Beds and furniture was very uncomfortable; had to pay $60 to rent bedding/towels for 3 days which we thought was excessive given the daily rate.

The huge deck, bbq area. It had everything we needed for a long weekend away.

Location was good, verandah area was very well set out and really made our stay good. The flooring throughout house was neat & modern. Kitchen was good and included most items required (barring microwave as mentioned prior)

One bedroom had a door that would not close at all and probably hasn’t closed (in decades) meaning guests were required to change in bathroom & couldn’t close it at night. Blankets (not used by us) were dirty & looked old. Hot water in kitchen was scalding hot (dangerously so), shower water was mostly freezing or very hot and would change without warning or without anyone else using water at same time (needs a decent plumber). Kettle was rusty & ancient and wouldn’t open properly to even fill easily. Under some beds were filthy with dust -bunnies roaming free. Decking near entry door to unit 1 was split & needs a better repair job to avoid injuries. Picture frame fell off wall in unit 2 due to rotten cord.

We loved our stay. Perfect location. Fabulous house. We will definitely be back
