We love staying in the Meadows neighborhood in Park city. It’s a short drive to Main Street and a quick walk to great hiking and mountain biking.
The house was excellent and well equipped for cooking and family dinners. The upstairs master was private and had a beautiful view and the office loft was great for working.
We highly recommend and look forward to a return trip. This was our 7th visit to the neighborhood and we would absolutely rent here again.

This property was nothing short of excellent! I love being closer to the lift or on the bus route BUT the prices were absolutely crazy so we stayed here (just a 7-10 min drive to PC or Canyons). The house is beautiful, kitchen well stocked with nice accessories, roomy, comfortable, great for 2 families of 4, fast response from owner when I had a few questions, beautifully appointed, nice hot tub, CLEAN, beautiful mountain views, big table for dining, plenty of seating in large family room, nice cozy fireplace, nice neighborhood with areas to walk... One of the nicest VRBO's we've stayed in (we've been doing ski vacations for >20 years). Don't hesitate to book this property. I would definitely stay here again & would like to try it in the summer. A+

First I will start with the positive this town home is close to the mountain in the quiet area of Park Meadows. It is spacious and well stocked check in and out was simple. The unit was clean and they provided stock of all essentials as well as basic spices, laundry detergent, foil and other items not routinely found in VRBO. The place needs attention the vent over the stove top does not work, the broiler in the oven does not light, the ice maker does not work ( they left a note regarding that) In addition they really need new sheets, it was like sleeping on sandpaper they had so much pilling. If these things were remedied this place would be an easy five stars.

This property was so great! We were able to stay across the street from our family and the amenities were awesome such as pool house, tennis courts hiking trail right up the road, etc. The house is totally stocked and has everything you need. I appreciate things like Kleenex boxes, and nice shampoos and good dish soaps, and this place had it all. Communication was awesome and we always got a quick response for any questions we had. Overall, I give it a 10 out of 10 and will definitely stay here again!!

Our two families have been meeting in Park City for a ski vacation almost every year for the past 17 years. This house is our new favorite place to stay. With an easy 5 to 10 minute drive to the two resort bases but in a very quiet neighborhood, it was ideally located. The kitchen was stocked with nice quality pots and pans, which is not often the case with vacation rentals. The large dining table was perfect for our two families. The beds were comfortable and each room had its own bathroom. The only downside is that the hot tub was better than ours at home and now my husband wants to upgrade ours.

This property was clean, well maintained and nicely located 15 mins from anywhere you would want to go around Park City. I would absolutely stay there again and found all direction from the owner/property manager to be seamless on check-in and check-out.

My family just returned from a wonderful weeklong stay in Park city at this house. The house itself is fantastic. It has everything a family could need to be comfortable during their stay. The location is also what really makes this property so incredible. It is perfectly situated, so you are close to both mountains (Deer Valley and Park City), as well as so many restaurants nearby, including main street. Nothing is more than 10 minutes away. Also, our kids loved sledding and building snowmen in the back, just behind the house. We loved our stay, and would highly recommend it for other families or couples!

Relaxing & Great Space!
We did a girls staycation and the property was perfect! The open concept provided space for us to spread out. The front deck was great for afternoon sun and relaxation. The kitchen was fully equipped for us to cook which was a huge plus. Would definitely recommend for friends/family future visits to town!

Comfortable, Convenient, Reasonably Priced
The property is exactly as advertised. Rooms are spacious. Hot tub is very reliable. Beds are comfortable. Both property manager and owners are always available and helpful, and very quick in responses. Kitchen is well stocked - enough dishes and cutlery for a large group. Large dining table. Location is perfect! Ten minutes from Deer Valley. Not far at all from stores and dining. Lovely neighborhood. Quiet and scenic. Would stay here again. Date of visit: March 2021.

Great Location, Felt a bit Unwelcome
We have stayed in this neighborhood for ski vacations several times over the years, and love the location. The unit was spacious and well provisioned. Having said that, it was a very unwelcoming experience, for a number of reasons. There were multiple emails/messages/binder reminders about everything that couldn’t happen, must happen etc. to avoid financial fees for us. We were unable to fit our truck or suburban in the 2 garage stalls (mandated to do so or park across the street in a parking lot). **never have we been told we could NOT park in the unit driveway in this neighborhood or anywhere else previously~ I am unclear as to what that “HOA rule with fines” was all about** There were abrupt signs mounted and taped all over the interior of the unit, instilling a bit of fear, and constantly reminding us that we were “NOT” to or “MUST” do this or that, despite having emailed and bound the same rules. The cleaning fee was excessive, and would have been acceptable had their not been a requirement to strip all beds prior to leaving. among other things. This is a tremendous inconvenience for an early flight out of Salt Lake City. In the past five weeks my family has stayed in 4 VRBO’s/rentals in Utah, Bozeman and Big Sky, as well as dozens of stays prior to the pandemic. Never have we experienced this level of cold-feeling micromanaging. Also, the main entrance door did not lock easily or well. Lots of accountability on the renter, but this most basic safety was lacking for us. Very disappointing.

An Amazing step away from reality!
We came to celebrate a great 2020 in business and just relax and enjoy the Park City area and bond! The house was amazing and really over-delivered. We were impressed with the layout and hospitality and it exceeded all of our expectations! This will be my go-to property for future park city trips!

I can’t say enough about this condo. The location was close to downtown PC but we really enjoyed the neighborhood feel. The condo is well equipped and furnishings are very comfortable. Sitting in the hot tub watching our kids sledding in the backyard was priceless! And Margarita was an excellent host. We hope to return next year.

Vacation with friends and family
We came over New Years to ski with our son and another couple and their 2 sons. The accommodations were perfect and the online pictures don’t even do it justice! The neighborhood was beautiful and the views driving in and out were just amazing. We skied deer valley based on the owners recommendation and we/kids loved it. Thanks again for helping us out and the recommendations!!!

Comfortable and Convenient
We really enjoyed our stay! The property was as described plus some! I cooked multiple meals for 3 teenagers and found the kitchen set up superb. The pool, tennis and basketball court were literally across the street. The bedrooms were comfortable and spaced so that everyone had just enough privacy. The location was perfect, as we were 5 minutes from multiple restaurants, grocery stores and trailheads. We will definitely be back!

Our family enjoyed our stay. The condo is large and very clean. We cooked 4 dinners in and the kitchen was well supplied with utensils to do so. Also, we enjoyed how quiet the area was. You can easily get to Main St. Park City and all Park City skiing but you are removed from the congestion. We look forward to staying here again.

Beautiful, spacious, light and bright family winter stay!
Our family wanted to introduce our overseas Aussie family to the many delights of Park City during the wintertime. This home in Park Meadows was perfect and comfortably slept all 9 of us. We loved that there were 3 bedroom suites, each with their own bathroom. Open main level floor plan with plenty of room for all - we even hosted a Christmas dinner (fully equipped kitchen) for 16 people! The home owners and local house manager were wonderful to work with and very responsive. Our toaster broke and we had a new one delivered within 24 hours. I would highly recommend this home for a family trip, couples trip, etc, and you are only minutes from the Canyons and PCM ski resorts! The hot tub after skiing was a real treat for all of us. We will be back and would love to rent your home during the summer!!!

The house is spectacular and exceeded all expectations! We loved our stay!
We have stayed at many VRBO properties and they all have been better than we were anticipating. This home, however, was the very best for a number of reasons. First, it is a spectacular floor plan with plenty of beds, space for dining and relaxing. Second, the home is maintained in pristine condition and the owners are terrific - the whole process was simple, easy and friendly. Finally, the home is perfectly situated to be a few minutes Drive to either the Park City Base or the Canyons Park City Base, so the location is very convenient and provides beautiful surroundings for walks, hikes, etc. We even saw a moose on a post-skiing walk!! This home gets my enthusiastic recommendation.
