Lisa was amazing from beginning to end. She has great communication as well as great conversation! The home was everything as pictured and more! The worst part was deciding to stay in and enjoy the hot tub/pool or cross the street for the waves. The kitchen has everything you can think of! Lisa has put great thought and love into making sure our stay was great! My fiancé and I agreed, returning is a must! Thank you so much Lisa for everything!

Literally steps from the beach and a gas station and attractions and restaurants. Quiet peaceful neighborhood and perfect for what we were looking for. Master bed a bit uncomfortable but we made do and thoroughly enjoyed our stay

If you are looking for a home away from home in PCB, this is it! The house is perfect, has everything you need, and you’re a super short walk to the beach. We have found our spot when we vacation and hopefully will be returning next year!

We rented this property for Spring break 2022. I, my husband, our 13yo daughter and her 13yo BFF stayed here for 6 nights. Comfortable house with everything you need, and a few things you forgot you needed! An easy two block walk to the nearest public beach access. And these are small neighborhood blocks, not the behemoth resort area blocks! Quiet residential area, and a privacy fence around the pool and hot tub backyard area. The hot tub was where my girls hung out the most, talking about all the important things 13yo girls discuss. My husband occasionally brought out fruity blended drinks for them poolside, because of course the kitchen was outfitted with a great blender, a Keurig that brews by the pod OR the pot, and every other thing you need right at hand. When we discovered the ONR thing missing was a pizza cutter, we bought one next time we went out and left it there, so you're all set there, too! Lisa was a dream to work with and we couldn't recommend this property and host more highly!

My friends and I were looking for somewhere close to the beach that was still affordable. Lisa's property was PERFECT for us. The house was clean, had everything we needed, and was the perfect location. When it says "just a short walk to the beach" it really does mean a short walk. Bonus, the kitchen had everything we needed for a week!! It was truly perfect! 100/10 would stay here again!!

Loved the house with the pool and hot tub. Big privacy fence that made it super comfortable to stay outside. Really close to the beach and close to so many attractions. Would love to go back!

Can’t beat the location!! And we found ourselves really looking forward to getting back “home” because the house is so comfortable and well-outfitted. You just couldn’t ask for a better place… pool, hot tub, comfortable couches and beds… this owner has thought of everything!

This was the perfect little getaway! We took our 5 year old son to see the beach for the first time ever and he was blown away. Our daughter couldn’t believe that we had our own pool and hot tub. Lisa had all the beach equipment you could need and tons of beach towels. We had a small hiccup and Lisa was immediately on it and fixed any problem that popped up. I highly recommend this property for anyone needing a cozy and relaxing getaway.

The house was a great size for us, we were drawn to it because of the short walk to the beach + pool + hot tub. A great combo. I didn't see the size of the pool in the description but it was just right for our family. It was about 20' across and went from about 3' to 6' our 1.5 year old could even climb up the ladder by himself. It was really great to not have to worry about packing beach towels, wagon, chairs or sand toys. We were able to load everything up and walk about .25 mile to the beach. We had 3 kids under 6 and it was doable. There's one busy street you have to cross but you can trigger the flashing lights to help alert the cars. Beach area was great and we had a decent amount of elbow room most of the time. The outside shower and hose were key for rinsing the sand off before going inside. The wifi was solid and were able to stream stuff well. The washer and dryer had good sized capacity so we could do all our beach stuff in a single load. Well stocked kitchen with utensils, plates, pans. We'd definitely consider coming here again, thanks Lisa!

The house is perfect, close to all the amenities, beach and restaurants but also away from all the busy areas. Seemed like almost having a private beach since it was away from the main hotels.

This house and its amenities are awesome. We had a bumpy start at the house but Lisa the owner made it right. We had a great time, the pool was nice and the hot tub as well. Great that they provide sand toys, pool toys, chairs and stuff for the beach while there. Less we had to bring. Cool AC will run you out of the house.. I recommend keeping at 75. Has a 2 car garage and can accommodate 2 cars out side parked longways, total of 4 cars. I will definitely will be looking for this rental next time I am in panama.

The location/house is perfect! It had everything you could ever need while on vacation. Lisa was great and easy to work with. I will definitely be booking this property again.

We enjoyed every second of our stay we didn't wanted to leave! The house is incredibly clean, the location fantastic, everything is close by!! We absolutely loved having a private pool, hot tub and a garage. Just a short walk to the beach and everything you need for a long beach day is in the garage. Great location! Everything you need is within minutes of the house. Highly recommend rental place to stay. Very inviting place to stay. The home is very clean and with the pool and hot tub you don’t even need to go to the beach unless you just want to. You will love it. We did. We will definitely return.

This is a wonderful place to stay can't say enough of about the house and outside area. So well stocked with anything you needed the Kitchen had all requirements for making great meals. We also used the gas grill. We throughly Loved our time at this beautiful home. Beach access is great!! Thanks Again!!!

The rental was very clean and location was great. Every amenity you need for the area. Outside shower was used and talked about daily. We also used the pool and hot tube more than we thought. Would stay again for sure.

We just love this rental! It has everything you need plus some things you didn’t know you needed. We had an issue due to hurricane Sally’s arrival and Lisa was quick to respond. We will definitely be back!
