We stayed end of July-early August 2024. Great location close to Disney. Well maintained house and property. We all enjoyed the plunge pool and the property’s slides. Outstanding communication from the host as there was a tropical storm approaching. They reached out to help and provide tips to keep us safe if/when the storm hit. Would highly recommend this property and host!

Host was amazing - got back to me instantly. The home is perfect for a family- great property - very well kitted out. Amazing location especially for Disney. Really loved our stay. Cannot recommend this house enough - it delivers in every aspect 😊

Best home away from home rental experience we’ve ever had, seriously!!! It has all the essentials for daily living. Not to mention the property was very clean, beds comfortable, updated appliances, plenty of towels, extra blankets, and the resort water park and private backyard pool were the icing on the cake. My family and I absolutely loved our stay and will most definitely return again. The host replied quickly and answered all my questions. You won’t regret this place!

Great location, easy walking distance to the pool even with young kids (5&7) property and resort area were very clean, property manager picked up our groceries and put them in the condo before our arrival, we did not rent a car, got a few Ubers, could not walk to anything other than the pool but that’s pretty much all we did and enjoyed it for 4 days we were in the area for something else and did not do Disney

This property was exactly as described. It was very clean, comfortable, well stocked in the kitchen and bathroom. We were even surprised to have a small welcome package that was waiting for us when we got there with coffee, dish soap, trash bags, and other things. Pool area was very clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

I recently booked this condo and can confidently say it was one of the better vacation homes I have rented. The property was located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, which allowed for a peaceful relaxing time after the parks. It was also incredibly clean and well-maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable. The pool was clean and warm, perfect for my kids. I appreciated the owner checking in on us during the stay and the resort staff were very friendly. I would absolutely stay here again.

The property was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable and very convenient for our needs. I stayed here with my adult son. Although we were out all day, every day it was nice to come back to our home from home.

Nice facility for family getaway. Not well appointed with paper products and spices for cooking, like basics of salt and pepper if you are flying to the destination. There is a very busy Walmart nearby. Enjoyed the neighborhood pool, which was a great place to cool down after the theme parks. We enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed a lot of places in the Orlando area and this is hands down one of the best places we have stayed at. Great location, great town home! The place is clean, beds are comfy and the amenities in the area are awesome. Any kids would love it. We will be staying again.

Seemed like a Nice place online. Check in was fine but when we got to the condo there were notes everywhere I felt uncomfortable an wouldn’t let my 10 year old do anything I was afraid of something happening. The TV on the main level was broke so we couldn’t have family time unless we went to bed early an all huddled in the bed (4of us). I wouldn’t recommend this place again. Sorry it was a little over the top with all the stickers on everything saying don’t touch this don’t touch that be careful of the walls don’t scrap them.. I understand it’s someone house but maybe they shouldn’t rent it if they are that uptight.

Great Family rental
If you are traveling with a family and going to disneyworld, this was a great rental for the location and space for family! We enjoyed the easy access to Disney and enjoyed the little splash pool for when we relaxed at home.
The home was spacious and clean. The wash needed to been cleaned before we used it and we only had an issue with A/c, but the owners were quick to respond and it was addressed!
Owners were very responsive to any questions!
Recommend this for families!

Excellent place to stay for a family Disney vacation
We loved this townhouse. It was only 15 minutes from all of the Disney parks and the neighborhood has a great pool and water park. Our girls also loved the plunge pool in the back. Property was clean. It could use some updating, but we didn’t mind. Everything worked well and was comfortable. Would definitely recommend to any family looking to visit Disney and stay off site (which I honestly recommend).

Great place to stay near Disney
We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was clean and roomy. Disney is about 15-20 min away; Walmart is close; we had breakfast at Bob Evans and Perkins. The condo is located in a resort with a fab pool and clubhouse. Great Vacay!

We stayed here for 2 weeks in august 2019. The accomodation was perfect and everything we hoped it would be. Great location, walking distance to pools, and also private with no onlooking houses. The property is incredibly well kept, clean, facilities are excellent. 3 large bedrooms, all with on-suite and TV (great for Kids). The plunge pool is actually much bigger than it looks in the photos and the kids loved cooling down in it after a day at the theme parks. We could not fault Disney Haven in any way and will definately stay here again should we visit Orlando again.
The owners were so helpful, they respond immmediately to all questions and queries, and were lovely to us. We were staying when Hurricane Dorian was heading towards Florida, they even offered to let us stay a few extra nights in the scenario that our flights were cancelled and we were stuck in the hurricane. We were so grateful to them for their advice and help here, keeping in contact with us and offering advice on preparing in case we got stuck. luckily our flight went ahead so didn't need to take them up on the offer but we really appreciated their help.
We literally couldn't fault Disney Haven or the owners, simply first class in every way. Thank you so much and we look forward to visiting again soon!

Best stay in Disney in the last 7 years
Staying in this Windsor Hills location made this years trip the best of all the rest. Neil Chakrabarty"s property was clean, modern and most important to me just a 7-8 minute drive to ESPN Wide World Of Sports. Smooth transaction, Class A owner!!!!!!!

We had a great stay in this property. The house is clean, spacious and well equipped. Our daughter loved the Mickey mouse bedroom! Neil was always very quick to respond to our emails. We hope to return one day! Thank you!

Loved staying at this property and I would book it again!! Very comfortable and my grandchildren loved the Mickey Mouse room. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything you would need if you wanted to cook!!

Very close to Disney/SeaWorld and groceries. Townhome is very clean and well kept with all necessary amenities. In very safe, gated community with large pool and clubhouse. Would stay again if ever in the area!

Perfect place for our Disney Vacation
This was a perfect place for our Disney get away. Windsor Hills is so close to all the Disney Parks as well as restaurants, grocery stores and a brand new Walmart right down the street. From booking, to check in to check out, Neil was great to work with and very responsive to emails. I would highly recommend renting this townhouse and will be the first one I look into for our next Florida adventure.

Great property. We enjoyed all the amenities.
We found this to be a great location for the Disney parks. Animal Kingdom is less than 10 minutes away. We spent no more than 20 minutes reaching any of the attractions. The property is safe and secure. The pool is great and the resort provides a very nice small movie theatre.There is a general store for immediate needs along with lots of shopping and restaurants close by. The townhome we rented slept 6 conveniently. We really liked the splash pool for a quick refreshing plunge.

Excellent!!!
This was our 3rd visit to this property in the last 5 years and, as always, it was FABULOUS! We couldn't be happier with this rental. It is evident that the owners take great care of the property and really care that their guests are comfortable and enjoy their stay. Communication with the owner is great! This is the perfect home for a family vacation. The resort is a gated community and very safe. We are starting to consider this our "home away from home" and will definitely be returning to this vacation home for our next trip to Disney. I highly recommend!!!

Great family condo
Spacious Condo that fit our family of 6 well. The kitchen was complete with all the pots and pans and utensils we needed to prepare our meals. Would definitely stay here again!

Close to everything
Very clean townhouse. Close to clubhouse and Disney World. Already looking to book again. First time using VRBO, and we were not disappointed. Property owner called us to make sure our stay was going well, we truelly appreciated their hospitality. I would recommend 2506 Renshaw to anyone looking for a Disney destination. Communication was spot on, and the property did not disappoint. FYI check out Charley’s steak house, and T-Rex cafe. Charley’s has great steak and a kids menu! T-Rex cafe has an incredible atmosphere from a dad and kid prospective.

Owner very timely with replies, and clear instructions provide. one minor incident handled promptly and courteously. No complaints about property or interactions with owner. Clean unit, quiet property. Recommed property if needing to visit Disney, Universal other tourist stops, and even numerous restaurants and/shopping places.

Property is easy to find, clean, and comfy. Close to all Disney attractions. Community pool is huge and warm, water slides coming next year. Would book here again. Great people to rent from.

This Home was a perfect get away for our family. Very nicely appointed in a beautiful and secure gated community. Beautiful Clean town home - Perfect location
We absolutely loved this town home, it was perfect for us. Very clean very spacious and with everything that you could possibly need. Very family friendly. We stayed 10 days and the owner managed to accommodate us at very short notice, which was great. Perfect location, right near the Disney parks and near to lots of restaurants. We've stayed at Windsor Hills before and it's beautiful - we would definitely come back and stay at this town home again 10/10
