The people that live and work on the ranch were exceptionally friendly. Amanda that lives next door was very hospitable and helpful. Being able to walk the ranch in the morning and evening was especially nice and relaxing. I will definitely be staying here again on our next visit.

We're in Colorado for a wedding but still wanted the outdoorsy and mountain feel. Great location and easy to get to and from sights! Friendly and clean. Very happy we chose this location for our vacation.

What a wonderful place to stay while sightseeing all that Colorado Springs has to offer–which is a lot! We found the cabin clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Morning walks around the ranch and interacting with a variety of different animals just made our stay that much more special!

This property has much potential, however there is very little privacy. Cabin is sandwich between theee other homes. Beds are comfortable.

We loved the cabin. The hosts were wonderful. Beautiful horse ranch, the grandchildren loved the peacocks, ponies and goats. I’ve never had a more relaxing vacation. We would to do it again!

Comfy Lodge
We enjoyed our stay at the lodge. It was exactly as pictured and had all the comforts of home. The beds and pillows were super comfy. It’s nestled away from the sights but only a 30-40 min drive for things in Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. Shopping just minutes away. This lodge is a true gem.

Great place for a retreat!
The lodge was super clean and so cozy and cool. Lots of thoughtful added touches made me feel welcomed instantly. I went for a change of scenery and to do some writing and I loved the vibe. Deanna was so helpful whenever I reached out to her with a question. The amenities were great..it has all that you need. You can feel the history of the lodge and the property was nice to walk on and see the horses. I loved it.

We had a wonderful stay at Pine Run Ranch. The cabin is expertly decorated and stocked with all the necessities! Hosts are easy to contact and really went the extra mile to make us comfortable and also create a certain mountain magic! It was clean, safe, private, exactly as advertised. Our dog even enjoyed stsying there! Excellent hot shower with jetted tub. Thick, plush towels. A Kurig, kitchen essentials and extra surprises! We recommend this place to everyone!

The kitchen is far superior than most with as stocked coffee bar, kuerig, annd a coffee pot, and multiple spices and accessories. They even had all the Christmas decorations up for us and all the lights on and heat on when we arrived. Being able to bring our dog during covid was a great plus and the fence and gate in front were very helpful with that as well. Great farm setting makes you feel like you are away from it all. We will be back for sure !

Relaxing week!
The cabin was very cozy and gorgeous! Enjoyed our stay very much! I had broken my ankle before arriving and everything was able to support my wheelchair and walker. That was real comforting. Everything was close enough to travel short distance. Will come back again!

Cabin on a ranch
The first impression is a little shaky because the cabin is tucked in amongst ranch personnel houses. But once inside the cabin will blow you away. The decor was very country with a big game hunter's flair for exotic trophies. You will soon learn that everything was thought of. Comfortable beds, great living area, a monster flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace that easily heats the whole cabin. The kitchen was well supplied with most utensils you would need for cooking meals. The refrigerator was very spacious. You will love this place so much you might want to take it with you.

Sister trip
We loved our time at the lodge! Deanna was so friendly and on top of every convenience. Loved the animals, especially watching the horses. It was centrally located to all that Colorado Springs has to offer. We would definitely stay there again.

Vacation getaway
The owner was very nice. She got whatever we needed and answered any questions for us. She went out of her way to decorate the cabin for us for Christmas so we could have a Christmas tree for my daughter..... not only a tree but decorated the whole place plus the outside. I will definitely be back and I would highly recommend staying there.

Unique and Awesome
Sometimes “unique” is code for “watch out”, but in this case it means
“Awesome”! We spent the winter in The Lodge and were cozy and comfy the whole time. The surrounding pine forest yields great walks or cross-country skiing when there is snow on the ground. I almost don’t want to say anything about the other animals kept on the ranch for fear of blowing the surprise when you see them. We were delighted!
Deanna and Patrick are great hosts...available, communicative, and absolutely willing to do what it takes to make you comfortable. We’re going again next winter!

Loved our stay!
We loved our stay at this lodge! Every was clean and comfortable. The owner was very easy to get ahold of (which we did not need anything), but it was nice knowing they were on top of things! They made sure we had all of our information ahead of time so we knew exactly where to go and what to do. The inside looks just like the pictures. The animals on the ranch were cute also. The only thing was there was another house really close to ours, but that didn’t bother our stay none as we were out most of the day anyway. Would definitely recommend. And I also loved the dishwasher since I don’t have one at home!

Relaxing Getaway
We had a wonderful 4 night stay at this ranch. My husband, son and I were able have a place to stay away from all the noise and city life. We enjoyed the animals and the atmosphere. We were even able to do laundry on site. There could be some improvement in overhead lighting in the bedrooms as I had a hard time reading at night in there. There was cable TV, DVD's, and even Wifi. A few board games are provided and there are even a few books around. The A/C works great for when it is too hot out as well. We also cooked out dinner one night. It was much nicer than having to stay at a hotel. There was a brand new blow dryer and a brand new clothing iron that we put to use too. Overall, we would go back and stay again. It was just the down time that we needed. Thank you.

Colorado Visit
Nicely decorated lodge like cabin about 10 minutes north of a town with restaurants and stores and about 20 minutes to downtown CO Springs. Comfortable and clean with good WiFi and satellite TV. Parking would be tight for more than one car and there were a few can lights out in the cabin. Overall a very nice stay in a beautiful part of the state. Friendly and welcoming owners.

Grandsons enjoyed animals on property. Cabin disappointing.
Owners tried to make better. But no hot water until new heater installed, needed replacement of coffee carafe, no hair dryer, moths everywhere, beds uncomfortable, tub drain stopped up and dirty overall, light bulbs missing, cupboard door missing. Sorry, we were really looking forward to staying here...and drove a long way to make it Happen.

We were very pleased with the property from the time that we walked in. Awesome fine. I would love to have a place exactly like this as a hunting cabin somewhere. Excellent neighbors. Great vacation.
