Clean inside apartment

Well supposed to stay in sunderland ended up in South shields as they couldn't accommodate us so spent a lot of money on petrol traveling to sunderland. The apartment itself was nice but on an industrial estate not good for 3 children. The WiFi didn't work.

The noise from domino’s was loud all night as it’s a 24/7 domino’s also the couch bed was uncomfortable

It was better than expected for a low budget price. Location was perfect for our family with ample parking and a short walk to the great beaches

no parking apartment needs a major update . Also . wasn't clean.. looks like they never cleaned up after the previous guests. Mould around the bath. Sofa very uncomfortable. Hardly any equipment in the kitchen. Mattress was so uncomfortable had to sleep on top of covers to keep it cushioned. Wouldn't recommend. Staff never respond to messages. Just not good enough

The property was generally clean, well decorated and easily accessible. The lounge was a nice place to watch TV and have a chat with the family.

The property was close to the road so as expected, a bit of noise in the night. A double glaze would take care of this.

Apon arrival, we had difficulty obtaining the keys, we had an hour wait with two very tired, fed up children, after a four and half hour drive. We opened the door and was greeted by very steep stairs which led to the flat, which my disable partner found very difficult, which we were unaware of at time of booking. The flat was clean but very basic. There were marks on walls , slight tear on the sofa bed, slight marks on bedding and mattresses. As we settled in for the night we were soon aware of how awful the mattresses were, the springs were very prominent and dug in. We were then left short of duvets and blankets as we had to use them for padding. We all awoke sore and tierd. There was one very hard, small sofa bed in the living room, were the center piece was very hard and uncomftable. There was only room for two people, so my children had to sit on a small hard leather bench, which was pushed against the wall. There was only room for two to eat at the very small bar like table and stools, which were unsutible for my disabled partner. There was also no tvs in the bedroom, which was only a issue for the children. The location was great with regards to the beach, but please be aware of the pub accross the road, and the other pubs in close proximity as can get alittle loud. Once home we were greeted by a message stating they were holding the deposit, and made up various reasons why, which we have been forced to defend and show photographic evidence of how we left the place, so please be aware of this upon booking.

Location. Clean bedding. Clean towels.

Filthy. Very badly stained futon which was only place to sit. No other chairs. Very uncomfortable and small. No table. Cigarette burns in lino. Damaged hob. Damaged pans. Black mould in bathroom. Smell of smoke/dirt. Rubbish under futon. 1 set of keys. No lamp bedroom 2. No communication before stay re house number/check in, No reply to emails until last minute.

Great Location

Basically, the pictures are catfish. There was 1 3-seated couch for a place booked for 5. No table and 1 fork to share. If you only want the place to sleep and sleep only then great but if you wanted by any chance to relax a bit there was no way. I do not recommend for families.
