'Captain Andy's' Beachfront Family Vacation Perfection
Idéalement situé sur Ocean Blvd. sur la spectaculaire extrémité sud de Topsail Beach, l'une des meilleures plages de la côte Est et aussi loin de l'accès public que vous pouvez obtenir. Fraîchement rénové et intérieur de bon goût, votre séjour à l'intérieur sera aussi agréable que votre temps sur la plage. Tous les 4 chambres en bord de mer ont vue sur l'océan, mur à écran plat 37 ou 39 pouces montés téléviseurs avec Blue Ray / DVD / CD capacité / Smart TV et de lits confortables. Salon dispose nouveau téléviseur à écran plat 60 pouces avec son bar et sub-woofer pour les grandes soirées de cinéma.
Au dernier étage, vous trouverez la chambre principale avec un lit king-size, salle de séjour confortable, salle à manger et une cuisine entièrement équipée tout avec une vue imprenable. En bas se trouvent trois autres chambres: 2 avec lits queen-size et la troisième avec un grand nouveau jumeau sur un lit superposé complet avec deux lits gigogne gigogne pour dormir tous les enfants.
La maison dispose de deux niveaux de terrasses en bord de mer, deux balançoires, meubles de jardin et une vue à 180 degrés sans précédent.

We have stayed several times at captain Andy’s and will continue to do so. Great property, beautiful views, pet friendly, and walking distance from the Beach Shop and Grill restaurant. Andy is always great and very responsive. Property is clean and well-appointed for cooking! We usually do a big grocery shop and cook in the house to enjoy the beach views as long as we can! :)

Excellent views, on the beach, only a short walk to the water, wonderful deck, all rooms face the beach and open to the decks!! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, including specialty tools for cooking seafood you can purchase fresh off the dock just two blocks away. We loved it!!

This property was super comfortable for my entire family. The location was excellent (beach front, close to kayak access to the marsh, walkable to seafood, food truck, and ice cream, uncrowded part of the island). Andy was easy to work with and communicative. The kitchen was really well stocked, there were multiple hoses and outdoor showers for sandy bodies, and great beach chairs/boogie boards for use. I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time with easy access to the beach and a beautiful view every morning and evening. Andy made the check in process very easy and went above and beyond as I asked him to check that there were beach chairs for our group of four. When we arrived there were brand new Tommy Bahama chairs for us. An added bonus was we were able to bring our one year old golden retriever. We'll be back again, many thanks.

This is the third time my husband and I have had a fall getaway at Andy’s properties in Topsail. Each time is amazing and always exceeds our expectations - this time was no exception. Absolutely beautiful. The house is clean and well stocked and what can I say about the location other than breathtaking. We are already checking the calendar for fall 2023!!

Excellent house for a family reunion
Good amenities. My wife and I rented the property and our adult children and their spouses provided the meals. Our foodie kids liked the kitchen to include the nice sized refrigerator. We didn't need to bring much beyond sheets/towels (we also brought blankets/pillows but wasn't required) and food. Andy Law is a good property owner. I'd rent with him and this property again.

Wonderful week at the Beach!
Our week at Captain Andy's couldn't have been better! He is extremely responsive during the booking process and also getting all necessary information to you prior to your arrival. The check-in process was the easiest we have ever experienced! The home was clean and ready when we got there. The house is located on a beautiful stretch of beach that is so private. The beach is wide and the views are stunning! There is a pier within a few minutes walk which is a great place to take in the sunset and fish! There are not a lot of restaurants in the area, so cooking at home is a great option. The kitchen was so well stocked - there wasn't one thing we needed that we couldn't find! When we did go out, there are a few very nice restaurants about 20+ minutes away.
This house and beach is so family-friendly and a great place to relax, unwind and enjoy the beauty of the ocean! Thank you, Captain Andy!

Beach Fun
What a lovey home and area. Everything was as stated. The views where amazing . The Host recommendations where spot on for dining and Kids activities.
My only warning is :
1. many stairs 3 flights to main level + one to the beach ( not for the faint of heart) .
2. Was a bit windy but should be expected when you are on the beach front .
3. You will not want to leave !

Windy visit
Communicatio was clear. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed and more. Weather was windy but we enjoyed walking the beach and the children danced in the surf, picked up shells, and dug in the sand.

Great way to start 2022
Great oceanfront property. The house is very well maintained. I have been vacationing in Topsail for the past 25 years but always on North Topsail. So glad I experienced the south side. The beach was beautiful. I know why this property fills up fast. Thanks again Captain Andy for opening your home up! Might make this an annual New Years trip.

Captain Andy was the perfect host. A very informative call the day before our visit. Home was clean and well cared for . Beautiful ocean & sunrise views from back deck and front deck beautiful sunset views on the sound! Loved the porch swings on 2nd level. All the bedrooms had ocean views. Pet friendly has several gates on decks.2 out door showers with hot and cold. Plenty of parking we had 3 vehicles. Could have fit 2 more. A+++

Perfect quiet family vacation!
We absolutely loved our stay at Captain Andy's Too! We have two small children and a dog and it was a perfect quiet location that made our week stay very relaxing. Andy was very easy to get ahold of for questions and everything was exactly what we expected! We are hopeful to stay again next year!

Captain Andy’s was fantastic.
The house was everything that we had hoped for and expected. Andy was great. Got to meet him in person. The house is in what we feel is the best part of Topsail beach. Beautiful beach. House has all the necessities that you would need for a week at the beach. Plenty of beach equipment, well stocked kitchen. Walking distance from shops and a great restaurant. Would highly recommend and I am sure we will return too!
