Excellent stay at Kookaburra Villa. House was perfect - extremely comfortable, very good amenities and very short walk to the centre of Kingfisher Bay. Easy check in instructions. Very good value for money. Perfect for anyone visiting Fraser Island!

We loved the villa. Great set up for our family of 5. The resort was great, and everyone was super friendly. Nobody wanted to leave.

lights were not all working microwave didn’t work which was difficult for reheating food and especially for a baby the aircon remote didn’t work in one room

Dianne was excellent with her communication, had use of resort facilities & check in process easy - thanks so much for the snacks on arrival!

Floors were quite dirty & curtains also. Other than that, all fabulous.

Great villa and location. Very clean and comfortable. Easy to access. Lots of nice little touches such as the coffee machine and having enough dishwasher tablets to last the stay.

location with in the resort, easy to access, super private, away from the hustle and bustle of the main resort, spacious, clean, heaps of little extras, love the Nespresso machine! bird life and easy access to everything!

Perfect central location of this well equipped spacious villa. Exceptional shower! All necessary information provided ahead of time for checking in and in the helpful booklet for checking out.

loved the size of the rooms, bathroom, lounge and verandah I very spacious place.

nothing really but it was pouring with rain so a fabric mat at the from door would have helped to stop us walking mud through the house and we couldn’t use the verandah as the rain came through where there was no flashing installed, a design fault. (not Dianne’s fault it rained) There was also a strong smell in the rear of the building. I’m guessing probably caused by the extraordinary amount of rain that fell during our stay.

Beautiful home, had all the amenities we required, it was good location walking distance to beach, playground, restaurants, and main resort reception. Beds were comfortable and deck was great. Easy to find and collect keys. We really enjoyed our stay, we are very grateful and would love to stay again.
