rent this unit again. Luckily we purchased the renter’s insurance however there was nothing wrong with the fridge when we left.

Perfect spot for relaxation
We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is much bigger than it shows in the pictures. It was really nice to have a bathroom in each bedrrom. The beach is only 4 minutes of walk from the condo. Our favorite part was the view of the lagoon from the balcony; the sunset view is amazing from there! We rented bikes and enjoyed riding around the neighborhood. Would love to stay here again.
The only thing we would recommend is replacing small smart TVs in the bedrooms that have queen beds with bigger ones.

A wonderful Week!
Our family enjoyed our stay at the Islander Villas so much! We have stayed in this area for the past 5 summer, and this condo, is by far, the cleanest and most well stocked of any. Our family enjoyed the view and the short distance from the beach access. The unit is on the first level and was very QUIET and peaceful. A great place for a family to stay!

Great location!
This home is in a fantastic location just a very short walk from the beach. We really enjoyed having access to the pool as well. The owners are very kind and quick to respond. Our one major issue was cleanliness when we arrived. It looked like housekeeping made the beds and left. We found trash under the couches and beds from previous vacationers, the bathrooms were dirty and the floors had not been cleaned. I definitely don't blame the owners for this, but we spent 2 hours after getting there cleaning top to bottom. (I did call to complain to management company and they offered to send housekeeping, but at that point we had done it already). The front, queen room is also lacking curtains and the security lights from the porch shine so brightly into the room it is hard to sleep.
Beyond those things, we enjoyed our stay. I hope the owners will look into a new cleaning service and curtains for the rooms.

Everything just like the photos. Quick walk to the beach. Or a little longer walk to the pool. Nice to have a restaurant attached to the pool with an outside bar that you can order food/drinks.

Rented online and had no problem at all. Check in and out was awesome by not having to stop at the office to pick up keys. Very nice place.
