This house was perfect for my husband, myself and 4 older teenage kids! We took advantage of everything the property had to offer including the pool, grill, kayaks, fishing off the dock, walks through the neighborhood and more! The house was very clean and comfortable. The host is very responsive as well. So happy with our choice to stay here!

We loved this property! Bikes were wonderful for our teens to get to the beach. All of us loved the pool and the canal side views. Easy walking distance to stores and restaurants!

We had a wonderful time at this location. Not inexpensive, but you are paying for an outstanding view. A regular stream of boats come by, while looking across the waterway to one of the nicest neighborhoods in all of Boca Raton. The house is in Deerfield Beach, but just across the waterway is Boca Raton.
The house itself was very good. Clean, with a good size swimming pool. Note that one of the full bathrooms is accessible only from the pool area outside. We actually liked that as it became the guest bathroom for the few visitors who stopped by. The master bedroom is a good size with sliders right out to the pool area. For those, like me, who prefer the shade, there is plenty of awning space outside to accomodate those who prefer to avoid the sun. A shuffleboard court is on the property and there are many accessories available in the garage from bikes to kayaks and more! The house is a good one, the view out back is outstanding!
Two items of note:
1. This property is handled very much like a business. Felt they nickle and dime you as we had to pay an additional $200 when we asked if we could get in at 1pm rather than the 4pm check-in time. (Based on our flight time.) All comm. was through a home mgt rep. Got the entry code 14 minutes before 1pm. Cleaners showed 4 min. before check-out (they were such nice people!)
2. This is a very small community with some VERY nice houses. Did not feel welcome. I don't think they like that this home is used for VRBO.

Great location, It was wonderful sitting on the dock watching the boats go by all day long. Home was very centrally located to many shops and the beach.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. My family and I have stayed here for the past 2 years and will without a doubt be back. The location is fantastic, the neighborhood is quiet and very close to everything. There is a grocery store right across the way, less than just 2 minutes…very convenient. Being right on the water left so much conversation as it was so fun watching all of the boats go by. The pool area is perfect, plenty of shade and sun. There is so much to do as well like the kayaking and bikes. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Contacting the host was always so easy and he is very kind. If you are considering staying here my recommendation would be to 100% do it! You will not regret it.

The house is in a stellar neighborhood and is well maintained. It’s for sale and will doubtless be sold, knocked and a replaced but is a gem of a short term rental until then! Scott, the dock could really use a little TLC but we enjoyed the time boating anyway. We’ll come back!!!!

This is an amazing spot. Great neighborhood and saltwater frontage. Generous amount of gear stocked in the garage which is not always the case at rentals. Super fishing spot! Easy access/entry to house and loved that some of the touches are “old Florida”….terrazzo, shuffleboard court, etc. Landlord is professional and courteous. Clear and sensible rules on trash, check-out, etc. for enjoyment of the successive guests.

Flew in arrived late night and was smooth getting into the property. The next morning we checked everything out and it was just like the pictures. Turned out to be a wonderful place and fairly convenient to general store then quick drive to the beach. Holiday weekend parking was a bit much but ended up having a wonderful stay overall. Would recommend as a weekend away from the cold.

A/c under rated for house . 74 degrees. Musty smell. Concrete floors . Ripped tobarly nothing rear awing. Giant hair ball under the bathroom door . Thought it was a rodent. Furniture stained and old . Bar stools ripped up. Should of been in the garbage 5 years ago. House is for sale. Owner not to interested in up keep. Looks like dollar store decor . Nasty house.

Had a great trip here July 4 weekend. Location is unbelievable - you're on the intercoastal with a pool. House was exactly as described and pictured. And host was very responsive. Highly recommend!

We loved this property and location!! The pool was very clean and warm for our little kids. We did a lot of fishing off the back deck. Easy access to beach just a quick drive down the road and Publix across the street. Nice quiet neighborhood. We hope to be back soon!

This property is a home run! I've always loved the area, but staying here made it even better. The location is perfect, and the house was clean and provided all the amenities advertised. Scott, the owner, was very responsive and helpful as well. Will definitely return! 5star!!!

The house was beautiful and spacious. The views, the pool, and the dock with a sitting area are some of the many reasons why me and my family will be staying here again in the future.

We had a great time @ this house. It lives bigger than 1600sf. Lots of outdoor space as well. There were 7 of us and it never seemed that we were on top of each other. The beach, Publix,etc in walking distance yet the house offers peace and privacy with lots of fun things to do. Our 8y/o grandson caught his first fish off the dock. Our bed was fine but our (adult) kids complained about theirs. Also, I would suggest an outdoor dining table. The only reason I’m not giving 5stars is bc of beds and there was an issue with trash. I would suggest the owner/host invest in a second trash can or recycling container like the neighbors have. Again, a great find😎

The owner of this property responded quickly to my questions. The property is about 1 mile from the beach. Easy walk for adults. Fun and good restaurants at Deerfield Beach. I recommend Flannagins and JBs on the Beach. The house was clean. We had a dog so the property was great for him as well. Would recommmend.

We loved the outdoor space and spent most of the time out there. The location was perfect and home was just as described. Because this property is pet friendly there was a smell of dog upon entering prior to getting the AC going. Also black dog hair on master bedding along with patio cushions. I also wish the master bedroom was a little cooler however the ceiling fan worked well. Outside of that I would recommend. Very enjoyable time.

HORRIBLE TREATMENT
Plumbing was broken. We should have known by the huge signs over toilets said not to put anything in the toilets. Of course we did not. However, were accused by owner of putting wipes down the toilets which did not happen. In more than 15 years of renting homes across the US and Europe, this landlord was the worst we ever experienced. Any of the very few problems we experienced in the past were resolved immediately. We had to move out early because my 90 year old mother could not use the toilets. Landlord refused to refund us. We paid for 5 nights. Stayed 3. DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE.

Location, location, location!
This is an exceptional location, and the property is just as nice. It's very well equipped -- including all normal household items, a few starter sundries/toiletries, but also some goodies in the garage for outdoor play and recreation! The owner is clear about the rental policies and procedures, and provides everything/detailed instructions that you need to check in/check out properly. We really enjoyed our stay, and have already recommended it to family who may come to stay in the future.

A great 6 weeks - View, view, view
We rented the property for 6 weeks during the busy season. It would be tough for anyone to give the overall experience anything except a 5 star review.
Here are some more details:
1) Location - The house sits in a secluded neighborhood with only one entrance. There is virtually no traffic and people are out walking dogs all day. It is perfect. It is also close to Publix and many restaurants.
2) The property - The view is incredible. You are looking at homes across the canal that are selling for lots of million with a constant parade of boats of all sizes (Including massive yachts). You spend your day staring at it from the pool. It is very relaxing. I can not emphasize enough how great the view is.
3) Home - It is a 60+ year old home that the owner has been renovating. All the major indoor changes are complete. New kitchen, bathrooms, appliance, windows and doors. The layout is a little choppy, but works. But, the house is 60 years old and there are external things to do. He mentioned that the pool and dock are being replaced this summer. That will go long way. There is nothing that would stop you from enjoying you vacation, but it is not a new home.
Overall, I would say that we had one of the best vacations of our lives and would highly recommend renting the place.
