New Spacious 4 Bdr Home On The Guadalupe W/ Private River Entrance

Profitez de la falaise côté pittoresque et belle 100 pieds plus d'accès direct de la rivière juste à votre porte! Location de métro et d'un service de navette est prévu à côté. Vous pouvez entrer ici la rivière et sortir à une variété d'endroits le long de la rivière et être retourné à la propriété. Cet emplacement est parfait pour jouer dans la rivière ou tout simplement se détendre pendant que vous regardez les autres flottent dans la rivière. Aussi, si vous aimez la musique en direct, la propriété est courte distance en voiture à River Road Ice House, & Gruene Hall. Si vous êtes un amateur d'antiquités, la maison est à moins de 10 minutes des villes de New Braunfels et Gruene, qui fournissent des magasins d'antiquités, ainsi que de nombreuses boutiques uniques où les artisans vendent leurs marchandises. La maison est également proche de grand barbecue, ainsi que plusieurs centres commerciaux. Property was beautiful, beds were comfortable. Description is a bit deceiving though. House is located in a row of houses that share a common river area with all residents. There was only cold water for showering. I informed the owner who suggested checking the breaker (was not the problem). Owner advised he would get it fixed after our stay. There were no washcloths nor dish towels. Owner was responsive in getting some delivered (which had to be washed). The home had not been thoroughly cleaned (as there were used sanitary items left under the bathroom sink). Loud parties go on late at night. The owner has no control over that, but helpful info for older adults or groups with small kids. The river area was trashed (people leaving random trash on shore). Overall, comfortable home with great layout for large group. Owner is responsive to my issues. Home was a little farther out of town than expected. Probably would not stay again based on proximity to other homes, privacy, and location/access to river.

Needs to find new house cleaners!
The house was ok but the cleanliness was horrible! There was a used tampon in the bath cabinet, the countertops were sticky, the toilets had residue in there, they was balls of hair in all the showers, the ceiling fans have cakes of dust on them and the silverware had old food stuck to them. When I texted the property manager he apologized but said they only had 4 hours to clean the house! I’m sorry but that is ridiculous! I had to pay a cleaning fee but feel this is wrong as we had to clean the house up when we got there and when we left! I truly feel we are owed some money back!

Great River Trip House
I shared this house with friends for our annual river trip. It was a really nice, clean house and it was perfect that we could walk right next door to CaPs to float the river. The only complaint that I had was the neighbors (at the campground maybe?) partied every night til 3-4am and the bass literally shook the windows. I’m not sure if it’s like that every weekend but I definitely needed to wear earplugs to be able to sleep.

Great House
Our family enjoyed our stay. The river is walking distance from the house as well as the tube rental business. There is a room down stairs from the main house, which worked for our family gathering. We are excited about visiting next year!

Amazing Place
This is the nicest place we have stayed at on this street! The house was well taken care of and decorated very nicely. Mark was great to work with! It is so easy to stay here and float the river! We will for sure be staying at this house again! Outstanding! I would recommend 10/10!!

Nice place for a party
The house was nice and in a great location but we had to mop the floor once when we arrived. The host was able to clear up an issue with a clogged shower drain which we appreciated. Some of the furniture was broken but as I understand it, will be fixed soon. The neighborhood was quiet until Thursday when a large party moved in next door and was blaring music and drunken karaoke until 2 AM. The property would be great for a party, would come back provided that the small items get taken care of.

Great Getaway
Rented this beautifully decorated river home for a girls weekend. The home is clean and very roomy. Had all the essentials we needed. It unfortunately rained all weekend but we still had a great time at this place.

Guadalupe Greatness
We had such a great time on this trip! The house was even better than the description. It was perfect for our 4 families (and several young children) to get away and enjoy each other's company. We had great access to the river. Our kids got to be kids as they splashed in the river, collected rocks, and explored. The house was clean, well stocked and just perfect. The big porch made for beautiful evening meals, dance parties and games of Family Feud.

Great location to enter the river and either float or relax where you are. Only downside it the other properties are close and each night there was very loud noise till 3-4am in the morning so sleep was hard. But this specific place was very clean, up to date and comfortable.
