Beautiful home with outdoor kitchen and pool. Plenty of room to spread out. Comfortable couch and beds

This house was perfect for my kids and I. We were traveling for baseball and the house was perfect.

Son's family flew out to visit him for summer break. Really enjoyed the property and the Estrella community. Owner was great!

It's usually hard to find a two bedroom house. This one was perfect! Centrally located to everywhere we wanted to be with a close by Safeway and Walgreen's. We will definitely try to reschedule this property

This property was so lovely! My son loved the pool and putting green so much - what a great touch on this spot. We spent a ton of time outside on the back porch and used the grill several times. The house was clean and spacious and it allowed us to spread out and relax after a long day at the ballpark. The only issue we had is that the guests of this listing do NOT have access to the gym/facilities/etc. It's promoted here, but we were told that we are not able to use it and the forms in the house are not valid (host has to set up). We took a walk around the grounds which are still lovely - just a note to possibly update that in the listing to clear up any confusion!

This home feels comfortable and laid back, and we enjoyed the heated pool and challenging putting green in the back yard. The owners allow lots of herbs, spices, condiments and more to be in the home, which is so, so helpful for guests when you just need a dab of something. We left a few things for the next guests, too. We went to two spring training games at Goodyear stadium and it's a very nice stadium and not far from the home. We also hiked a bit in the local conservation area park, Estrella Park (with more words) which is behind a golf course down the road. Lots of wildflowers and the park ranger people told us of a good hike, based on what we asked them. And we walked around the lakes often that belong to the HOA. We spent one day in Scottsdale in the arts district and we spend part of another day at the Litchfield art and wine festival, which is much closer than Scottsdale. We were at the house 3 weeks; a few days were not warm enough for the pool but most were. We came home to 39 degrees so we missed the weather, which was warming to around 80 when we left. The grocery store is only about 2 miles away, so convenient. We ate in most of the time but also had meals out. The owner is super responsive and kind. The lady who is a house watcher is also helpful and would help in any way if she can. We watched some things on Netflix, which we don't have at home because we have other streaming sources.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay! The kitchen is well stocked..! The golf clubs, bikes and other rec equipment is a great bonus! Even though was too cool to enjoy the pool we liked lounging in the sun. Great communication.. loved the neighborhood :)… close hiking trails.. not a huge deal but a little worn..

The property was clean, comfortable, and stocked with amenities. Several great touches made it really feel like home: bikes and camp chairs to use, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable outdoor furniture. This property exceeded our expectations and was wonderfully managed.

Tho' the property is dated; it is in an excellent location for all amenities and golf courses. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't very good for us during our visit, so never had use of the pool. On the site it states that it has a heated swimming pool but fails to add that this is an extra expense on top of the rental if you want to us it. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay for our first time in Arizona.

I really enjoyed my stay in this property & the host was great to work with. Due to flights being delayed the Host was accommodating by assisting in the last minute changes. The garage alone was an incredible selling point for me to pick this property over all the others. Spending nights by the fireplace was a great was to end every night. Thanks again for everything I really appreciate it.

Beautiful yard and pool. Owner vary responsive to questions and issues. Well stocked with what we needed. Could use updating inside. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our time staying.

We were displaced while selling one day and buying our new one for 4 days. We booked this Home. It was fast convenient and affordable. When we arrived all we needed was food and toiletries. We were immediately comfortable l. It was beautiful and the best part is they allowed us to have our furbaby with us. This home had bikes, and pool floats and golf clubs and so much more. We absolutely will stay there agin.

Went very smoothly

We stayed in this home for some R&R before heading to the Grand Canyon. It was the perfect spot to relax. The pool was beautiful and we were able to enjoy sitting on the patio because of the fan and misters. We made all of our meals and it was easy because of how well stocked the kitchen was. This is one of the best VRBO's we've stayed in & we would definitely stay again.

Everything was so nice!! Loved the house and the pool was a 10. The only thing was the landscapers came right in and we were not notified. We had a great time!!

Great location in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Nearby Estrella Mountain Park was nice for biking and walking. The house is comfortable, well maintained and exceptionally well equipped for vacationers and travelers. The back yard pool, fire pit, and grill were all functional and very enjoyable to use.

This was our first time in Arizona. The location was great! About 30 min to anything major in all directions. The owner was easy to communicate with and checked on us upon arrival and departure. The house had great amenities and was nicely stocked with the things you hate buying when you travel (ie, napkins, paper towels, detergent, etc.). The outdoor area was so relaxing, and we made full use of the features of the house. Would definitely return :)

I cannot say enough good things about this property. It was clean, comfortable and inviting. The heated pool was an extra perk and we used it every day. The neighborhood was quiet and restful. Estrella is a great community in and of itself, with pools, restaurants and golfing. The owner was easily accessible for any comments or questions. Highly recommend.....

The house was fantastic and communications with owner was stellar. It was truly an oasis in the desert. In a year or two the location will be perfect but right now it's on the edge of the city if Goodyear. That's perfect if you buy your groceries when you get there and expect to bask in the sunshine by the pool. It felt safe and secure walking around. However, if you forgot the eggs or milk you're only a few miles to the store. If you want a nice dinner you've got a drive in your future. All-in-all, I'd stay there again and so should you.

This home is fully equipped with bikes and golf clubs and comfortable seating around the pool and inside. David, the owner, was quick to answer questions and get everything we needed. Groceries and other services are only 5 mins away. Very nice quiet neighborhood.
