We really enjoyed our stay…it was in a great location (1 mins from a amazing park, 9 mins to Mall of America, 14 mins to airport) had the perfect layout for our family and planned gatherings and was seamless check in and out with the host. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor space and the downstairs TV area for the kids. We all had such a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again.

My family of seven loved this house. Walking distance to the park, post office, grocery and the local library, as well as an easy drive to several tourist spots made the location of this home ideal. The host was very responsive and great to work with. The bedrooms were comfortable and the jetted bathtub was a real treat after a long day at Mall of America. We highly recommend a stay.

We had a perfect trip to Minneapolis! This cozy home is located in a safe neighborhood and is just 8 minutes away from the Mall of America and 15 minutes from the Target Center. With 4 bedrooms, our group of 8 people had plenty of space and comfortable beds to sleep in. The home was clean, updated, and the kitchen was well-equipped for meal preparation. We enjoyed the lightning-fast WiFi and the dedicated upstairs/downstairs TV rooms. The property manager, Steve, was fantastic, and the communication throughout our stay was perfect. We had an incredible time and would happily return in the future! Rent without hesitation.

Two families visiting the twin cities for New years. The house was plenty big and had lots of great features for us. Kitchen was well stocked with lots of unexpected amenities. Plenty of room to spread out with the loft, basement, and main floor. The kitchen was our favorite room. The drive way was tricky for two large vehicles, we just parked in the street. Excellent communication and access to owner was really nice. Only 10 min drive to mask off America and Great Wolf, it was an easy drive too. 28th Street was close by and had some great places to eat from diners, dives, & drive ins. The hot water heater could be larger for 8 people, but the locations and cost house were great!

Nice rental in south Mpls.
A bit more attention to detail would be good.
For example some light bulbs burned out. I recommend fixing things like that and keeping the rest as is. To be clear, my wife did ask for a few things before we got there and they were nicely addressed. So, we certainly felt like the communication was good.

Great place. Lots of room. Great back yard and deck. 7 of us stayed in great comfort. Prepared some BBQ ribs and accoutrements in the well equipped kitchen. Plent of comfortable seating. Near the Mall of America and Minehaha Park. Steve was awesome and helped get soccer tickets.

We loved staying at this property during our time in MN. We flew from all over the country and this well-kept home was in a delightful neighborhood just 10 minutes from the airport. We walked to restaurants, the Minnehaha Falls, Nokomis Lake, etc. We enjoyed the back deck and other amenities. Steve Wright was very communicative and we appreciated his recommendations for entertainment. Would definitely stay here again!

The pictures of the property we're not what i saw and what my family experienced this property was not well kept and seemed to have flooding issues or rather moisture issues given that there were moisture sensors throughout the property the smell was horrible closet doors off the hinges, dirty drinking glasses the upstairs unit was very hot withva ceiling fan that did not operate, the instructions for the property were hand written you could not login to the wifi there were bugs crawling on the wall this was a 14th birthday celebration for my daughter and our second time using vrbo but not so sure after this visit the owner would probably benefit from having a cleaning crew as it seemed he does it himself this property definitely needs some improvement

The house was clean and nice. In a great neighborhood too. At checkout the owner said we could leave anytime that day and just text when we leave. While we were at breakfast, I got a text saying he would be there in like an hour and we need to be out. We rushed through breakfast and back to the house to pack. I texted back that was not what he had told me only the day earlier, and he did a 180 again and said it was fine to stay. That was nice but we still felt uncomfortable staying a moment longer and left asap. Then I continued to get text messages for a week after we left asking where things were like the remote control (which we never used). Hosts need to learn customer service.

House was everything that we needed. 90+ degrees outside and inside was wonderfully cool and nice. Rooms were spacious and the beds were all nice. Everything we needed in the kitchen was there, and we cooked many meals. Can’t say enough of how nice the place is. Great deck that we sat out on in the evening. House is mere minutes from the airport and Mall of America.
Communication with host was great. Self check-in and out was smooth and easy.
Highly recommend this place.

We were in town to celebrate a UofM graduation, and this place was perfect. Plenty of room, well-stocked kitchen, and Steve was a wonderful host. We will stay here again for the next graduation! One minor complaint from most of the family - the beds weren't the most comfortable. But we still give it 5 stars.

We had an amazing stay! Steve is great and super easy to communicate with. The home is as pictured and located close to everything. The home EASILY accomodated the 6 of us, and we were nicely spread out in personal spaces. We will stay again!! Thanks Steve!

Very comfy, well appointed house. Plenty of space to hang out together or have some privacy. Deck & yard looked nice too, to use in a different season. Will keep in mind for future visits. Good communication with owner.

Our entire family of our adult kids, their spouses and our grandchildren all gathered for 5 days at this lovely home: We had such a wonderful time! The house was perfect for entertaining. Kitchen had everything we needed. The grandkids had so much fun playing hide and seek and putting on a talent show! We would definitely stay here again! Steve very responsive to any question we had and an excellent communicator.

Steven was very responsive when we contacted him - we had a minor issue with a tv and he came over immediately to attempt to remedy the situation. Very focused on a happy client! Could not ask for a better location - close to everything!!

We met our adult children in MN for the Cowboys and Vikings game. This rental was excellent! Plenty of room for everyone, everything we could possibly need was provided, great location and close to everything. Steve was top notch and great to work with! We will stay here every time we visit Minneapolis.

Visited for a girls weekend of shopping. The house is clean and the neighborhood was surprisingly very quiet. The house is also very well stocked with towels and all kinds of kitchen supplies. They had a little bit of everything in the pantry so you don't have to start completely from scratch. Also cute area in back to sit outside. The property manager was responsive and available. The house is smaller than it looks but there was room. It is a bit dated and needs some attention (carpet/rugs are a bit bare in places and need to be cleaned, paint in bathroom cracking etc) but still a cute spot and I would stay again if coming for a weekend like our trip.

Our family of 10 met for some time together. House had plenty of sleeping beds, well equipped kitchen, and enjoyable backyard. We were glad to be able to fix our meals there rather than go out. Good neighborhood and good location. Driveway was narrow with stone walls on each side and difficult to back out of. Property manager was very responsive.

I hosted my family from out of town and we loved staying here together. There’s plenty of space, the yard is great for playing games and socializing, the kitchen table is large and perfect for dinners or games, and the house is very close to bike trails. Steve was very friendly, responsive and helpful. Overall a great stay.

Excellent location to see the sights in both Minneapolis and St Paul! Home is warm and inviting! Great deck and backyard, complete with a fire pit for your s’mores fix. Comfortable beds, lots of towels, and perfect for a group of 10! Would definitely go back to this home in the future!!!

Family Time
This was the perfect location in our old neighborhood to gather with family. The huge deck and large outdoor space made it easy to bbq, play bean bag toss and make s’mores over the fire in the fire pit. Our host, Steve, was available when we needed something or had a question.
