Perfect vacation home for 3 families! Home has all the amenities including games, hot tub, grill and more! Very clean, beautiful location and very friendly property management. Every one in our group loved this home!

Very clean and well equipped. Shuffleboard didn’t really work. (Needs proper sand). Close to all the Hocking Hills trails.

First time to Hocking Hills, the house was perfect for us with young children and several adults. The Goats on the hill behind us provided great entertainment for the kids while at the house. Rain on Friday kept us in more than we expected. House is very spacious both upper level and basement plenty of room for all of us to hang out. Kitchen stocked with great cookware, appliances and counter space. Cooking for the large group made easy. Whole house very clean. Thank you for a great weekend, we will stay again!

The only issue we had was getting into place. Owners were called and helped us get in also came to property so quickly to change locks. Very pleasant man. Thanks for hiving us a great place to bring in the New Years. The family of goats on the property was a extra perks

This is the 2nd Christmas we have spent here and we absolutely love it! Everything about this home is perfect! The beds are nice, the kitchen stocked with all your cooking needs, its got board games galore to play and so CLEAN! The list could go on and on! Only thing missing this Christmas was snow so we could sled down the hills! Thank you for another great stay at your wonderful property!

Our extended family flew in from Texas to spend Thanksgiving together and they were blown away by the area! The property was perfect for families with kids as the kids had their own space in the lower level. The property was clean, check in was smooth, and communication was clear and prompt. We would stay again!

This property was exactly as described. Plenty of room for Party Guests for our Mother's 80th birthday party. She was so happy and had a wonderful time.The Property was a perfect half way point for Family members comeing from Meigs, Athens,Pike, Delaware, Franklin and Madison County along with cousins from West Virginia and South Carolina. We loved the view, the open space, and the great- grandchildren loved the lower level play space, and the swing set out back. And we cannot forget the goats! Planning on doing another Mother and daughters getaway here in the future.

This place was a perfect size for our family of 10! The kitchen had just about all we needed to prepare our meals.The trees were just turning their fall colors and the area around the house is beautiful. The mountain view with the old red barn in the foreground was spectacular! The kids enjoyed watching the goats on the mountainside. The view from the house, the Red Barn against the autumn colored mountains was breathtaking. I honestly have to say I never expected to see mountains like that in OHIO! I’ve seen them in Kentucky and Tennessee. The trails, the trees and the rock formations were so much fun! The selected walking paths made it relatively easy to see all the attractions.

what a neat place. Away from all the noise, but close enough to restaurants and grocery stores. The place very clean and had everything we needed!

An abundance of family friendly amenities made this an ideal gathering spot for our family visit. A well equipped kitchen allowed us to eat in. Beds were comfy. And don’t miss out on the game room downstairs.

Very nice place! We'd got back.

We had 6 adults, 4 children 6 & under, including one only 10 months. Making our reservation was clear & easy. The house was clean, nicely appointed with towels & fully stocked kitchen equipment, furniture & bedding and many extra little niceties. Small playground, fire pit, and hot tub out back. When contacting the owners, they answered promptly. About 10-15 minutes to the park & hiking. Lovely place to enjoy spending time with family. Highly recommend

What a lovely home - plenty of space, lots of extra amenities (game room, workout space, playhouse, goats to watch), beautiful setting. I imagine we will visit again in the future!!

The house is immaculate and so roomy. The owner's have thought of everything, it is well stocked and lacks nothing. The area is peaceful and has amazing scenery. We had 6 adults and 4 kids and it never felt crowded. The downstairs area was great for the kids to relax and they loved the bowling machine. My 10 year old grandson said it best when he asked me "can we come again next year? It feels like home here?".

This property was just as described! Came with friends who also had children and they absolutely loved having the goats as visitors! The home was very spacious and private. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful house with plenty of room for our family of 10. There were a couple issues but they took care of them promptly. Kara was great, and we would stay there again. Close to all the Hocking Hills attractions!

We much appreciated the kids friendly aspects of this lovely home. Watching the goats and having an evening campfire was fun. The front porch with incredible view and child safe railing was good. And the indoor playhouse and games were a hit. We highly recommend this house especially for families with young kids.

This house is exactly as the pics describe. It is very clean and roomy enough for large families. We had an extended weekend with 4 couples and 2 young children. There were plenty of activities to do in the house and out. The goats behind the house were entertaining. Nice area out back for bonfire and soaking in hot tub. The view from the front porch is beautiful. We were within 20 min of all the trails at Hocking Hills State Park. Would recommend this house to anyone with a large group.

We had such a relaxing time on our weekend away! The house and the property definitely exceeded our expectations. It was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. The playhouse was a lot of fun for the kids, the front yard had the most gorgeous view and lots of space to run around, the firepit and outdoor grill was great. We all loved watching the goats walk around- for anyone curious there are five goats and they walk the length of the backyard behind a fence. They’re close but not too close!! The basement game room was amazing with the pool table/ping pong and plenty of games including a playhouse for the kids. Even though we didn’t use it, the fitness center in the garage looked great and there were more outdoor games and balls in the garage as well. It was also a close drive to hocking hills state park and we went to an ice cream place about ten minutes away in town. There was plenty of space for us (4 adults and 5 children). They had a high chair which we didn’t need but i thought it was great to have it available. The main living space was upstairs with three of the four bedrooms (one bedroom downstairs) but they had a childproof netting around the banisters which was really helpful for our group of little kids!! I would highly recommend this house for a group like ours with adults and kids or really anyone looking for something a little different than the usual cabin in the hocking hills area. It was definitely kid friendly but had a lot of fun things for adults as well, which is sometimes hard for us to find- we love a place where the kids can have fun during the day and we have plenty to do once they all go to sleep! Loved everything about it

Awesome place to come relax for the weekend with family and friends. Had two infants under 1 year old. Fun seeing the goats walk by every now and then in the back pasture.

My women’s church group and I stayed at this property and absolutely loved it! The goats were so cute to watch, we played ping pong and stayed up late every night. We loved the large open spaces that allowed the entire group to be together.
