Cette maison Peoria a une grande piscine privée. Les 3 chambres à l'étage ont des lits queen size. Le loft a un canapé-lit queen avec matelas en mousse à mémoire. La chambre principale pratique au 1er étage a un lit king size et suffisamment d'espace au sol pour le lit queen size AreoBed pour les enfants. Il existe également un Pack n Play qui s'adaptera à toutes les chambres.
Le salon est un endroit idéal pour profiter d'un moment de calme. Le canapé est un 2ème lit queen avec matelas en mousse à mémoire. La table de salle à manger peut facilement accueillir 8 personnes. Il y a même une chaise haute pour un petit.
La cuisine spacieuse est équipée d'un four double, beaucoup d'espace de comptoir et une barre de petit déjeuner pour 3 et 6 places à table avec vue sur la piscine. Avec une salle familiale adjacente avec une télévision de 55 pouces et la piscine juste devant la porte, c'est sûrement le lieu de rassemblement.
Au bord de la piscine, vous pourrez profiter du soleil sur les chaises longues ou jouer dans la piscine chauffée en hiver. Si le soleil est trop, vous pouvez vous retirer à l'ombre de la verrière ou du patio de 23 pieds avec une table en ardoise et des chaises à bascule pour 6. Un gril à gaz et une grande glacière gardent le plaisir au bord de la piscine.
Par temps frais ou pluvieux, il y a des DVD et des jeux pour tous les âges.

Beautiful home! Exactly as described. Well appointed with everything you need and clean. Perfect for 2 families with a wide range of ages!! Kitchen, towels, extra pillows, pool toys! Has it all. The pool was so warm and perfect for the 115 degree weather. House stayed nice and cool.
Only critiques - Upstairs TVs need Roku or something as the cable or DirecTV was terrible. And all the programs seemed to be really really old reruns? Lol Front door code was tricky for us for some reason but owner always very prompt which is more than I could ever expect. I'm sure it was our error.

We had a wonderful time at this home. Our family spent most of the day in the pool. Close to the Peoria Sports Complex which was our main goal of the trip. Would definitely stay here again.

My sisters and our families stayed here and it was the perfect house. It was a great location and the house itself was perfect for our group of 9. Plenty of room for three families to stay together. The kitchen, in regards to appliances both big and small, had everything we needed.
The pool and outside area were perfect. It was December and we still had a couple of the kids get in the pool for a little bit.
The host was very helpful with answering any questions.
We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I picked this house for or annual guys golf vacation. Great choice. Well equipped kitchen. Very clean and the pool was perfect to swim in after a day of golf. This house is located close to any kind of store you need. Joan was quick to respond to any questions that I doled out. We will definitely stay here again!

The overall house was very nice able to relax in the pool and barbecue out on the patio. House was clean except I would have the master bathroom shower cleaned around the floor tiles removing the mildew and on the top inside edge when you step into the shower. Location was great the guest book with list of instruction when arriving and exiting was very good with the check list you needed to fill out which helped to insure you left the house in a very nice condition and secure. We are already planning our next golfing trip in 2024. See you then.

Perfect Peoria home close to EVERYTHING
Our group was in Peoria for a baseball tournament at Peoria Sports Complex. This house is minutes from the fields, mall, restaurants, grocery, anything and everything! The house is in immaculate condition, pool and yard are perfect for all to enjoy, beds were comfortable, plenty of room for our party of 10 to enjoy time together but also to get some solidarity if wanted. Host was easy to connect with and always helpful when needed (which wasn't much). We would LOVE to stay here again!

The perfect home
I can't express just how perfect this home was for our group. The home is comfortable and clean. Everyone slept good each night in comfortable beds. Plenty of extra blankets to use while watching TV. The pool was perfect and so clean. The boys loved playing volleyball and cooling off after spending all day at the baseball fields. The neighbors were very friendly and the 3 car garage and driveway made things so easy for all of us. Joan is the best and was always easy to contact with any questions leading up to our stay and even during. We loved their home and have already planned another stay there in July. The home has everything you need.
The pantry was full of stuff so we kept the food we bought out on the large counter top. The refrigerator door is full of condiments which limits space. But we just brought one of the large ice chests from the garage and kept bottled water on ice on the floor in the kitchen. We also didn't want to leave what we bought so we asked the neighbors if they wanted stuff instead of throwing it away and they were thrilled to take unopened frozen food and drinks. We look forward to our trip in July and highly recommend this home to others.
Location is perfect and we loved just staying in and cooking meals and relaxing in such a comfortable, cozy, beautiful home that easily accommodated all of us. Thank you Joan for allowing us to feel so comfortable in your home.

Arizona Family Getaway 2022
This was the perfect home for our family of 8 to spend our summer vacation. Communication with the owner was excellent, location was perfect and very central to everything we wanted to do plus the home had everything we needed and more, especially the pool. Everything is clearly labeled from light switches, location of kitchen items and instructions for check out. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting Arizona, you will not be disappointed.

The house was very spacious, beds were very comfortable , my husband and I enjoyed the sparkling clean pool and dart board. The neighborhood is well maintained and safe. There are a lot of restaurants and amenities within 5-10 minutes of the house.

The house had everything that you might need, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash. A full pantry of items at your use and even laundry soap. We just had to bring personal items and our clothes. My Family is already looking to come back.
