Great location and view. Very comfortable.

Very much enjoyed my one-week stay, which was my first time in St John's after moving from out West. The place is exactly as pictured and described, and is very clean and cozy. Some of the spices and stuff provided in the kitchen could probably stand replacing, and having extra batteries available for the remotes might be an idea. But what do I know? It's the first time I've ever stayed in a place like this and, aside from those two minor complaints, I highly recommend it.

Wonderfully updated and maintained apartment in a old row house, just a few blocks from everything we needed and wanted to see! Comfortable, roomy - a great relaxing place. Washer and dryer we a bonus.

The place was just a few mintues walk from downtown, the Rooms, and The Basilica, and had an excellent view of the Harbour. It was also quite roomy for 2 people. I would stay there agian the next time we are in St. John's.

We loved staying at suite #3; fantastic view, lots of room, many little details such as French press coffee and well- equipped kitchen ; neat area of the city. Parking pass was nice to have too! Thank you!

The unit is quite large even though it is for only 2 people. Great location to walk to pretty much everything. But the best part is the private deck. I just could not get enough of the view. Im so spoiled by it, I'm not sure i could stay anywhere else.

The best place to stay by the harbor area in St. JOHN'S. So convenient, everything you'll need to stay there.

Arrived late afternoon and were able to park in front of the apartment which was a bonus. The trek up three flights was a bit much but we knew that going in. Very spacious rooms. The hand held shower was the best. Well appointed with all the kitchen utensils needed. The views were fabulous with the vista of the harbor, Signal Hill and old town St. John's laid out in front of us. The one small issue was the operation of the stove top range. I've never used one before and there were no instructions; even google or you tube didn't help. Took some time, but I persevered and figured it out. All in all excellent experience.

Great space in a great spot. It was clean, and comfortable. The view is great. The photos undersell the unit, its waaaaay brighter while you’re there. You’re a short walk to 90% of what you want to see, but just far enough away that you have a quiet sleep when you’re ready. I would stay again, and I would recommend.

This property is spacious and light filled, and has an incredible view over the surrounding roof tops, out The Narrows to the ocean, from the large balcony, living room, and even the bed! I was extremely fortunate to experience both a full moon illuminating the water, and gorgeous sunrises, from this wonderful nest. With full size washer & dryer, dishwasher, well stocked cupboards (both equipment and staples), shower suitable for even very tall people, two comfy couches and tons of storage spaces, it's a relaxing home-away-from-home. Just be prepared to lug your baggage up a narrow-ish staircase to the third floor, then enjoy!

Wonderful apartment with view of harbour, the Narrows, Signal Hill and Cabot Tower. Very clean and welcoming. Kitchen well appointed with some staples in the cupboard. Easy 15min. walk down to Duckworth and Water Street and George Street with many great restaurants enroute.

Lovely, large apartment with an amazing view of the harbour and Signal Hill and Jellybean Row. The place was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, including laundry. Would definitely recommend!

Spacious, good facilities, nice deck and view. The only drawback is the stairs which were difficult to negotiate with a big and heavy case like ours.... but that’s probably our fault for packing too much!

Great location and views. Parking at first wasn't clear but good overall. Lots of space and very comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

Great location. Spacious with nice balcony and view. No ceiling fans but 2 tower fans worked good. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom and laundry facilities is a bonus. Ice maker in double fridge!! Nicer than pictures actually!

We had a lovely time at this St John’s apartment. The view from the balcony was perfect. With the harbour and signal hill clearly visible. The accommodations were perfect for our 4 day stay.

This property is spacious, clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We enjoyed our stay here. We could walk around downtown and to Signal Hill. The deck off the bedroom was a great feature - we enjoyed sitting outside whenever we were in the unit. I highly recommend this space for anyone visiting St. John’s. I hope we’ll be back again some day!

What a wonderful place for a nest in town! Fantastic view , clean and close to Water St and Duckworth St. Spacious and lots of light from the windows. Calm at night while sleeping in the heart of the city.Enjoyed the folk festival at a 5 min walk.Great bakery just around the corner.Will come back any time.

We had a great stay at Kathie’s rental. The location is excellent and communication with Kathie was very prompt. The 3rd location gives you an excellent view of John’s harbour. It is a spacious unit. We would stay again if in the area. Thank you Kathie

What a find! Firstly, the location is ideal. It's a 5 minute walk from the core of downtown (Water/Duckworth streets) but it's just far enough away that the apartment is quiet. It is very clean and well-appointed. Great little balcony with views of Signal Hill. Kathie was a joy to interact with - she always responded quickly and she's helpful and accommodating. Overall, a fantastic apartment for solo / couple travellers.

What a lovely spot to enjoy all that St. John’s has to offer. Located close to restaurants and the attractions of St. John’s, while enjoying a glass of wine on the deck overlooking the inner harbour of this century old “jelly-bean” replica. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return.

The apt was perfect for our stay, all the amenities were at our finger tips and Our host was very accommodating!

Loved the neighborhood, loved the unit! Well supplied with small essentials that you might forget. Hospitable host, loved, loved, loved it!!! Balcony was beautiful backdrop for our wedding photos. Thank you Kathie
