Etre niveau diviser est comme avoir deux endroits distincts, mais vous êtes tous dans une maison. Oubliez d'être dans une petite chambre d'hôtel ou d'obtenir une chambre communicante sans espace. Cette maison est de 2500 pieds carrés. Beaucoup de place pour tout le monde. À quelques pas - 100 pieds de la plage. We traveled with our adult kids and had a great time. The house was close to the beach and we had a great time boogie boarding, sitting on the deck watching the waves and hiking. The house had plenty of beach chairs and beach towels. Steve is great at making sure you have everything you need. Would definitely stay here again!

House was very big and well stocked with linens, towels, and kitchen supplies. The owner is super responsive and responds to messages very quickly. Downstairs is a bedroom and bathroom with another room with 2 twin beds but NO door on that room and you have to walk through it to get upstairs so kinda not a bedroom… okay for kids. Main floor is nice and consists of well stocked kitchen and living room, master bedroom and bath with jetted tub…not exactly a “hot tub”. There is also another bedroom with a bath on the main level that has a door to the lanai but this room is NOT air-conditioned. There were fans but no AC and it was rather hot & toasty in that room but the rest of the house was very comfortable.There is also a hide-a-bed on the main floor in what could be a bedroom but again no door on this room. The property had beach chairs and beach toys. The lanai overlooked poipu beach and was next door to the famous Puka Dog. I enjoyed the house very much!

We selected Kauai for our family vacation. There were nine of us including my adult children and grandchildren. This house was perfect for us. It was clean, had plenty of beds, an excellent open kitchen, dining, living area and a patio with ocean views. Steve was great with communication and the house had everything we needed. It was also just a few steps to the beach where we enjoyed snorkeling, boogie boarding, and relaxing in the sun. My favorite part was watching the turtles swim up to the beach to rest overnight or watching them swim back into the ocean each morning. Truly amazing!! A perfect family vacation for all ages.

This home is perfect for any family. There were nine of us and so much room and we were able to spread out. It has all the comforts of home. The beach is right across the road which is not busy. You can see some of the most beautiful sunsets and see the green turtles in the evening. It is located in a great area. Our grandsons really enjoyed using the boogey boards.
Steve was terrific if I had any questions. He would get back to me immediately and said if we had any questions to just let him know. He is probably one of the best people we have ever had the pleasure of using their property. We had a blast and wish we could have stayed longer.

We loved this spacious beach house. The property is well taken care of. Great location and short walk to the park and beach to see the green sea turtles and Monk seals. The house had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. My wife and I especially loved leaving the louvered windows open and hearing the ocean at night. Loved our stay. We would highly recommend staying here! The host was quick to reply and was great with communications! Thanks Steve!

The location to the beach was amazing. Also loved how the adult rooms with private baths were upstairs and the kids had the downstairs all to themselves. Ideal set up for two families!

Spacious and airy. Outside merged beautifully with inside. We loved being so close to the park and beaches and water. It made it posssible for us to do our own things individually and easily reconvene all together. We all liked having a good mix of alone time and family time. It was pleasant to cook in the kitchen and there were numerous places to eat that we could walk to. We appreciated the stock of beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys ( which we used even though our youngest is 29), and various other beach paraphernalia. My wife and I especially loved leaving the louvered windows open and hearing the ocean at night. Parking was easy. The outdoor shower made rinsing off the sand easy and pleasant. Nobody wanted to leave and we all hope to be back again.

I booked the house for myself, fiancé, our kids and a few friends. Great location a short 2 minute walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants both walking distance and a short 5 minute drive. We appreciated the house having beach towels, chairs, cooler and toys for the kids. Made the days at the beach very enjoyable. Kitchen came well supplied without silverware, glassware, dinnerware and cooking equipment. The house also had plenty of room for everyone to lounge around and a lovely patio to relax on.

This house was perfect for us, plenty of room and parking for our whole party of 6 and two cars. It has easy access to the beach with lots of swimming, snorkeling, and boogie boarding opportunities. There is a nice big lanai on the upper level that is perfect for sitting and watching the ocean. My 101 year old father was with us and he spent hours out on the lanai! There are, by my father's count (lol) 13 steps to go up to the second floor. He was able to manage that but it is something to keep in mind if steps are a challenge. There is living area downstairs as well, but the kitchen and dining area are upstairs. Steve, the owner, was very assessable and responds almost immediately to emails and text messages if you have questions during your stay. I definitely 10/10 recommend this property!

The property is well-taken care of. Great location. Right across quiet street from Brennecke beach. We could see the turtles and monk seals every day. Views from the house are beautiful. The location of the house can’t be beat plus all of the amenities that were included were so nice especially when traveling with younger kids! We would definitely stay here again! Steve was super helpful and quick with responses!

This house is right in the best spot… a few doors down literally around the corner is a Surf shop next-door to it is puka dog, which gets a long line around it. Upstairs from that puka dog is a deli and another restaurant ,and then you’re only about 2 miles from a gazillion other restaurants, and they are fantastic.
Walk 100 steps you’re on the beach every night turtles and seals. Come up to rest on the beach to the right. There’s kind of two of them the night we left they had 19 turtles on the beach. It was awesome the left side beach is where are you going to do boogie boarding bidy surfing with the turtles even some manta Ray’s joined the fun and could be seen in the waves.
We had a few issues that we chose not to resolve with Steve because we were able to take care of it ourselves. The cable wasn’t working we ended up just using airplay or Casting to the televisions from our phones so we were able to watch TV we did call Steve he immediately responded to us, but we needed to respond back to him. We did not follow up after we’ve discovered, we could take care of the situation with our own DIRECTV.
The cleaning crew needs to pay more attention to detail in regards to cleaning the showers and taking initiative to change things themselves like the ripped and severely moldy shower curtain liner in the downstairs bathroom.
Steve is not there to be able to notice this , it’s obvious, and they ignored it.
Definitely would stay here again !

This property accommodated our two families very well. Awesome room for common living. The location was great with easy access to the beach and the turtles! Highly recommend. The manager was quick to respond. To make sure we had everything we needed. Boogie boards and chairs for the beach in the garage were a great addition. Also, really loved the outdoor shower to get all the sand off before we came into the house.

We found this house to be absolutely perfect for my husband and I, along with our grown children and their spouses. There was a lot of space for three couples and everyone had their own private bedroom and bathroom, which was ideal. The lennai (sp??) was a great gathering space with a perfect view of the ocean. It was so nice to be right across the street from the water and we could get to the ocean in a heart beat. Our landlord, Steve, was very accommodating and whenever we needed anything, it was taken care of. The one minor thing was how difficult the blinds in both upstair bedroom windows were to open and close. This was the first time I have been to Hawaii and I couldn't have dreamed of a better location or house to be in. Thanks so much for making our stay so delightful!!

This house was perfect for the 10 of us. We range in ages from 72 to 5 years old and every single one of us enjoyed the house. The house was yards away from the beach, local restaurant and surf shop. There was a small play ground for the little ones across the street and the most perfect cove for our smaller swimmers. There were plenty of beach towels for us to use and the outdoor hot shower was a great feature! We will definitely be looking for this house again if come back to Kauai!

Property was as described. Easy access to both Brenekke's and Poipu Beaches, with views of the ocean from the porch. Kitchen was reasonably well stocked. Could have used more kitchen towels. We texted with the owner about a small issue (our group needed an additional fan) and he was responsive, and reimbursed us for the purchase. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation in paradise!

Spacious house located across the street from Poipu Beach made enjoying beach time and sunsets each evening very easy. Large deck with ocean view was great for sitting outside to watch and hear the ocean as we played games, relaxed and chatted.

Everything about this place was wonderful. Plenty of room for our party of seven. The location couldn't have been more perfect. Right across from the beach. Beautiful sunsets and so much fun watching the turtles come onto the beach every evening. The house was well stocked with everything you will need. The host was just a text away if we needed anything (which we didn't). There were plenty of beach accessories which made our beach days very enjoyable. I have stayed at a lot vrbo's, and this rental is definitely at the top of my list. Do not hesitate to book this property!

The location of this property is unbeatable. It is right across the street from Poipu Breach Park, and in between Brennecke Beach and Poipu Beach. Each morning, the sea turtles and seals would come up onto the beach at Poipu. Brennecke is an awesome bodysurfing/ bodyboard beach, while Poipu has a nice cove for snorkeling, and a great surf break right to the West of that. ALL within walking distance. Also, don't forget to grab a Puka Dog and fresh squeezed lemonade at their spot right below Brennecke Beach Broiler. Yum! Steve is a great host, and the instructions are easy to follow. The house could use some updating, but we didn't really care too much because we were out at the beach most of the days. Mahalo!

Hard to beat a house on Poipu beach next to a surf shop.
Owner/manager very attentive and friendly. Lots of room. Everything works well in house. It’s a bit older of a house but very comfortable.

Beautiful view of the ocean from the upper deck. Walk to a great restaurant and deli. The beach across the street is great for children and swimming and snorkeling or just laying out.

The house was perfect for our needs. Right across the street from the beach/park and just a short walk to restaurants, water sports rentals, and everything we needed. Convenient access to all of the activities (sailing, helicopter, etc) that we wanted to do. Well laid out for a family or multi-generational group.

Home is beautiful and could not be better situated. Right across the street from Poi Pu beach where you can see the turtles come up to rest at night. Boogie board beach is across the street also. Perfect beaches and sunsets. Home is also well appointed. We could not have asked for more.
