Positives- Great location on beach! Nice to have beach chairs, towels, wagon, and cooler on wheels!! Plenty of room, nice view, and the kitchen had utensils we needed!! Negatives- Need some updating on the patio chairs! There are holes in the seat, and there are screws, pushing up into your bottom while sitting. Kitchen needs dishcloths. Had nothing to wash counters or dishes with. Had to use paper towels. Shelf in refrigerator was broken. Microwave light was out. The bifold mirrored door needs fixing. Water problems during tropical storm in two bedrooms. Water was pouring in the middle bedroom. Got mattress and pillows all wet. Needed all beach towels and bath towels to soak it up. Told the office, but said there was nothing they could do! Suggestions would be, 2 towels and washcloths per person. Nice quiet location, and friendly staff!

Everything was awesome! Unit had everything you needed for your stay. Very clean and the location is excellent!!

The weather was great all week, and we found great food! But beware. The pictures are old and some are inaccurate. The long pier in the water was not there, as well, the restaurant shown is nonexistent. A prior review if 405 stated the same and asked to update listing but apparently the owner doesn't care. Also laundry is on each floor, not ensuite. The laundry machines destroyed 300 dollars in clothing and wouldn't replace clothes! Absolutely brutal. Wrote the owner and no response. Be weary. Showers have mold in them as well and can use new shower heads... simply silicone replacement would go a long way. Also frames for beds, even the kids, were very squeaky with every move... All in all we made a good trip of it but the service could be better.

We had an amazing stay! Property was on the ocean with an amazing oceanview. We watched dolphins from the balcony in the mornings and even seen a manatee one morning. It was the first time one of our friends had been to Florida and they had an unforgettable visit. I unfortunately broke my leg the week before our trip but thankfully there were 2 elevators to our floor. We would definitely rent this property again. Lots of chairs for the beach with a cart to transport them downstairs. Lots of places within walking distance. Property staff was very helpful with anything we needed. Thanks for an amazing stay!

We had a great stay, lots of families also staying same condo, many that say they revisit every year. It was especially nice to have coolers, beach chairs, wagon in condo for use. My Kids also liked having the beach toy box available. These things made our stay more convenient so we didn’t have to pack as much. There is a convenient store and coffee shop directly across street from condo and several restaurants that are within mile or less, so we were able to walk to them, although many are not beach front which was surprising to me. Johns pass/ boardwalk was short drive for shops and restaurants and trolley available for fee. The hot tub was very nice at night and was very spacious. The only downside about description of condo was that the pier by the condo no longer goes out into water and doesn’t have fishing due to damage and it isn’t being fixed/replaced. Overall we had a great family fun time and would consider coming back.

Great stay! Would love to stay again

Our trip started horribly with a 2 day delay in north Carolina. We were very happy to finally reach our condo in redington shores. It is beautifully appointed and comfy with a great view

Condo was very nice, although it was necessary to have the cleaning personnel return to sweep the floor when we first arrived. That was handled very well. It was great having beach chairs and coolers available. The beds were comfortable. The only issue was that when we tried to contact the owner. the phone number that was listed was incorrect.

The Property was great with all the problems with the unit. We had toilet and hot water problems and a leak in the 3rd bedroom. Then we continued to have issues with the remotes for the TVs. Maintenance people were very attentive and responded right away. The furniture and decor could use an updating for it being right on the beach.

My family and I had an amazing time! The weather was perfect. Amazing sunset views and walks on the beach. Plenty of space for the 7 of us.

This condo was very nice - recently remodeled. Bedrooms were set up nice - with the bathrooms private for each room. Great view of the water/sunsets. Maybe another kitchen chair would have been nice as we did have 10 people and there were 9 chairs/barstools but moved the one in the bedroom to the table. Staff very friendly and helpful. I recommend this condo.

Overall the property and amenities were fine. The beach was beautiful (with the exception of the seaweed - no fault of the property management). The pool/hot tub area was nice with plenty of lounging chairs and tables. The 3 grills and picnic tables were a great addition. Our room came with beach chairs, coolers and a nice wagon to transport them. This would have been good info to know ahead of the trip. The size was perfect for 6 adults. However the beds left a lot to be desired. The master king bed was adjustable but it was not helpful as the bed was so uncomfortable. There were areas it was very worn with indentations. I woke up with back pain everyday. The other beds were worn as well. The guests complained of backaches as well. The room closet to the door had little privacy as the balcony for an other unit was butted up next to the window. Therfore the drapes had to be closed the entire time. Also the room had no air coming out of the vent. It was warm and stuffy in that room. The condo sleeps 10. With that being said. There should be enough linens for 10. We each had 1 set of linens for a week. Last of all, the pictures show a pier and a tequila bar next door. However neither exist. Update your photos please.

John's condo was excellent. The condo was very clean and everything seemed like it was recently updated. The floor plan was excellent and could accommodate 10 people comfortably. The view form the balcony and master bedroom was fantastic. The unit also had a closet with everything you would need at the beach. (umbrella, chairs, beach mat, beach toys, wagon, etc...) I would absolutely recommend this unit and property to everyone.

After finding this property, the excitement was real! Finally once we arrived at our destination it was nothing but pure pleasure. Clean, spacious, up to date, each bedroom with their own bathroom, and THE VIEW!!! 🤩🤩🤩 Friendly staff, easy check in, perfect location and the owner was a pleasure to deal with. Hopefully in the future we are able to find this unit to stay in again!! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For sure!!!!

This condo was perfect for me & my two sisters!!! We were only few steps to the water ... over fine white sand. We had a few plumbing problems but the office had it corrected immediately. The office staff were so friendly & helpful. We all recommend this condo if you travel with a group.

great spot for adults and families

We absolutely loved this property. The flooring in the bedrooms had just been updated before our arrival and everything was really clean! I know in past reviews there were issues, but we honestly couldn’t find anything negative about the place. It was very similar to other beachfront units I have stayed in before. The owner, John, was in the building while we were there and was easily reached if we had any questions. The views out the patio and master bedroom were so beautiful and we often woke up to dolphins playing out in front of the condo. There were also beach chairs, coolers and a beach wagon for us to use and there is a community toy box with sand toys available to all of the units. We all hated to leave and can’t wait to return. We will be recommending this unit to our friends and family.
