Prenez l'ascenseur jusqu'au rez-de-chaussée et vous êtes à quelques pas de l'ascenseur Six Pack. Notre condo studio de 500 pi2 (unité 526) est situé au 5e étage de l'immeuble Eolus qui est situé au cœur de la place principale - ce qui rend vos vacances aussi pratiques que possible.
Les vues sur la chaîne de montagnes Needles depuis le balcon privé sont incroyables.
Il y a aussi une cheminée à bois (le bois est fourni) ainsi qu'une connexion Internet sans fil haut débit gratuite et un parking souterrain. La cuisine est équipée d'ustensiles de cuisine, de casseroles / poêles, etc., un lave-vaisselle et une laveuse / sécheuse sont situés dans l'unité.
Il y a un lit queen (pas un lit escamotable) et un canapé-lit double pour accueillir 4 personnes confortablement (plus d'un adulte n'est pas recommandé pour le canapé-lit).
Il y a un espace de stationnement désigné pour chaque unité. Vous pouvez garer des véhicules supplémentaires dans les principaux domaines skiables.

Excellent access to hiking. Perfect studio condo for one. Would work for two also. I cooked all my meals there. Everything I needed to cook was on hand. Beautiful view of the West Needles. Loved the covered parking - I arrived ‘home’ a couple times in a deluge. Lots of disposable supplies on hand. Two week stay. First week - great internet. Second week - the internet was sketchy but would work okay after a reboot. Excellent condo. Loved my time there. Didn’t want to leave.

Great location, very clean. 2 drawbacks, condo had alot of "stuff" around, very small area for so much stuff that wasn't needed, just for decoration. Second one - management company kept texting before it was even time reminding of checkout day & time, I am very aware of checkout day and time, someone on vacations know when they have to leave. That was not necessary and a big turn off.

Overall everything was great. Condo had everything we needed and the view every morning was fantastic. We had an issue accessing the hot tub but with a couple phone calls, got it sorted. The ONLY issue was management at Eolus coming in our unit several times unannounced. They were working on the fire alarms and just walked in to work on them - the first time I had just gotten out of the shower and it was quite a surprise. Apparently the owners were notified this would be happening and it would have been no problem for us to deal with had we known. I would suggest using the chain on the door because they are able to unlock and enter otherwise.

Overall the views were incredible! The room was cozy and very well maintained. It was welcoming and clean. We loved that there was a washer and dryer in the condo. The refrigerator was small and needed defrosting. We almost got our truck booted since there was no parking pass in the room and per instructions we didn't need one. We did place a hand written pass in the window per one set of instructions. This part was unclear. The parking attendant was also wondering about the policy. Needed storage was lost to many cleaning supplies. Unfortunately the pool was closed and covered. We would have liked to have been able to soak at a later hour. Maybe operating hours could be until 10 pm?

The room was not very clean upon check in, dusty, didn’t feel comfortable in bare feet/socks. Wi-Fi was not conducive to working, it would cut out often for a few minutes in the middle of calls. The door was also hard to open upon arrival, taking about five minutes to figure out how to open

Great location with amazing views of the main lift . Nice place, had everything we needed for our family of 4, kitchenette, mini fridge, air fryer and 2 burner stove w Kettle. Bed was comfortable. Fireplace with wood available. Nicely updated bath.
Internet and wifi very slow and lagging (for those who would need it for work purposes)
Would've liked to have more hooks/ hangers to place all of our ski coats, pants, helmets, etc, and a big dresser to store all our other cloths. The closet had a few hangers and small shelves and our cloths had to remain in our bags. Not a deal breaker, but would've made this studio perfect otherwise.

Excellent location next to the main lifts. Covered parking is a nice bonus. Unit has a great view of the resort. The suite itself is small (very close living for 4 people) and some of the furniture (the main bed) is showing wear and tear. Our suite was not cleaned prior to our arrival which was a disappointing hassle.

The condo was small but comfortable in all ways. the views from the balcony were sometimes extraordinary with the fall colors on the mountain, the sunrises and the overall joy of viewing. The range cattle wandering into the ski lift area (it was prior to the season) being roundup by cowboys on horses was a hoot. Our contact at Premier, Erica, Was helpful in every way. It was a great way to initiate out permanent move to Durango, Colorado.

What a fantastic place to stay. Unit was well kept and ideal for the two of us. Plenty of activities at the resort and near by. only shortcoming -parking spaces are too narrow if the spot next to you has a big truck like yours! Overall great place to stay!

We love this area. It is so beautiful. We visit every year. The convenience to the chairlift from the condo for mountain biking was perfect. The view of the mountains from the balcony was amazing. We stayed for 8 nights.

PVR had excellent communication with me throughout planning and through my stay. Rarely I had any questions because communication was detailed verbally and written so that I could go back and reference. The app was user friendly and nice to quickly reference. The property (Eolus 526) we stayed at was as described and meant my families needs. It was clean, updated, and well maintained. The Eolus building itself however is much older. Location was convenient to access everything on Purgatory Resort and having a designated parking spot was helpful.

Nice location and easy check in. The bathroom and heating were pretty third world, might be the worst bathroom ,shower and venting of any unit at purgatory. The heating unit was pretty poor and the best option was on with door open to regulate temp. Good location but I would never stay in that unit again.

Cozy studio with great location
This is a great little studio right at Durango Mountain Resort. Incredibly close to the main base and lift. It’s a tiny place but we knew that going in, and for the two of us, we had plenty of space. It’s a little difficult to use the small stove but we made it work. Would have liked the hot tubs to be open but it’s understandable that they were closed due to covid. Very prompt response from the management company with answers to any questions we had and check in/check out was super easy.

GREAT location, amazing stay
Great condo steps from the slopes. We were pleasantly surprised that the condo was larger than it looks in the pictures. It was perfect for our group and we even ended up extending an extra day! Premier Vacation Rentals is always great and has amazing customer service. Will absolutely be staying again.
