The house was nicer than even pictures showed and clean. Check in was easy and all was as was advertised.

Wonderful place to stay. The deck is amazing, sun rises over the water. 1 block from the ocean with direct public access. All appliances work great, tons of plates and cooking items. Our family felt very safe at this location. We're close to the main road as well, but you cannot hear any cars, just the ocean! We intend on staying here every time we come back to OBX. Our Property Manager was also extremely responsive to questions and even called to make sure everything was going as expected. For the price, view, location, and space - hard to beat!

We stayed last year and came back again. The major complaint was the weakness of the railing on the observation deck. THIS NEEDS ATTENTION NOW before a serious accident happens. We may come back next year if the railing is fixed. Thank you.

House was in a great location. The short walk to the beach was nice with a 1 year old. House was well equipped. I chose this property for the four bedrooms with queen/king beds for my adult children. It was perfect. It was much better than the pics. Loved the flooring on main floor. We had a wonderful time.

Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Lots of room for our family. We travel with young children and my parents, so it’s nice to have some extra space. Outdoor bathroom and shower and hose were great for after beach clean off! I would definitely stay here again! Although we didn’t need it, the property had high chairs, crib, things you would need for a baby (this is an awesome perk for rentals).

The house was very clean upon arrival, and had everything our group needed for our trip (cooking/beach supplies, etc). Views from the upper decks were great – having booked our stay during the 4th of July, we had unobstructed views of all the fireworks being set off to the north and south. It’s a block away from the beach and a short drive away from local amenities. Essentially, the house was as advertised. Our group had a wonderful stay and we can’t recommend the property highly enough! Thank you!

This house is way better than the pictures of it. Going to book again for next year, location was amazing close to the beach, restaurants and whatever you need. 30 second to the white sand beach.

We were pleasantly surprised that none of us really had any complaints. We come to Kitty Hawk every year and there is always something wrong, but this year everything was good. House had what it should have had and nothing was skimpy for us. Thank you for supplying everything that we needed.

The location was great, a few minutes walk to the beach. The house just needs a little updating. I have already recommended this house to family and friends

The stay was great. House was clean and nice. Close to the beach which was fantastic. Some problems at arrival which were solved quickly. BBQ is not very nice, so we did not use it. We certainly recommend this property.

This is a great location. The house isn't fancy but it is comfortable. We played at the beach all day, enjoyed bike rides (heading in either direction, north toward Corolla or south toward Nag's Head), drove to the Duck's Head boardwalk for a sunset, and sat around the table playing lots of board and card games (that we brought) almost every night. A couple of the young adults had to work virtually, and the wifi worked fine. We heard a sweet voicemail from the owners near the end of the week, wishing us a good stay. I'd stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay, the views from the second and roof top decks were terrific. The condo is a little dated (mauve carpeting as example) but overall nice property.

We had a wonderful family vacation in Kitty Hawk. The property was better than expected. The views were fantastic from the multiple decks, the short walk to the beach was fantastic. Everything about the property, from the location to the setup, to the communication with the property manager was top notch. We are anxious to return next summer and highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a relaxing vacation in a beautiful location.

The house was as advertised - clean, close to the beach, and had a great ocean view from the top balcony. We enjoyed our stay immensely! Would go back in a second.

This is a great property and the owners and property manager were very helpful with a couple of special request that we made. The property is great and very well stocked with EVERYTHING you could possibly need. There is nothing in the kitchen that you would need to add and the bedrooms have extra blankets, pillows, child bed rails, baby gates, and more. The decks were awesome and had plentiful, comfortable seating on every deck. We loved the rocking chairs and spent a lot of time just enjoying the breeze and the view while rocking. There is also ample parking and in fact, in the main driveway, we had two full sized trucks, and a van with plenty of room to spare. The location is amazing and just a few steps from beach access and the beach is awesome and not crowded and very family friendly. All the amenities were just down the street, including a walmart, restaurants, and entertainment. Many awesome restaurants are within walking distance of the house and we particularly liked Art's Place, Rundown Cafe, and Cotton's BBQ. Overall, a wonderful place for a family vacation, but would be extra great, if the carpet and rugs were replaced with tile or laminate flooring. Carpets and rugs were not very child friendly or beach friendly. Thank you for allowing our family of 12 to enjoy our time together and make many lasting memories for our kids and grandbabies and thank you for allowing us to park our RV in the extra driveway. It saved us from having to store it for the week.

We were so sad to leave, this house was perfect!! We enjoyed the non crowded beach (bc there was no life guard) the house had every amenity and extra you could have needed. We were traveling with 3 teenage kids and another couple. It was nice that each couple had their own bathrooms as well as the teenagers sharing their own. The layout of the house was perfect so the other couple had the top floor and we stayed on the floor with the kids. The 3 decks are amazing and the top deck got a lot of use when we didn't want to walk back to the beach...I hope to return next year to the same house bc we loved the location and the house. We had great communication with the agency for questions and any needs but we really didn't have any needs bc this house really had it all.

Have stayed several years before. Lovely home. Comfortable for a family with kids or in our case grandkids!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and very spacious. The views from the decks were amazing. We enjoyed watching the fireworks from the top deck.

This is our second vacation at this property. We love the proximity to the beach and shopping. The layout of the home is perfect for our family. The flights of stairs are a good cardio challenge and an excellent way to tone. Most importantly is the kindness and promptness of the manager in responding to questions, problems, and finding solutions. We will definitely return in the future.
