Ce merveilleux, spacieux, 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain complètes, douche extérieure et maison avec vue sur le lac est l'endroit idéal pour passer vos vacances. Peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 adultes confortablement! L'étage principal a 1 chambre w / un lit queen size, salle de bain complète, cuisine, salon et salle à manger. Le Salon a enrouler autour de portes coulissantes en verre à travers avec de belles vues sur le lac, ainsi que les superbes couchers de soleil Montauk. L'étage dispose de 3 chambres et une salle de bain complète. Deux des chambres à l'étage ont des lits queen size et sont reliés entre eux par le pont à l'étage qui fait face au lac ainsi. La troisième chambre a un lit king size ou vous pouvez le diviser en deux lits simples pour répondre à vos besoins. La plate-forme au niveau du sol enveloppe la partie principale de la maison et est livré avec un barbecue et une terrasse. Il y a aussi une douche extérieure incroyable! Great stay at this property. The place was very clean and there was plenty of room for our group of 7. Location was easy to get to anywhere we wanted by Uber. Would absolutely rent again!

Had a great stay. Bedrooms are big and comfortable. Nice kitchen and living room area to hang out in. Well equipped and good location. Just a couple minutes drive from town.
Aisja was very friendly, accommodating and communicative.

Great, communicative, and very accommodating owner. The house was very very clean, and well appointed. (Tons of kitchen dishes, utensils, nice appliances, coffee maker, washer/dryer, hairdryers, iron and ironing board, even bath towels were good quality) Living area was large and functioned well for our group of 7. We loved the two dining tables and big island that opened into the family room. I would rent this property again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone considering it.

We had a wonderful stay @ this Montauk house. It was everything we needed while visiting for a family wedding. The house is in a wonderful and peaceful location. It is very clean & spacious too! The host was very welcoming and made the process so easy and comfortable. We would definitely rent again in the area. Thank You!

We had an incredible stay in Montauk. Absolutely loved the rental. It was extremely clean and big enough to fit our party of 7 comfortably. The host was very welcoming and responds quickly to questions.

My husband and I rented this house with our two kids and we loved it! Will love to rent again. The layout was perfect for us, three bedrooms downstairs and one upstairs. The wrap around porch was spacious and so relaxing and my kids had so much fun playing with their water table out there while we rocked in the recliners. We watched the sunset from the upper deck after my kids went to bed. The drive-on truck beach is less than 5 minutes up the road and it’s a short 4 minute drive to tows. Everything in the house was clean and comfortable. Can’t say enough good things. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very clean home. Fit the 7 of us nicely. 2 bedrooms have upper deck look outs. Bottom deck perfect for daily gatherings. Perfect size, plenty of room. The home accommodated everything from towels, utensils, blow dryers, coffee machine, plates, pans, etc. Able to bring my small dog with plenty of room to run outside. Only thing the gas grill was empty. I found a tank by the garage and switched it, cause the inn keeper in the basement apt didn’t answer the door. Would definitely rent again but alittle pricey.

Our experience was amazing. The house is perfect and is in the perfect location. Only a 5 minute drive into town! The house was very clean and had the cutest beach decor. The porch was a bonus especially since we had on and off rain. Definitely going to be booking here again!!

The property was great-location, cleanliness, views, well stocked kitchen, beautiful deck and outside seating, and ease in locating the house. The manager was very responsive to our contacts and returned our calls quickly. The house was nicely laid out and decorated, and 8 adults fit very comfortably. Very thoughtful-the electric outlets were labeled for ease in figuring out how to turn on different lights. We had a wonderful time!

Our family ( siblings) spent two days with our mother who turned 80. She loves Montauk and we surprised her with this trip and she was overjoyed. It is a beautifully decorated older house with comfortable beds, huge bedrooms, two large bathrooms with tubs and all have a view of the outdoors. One side the water is your view. We walked in the morning to the end and walked on the jetty, made breakfast and hung out on the couches to talk and laugh and brainstorm together for the upcoming year. We went to The Harvest ( 5 mins driving) one night and the inlet ( walking distance) up the road from the house about a. Quarter mile, it is literally a four minute drive. We had such a blast. It was the perfect spot.. 5 mins from all the sites and town. Loved it so much and Aisja was an incredible hostess. Thank you for the memories!

House was nicer than photos showed, and they left a sweet note and bottle of wine for us when we arrived. A little odd that there are no beach towels, extra sheets, or other supplies you might find typically but not a deal breaker. Had a great time!

Staying at Deerfields Lake House was a wonderful experience - The home is super clean - spacious- inviting - and loaded with everything to make your stay enjoyable- My 4 adult children and I had an amazing time - hanging out on the spacious decks - and taking in the beautiful views - I really don’t want to write this review because I want to keep this special VRBO home a secret 🌻💕. From the moment I arrived Aisja had already provided check in information and where everything was located. House was perfect for our stay and the accommodations were as pictured. A nice beach feel. The town and beach were a short 3 minute drive. Will definitely be visiting again ❤️

I stayed at this beautiful property with a few friends to play some golf and fish in Montauk. The house itself exceeded our expectations immensely. We were blown away by the view from the deck and all of the bedrooms were wonderful. Highly suggest based on the house and location for anyone looking to enjoy Montauk!

Perfect Montauk Getaway
This property was absolutely perfect. We had 4 couples and had plenty of room for everyone. The rooms are nicely decorated and have a nice beach feel to them. The house was immaculately clean. Even the small details of the door stoppers were great. The lake views are beautiful and the surrounding area is great. Only a 5 minute drive to town. Had no problem getting Ubers at night to dinner and the nightlife. I would absolute recommend this property to anyone and will be happy to rent again

Spring Weekend
This house was very perfect for our group of 7. We especially enjoyed the main level, with plenty of comfortable seating for dining or just relaxing. The house was spotless and the kitchen was well equipped. The host responded very quickly to my questions both before and after booking. I would definitely stay there again!!!

Wedding weekend
This wonderful property was the perfect match for our family. We had a wedding in town and I had my grown children and their spouses along with my elderly mother. My mom has trouble managing stairs so she was able to stay on the main floor with her own bedroom and bathroom while the others each had large bedrooms upstairs for each of the adults staying. I’m particular on a comfy bed and the beds were all to our liking. With nice bedding and pillows. The house was immaculate upon arrival as I had read in other reviews. The living room was plenty big enough for our party of 6 and would easily handle more. The living room furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessary dishes etc. it even had a Keurig for coffee and nice size bowls to keep some items out on the counter. I would highly recommend this property.
