Great Home, Great Price, Great Location, w/Custom Built Pool
Notre maison est située dans la, zone verte en peluche de Arrowhead Ranch dans la ville de Glendale. Situé juste à côté de la boucle 101 et 75e Ave, il est l'endroit idéal pour se déplacer dans la ville rapidement. Son emplacement est merveilleux moins de cinq minutes de Peoria Sports Complex (Centre de Formation des Padres & Mariners) et Divertissement Row, qui comprend le centre commercial Arrowhead, spa, restaurants, et Cinémas! Juste un peu plus loin est à la fois l'University of Phoenix Stadium (domicile des Cardinals de l'Arizona) et la Glendale Arena (domicile des Coyotes de Phoenix et l'Arizona Sting). We travel to AZ often and this property makes the top 5 list. We loved everything about the house. It was clean and fully stocked. We stayed a week and had a great time in the pool and playing the games provided. The layout was perfect to stay close together or spread out. Kim was accommodating and had great communication. We would stay here again when we come back if it’s available. Thanks Kim!!

This house is very spacious and well taken care of. The pool was fun and we were close to everything we could have needed. The only reason I didn’t give a five star is in the check in instructions we were given a strict quiet time after 9pm. At home I don’t even have a quiet time of 9.

Relaxing, immaculate home away from home! Private, soothing waterfall and pool, just what was needed.
Great neighborhood for our runs or walks (114 degrees, it was a walk!) Everything within three miles of this beautiful place!
The host was welcoming and a pleasure to communicate with.
Would certainly stay again upon our return.

Our stay was great. The place was very clean and spacious with many amenities. Wish there was a larger fry pan for cooking and the water wasn't hooked up to the fridge so we had to buy water and ice. But check in and out was very easy and the neighborhood was really nice.

We go to AZ several times a year for baseball. This was my favorite rental thus so far!

Booked a short-term stay for a sporting event. Location, house, check-in/out process, and communication with host were excellent. House is nicely set up with everything we needed for the stay. It was very clean, comfortable and well located.

Perfect location for home base for a week of baseball tournaments. Pool was great and beds were comfortable. One of the better r homes we've stayed in in the area.

Came for a family reunion and the house was nice. Very cozy. We really appreciated the gated pool as we had kids with us (not many homes in the area have gates). Would stay again!

Pro- Pool and house in a great location.
Con- Host quoted $40 per day to heat the pool, and received a bill for $82 per day. We only used/heated the pool for four days and only ran the heater for 4-6 hours per day in the morning and covered the pool at night with the cover to maintain the temp. Be aware what you are quoted to heat the pool.

This home is beautiful, spacious, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The location was ideal for us to see spring training baseball in Peoria, Surprise, and Camelback Ranch. Highly recommended, and we would love to come again next year!

We are originally from AZ so came home for the holidays. This location is actually very close to where we lived before and is centrally located for our family. Easy access to the freeway to go to the west valley or east valley. House was clean and had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay.

We we're Absolutely Impressed with This Gorgeous Property. Communication was Outstanding!! All Amenities such as washer and dryer, The Pool , Staples such as salt and pepper, seasonings, coffee cups and silverware so Impressed!!! We'd Love to Stay Again and again. We live in the city and do not have a pool so our purpose was to spend time together and get wet. The pool here is excellent we had small children with us and they loved the ledge and the water fall. The home was clean and pleasant.

This house is beautiful and the location is great. Enough room to sleep 8 people. Pool was very refreshing after a hot day sightseeing. Very close to Hwy101. The owner, Kim was very attentive to all our needs and was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely book this rental again!

From the moment we walked in we felt at home and this was our home for the month of April, 2023. Every room is tastefully appointed with beautiful wall hangings and furnishings that give it a high end feeling and at the same time a warm, comfortable sense at the same time. I liked how the hallway doesn’t stop with the last bedroom. That last bedroom has two doors so that you can enter into the front living room without feeling having to turn back the same way. The ceilings are high giving it a very open feeling. Our son, wife and 5 month old visited for a week and we gave them our master bedroom with the walk-in closet for the little guy like a previous reviewer did and we didn’t hear a peep so you could say the house is very quiet as well.
The backyard has a wonderful overhang roof to sit and read under or venture into the gated swimming pool for a swim or watch the many birds singing and flying about. The gardeners and pool cleaners appeared occasionally keeping the grounds impeccably groomed adding to the resort feeling of this property.
Rest assured that if you have any questions during your stay that Kim will be there for you.
If you love peace and quiet you will love this property!

The house is perfect. House was clean, well appointed and in a quiet & safe neighborhood. Kim is very responsive to all questions and great to work with.

The house was very nice. Clean and convenient to freeways. The neighborhood is quiet and people are friendly. Good walking areas and golf nearby. It’s close to groceries and a few restaurants. It’s about 30 minutes from Scottsdale.
Kim was friendly and very responsive.
The yard and pool are nice - if you want to heat the pool, you have to pay for the propane to do so.
The second bathroom which is shared between three bedrooms is rather small with not much counter space and only one towel bar. It may be tight if you have more than two people sharing that bathroom.
A slight negative to me was there was no hair dryer, no Kleenex and the toilet paper was cheap. That bugs me - but it may not bother anyone else.

Our group of 7 adults was in the Phoenix area for a family event. The house served our needs very well. The rooms were comfortable and the common spaces large enough to provide ample room for meals and socializing.
The house is nicely decorated and was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It was cloudy/rainy and cool during our stay (and we were busy most days) so we didn’t really make use of the covered patio, the pool, and the back yard but they are nice areas and would be great spaces for sun-seeking vacationers!
Kim was responded promptly to the handful of questions we had during booking and our stay.
We enjoyed our stay and would book at this house again if our travels bring us back to Phoenix.

Lovely home in quiet family neighborhood. Extremely clean and well organized. Beautiful outdoor landscaping in back to enjoy from patio with table and chairs. Small green area ideal for small dogs. Would stay again!

House was perfect, bedding was comfortable, fully stocked kitchen. Two bathrooms were a plus as we had 3 couples. Centrally located near lots of restaurants and shopping. Sitting outside by pool was beautiful, despite the chilly water temps in December. Great communication and flexibility of host since we had some travel challenges with the 2022 winter storm in the Midwest. Very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

It is a nice home just as listed. We didn’t use the pool due to the time of year, but we enjoyed sitting out on the patio by the pool to drink our coffee and to catch a bit of sun.
