Condo 616 a été récemment décoré avec de la moquette, la literie, nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse XL TV à écran plat, nouveau chauffe-eau XL. Condo est au premier étage, tout près du lac et le bateau glisse. Une des piscines est adjacente à cet immeuble. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec cuisinier ware et fournitures, réfrigérateur avec marque de glace, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, des assiettes et des ustensiles de cuisine.
La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size, TV et maître attenante salle de bain complète. Les portes coulissantes ouvertes de la chambre principale et un salon sur le lac de pont avant. Le salon comprend une télévision à écran plat, magnétoscope, lecteur DVD et chaîne stéréo avec lecteur CD .. Deuxième chambre a un lit queen, y compris la télévision et la troisième chambre a un lit queen et un jumeau avec une télévision. L'occupation maximale est de 7.
Laveuse et sécheuse se trouvent dans condo avec une cuisine complète comprenant un réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons, lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes. Location was excellent. The furnishings very good, with comfortable beds. My only complaint was the cleaning of the condo before our arrival was very poor. There was leftover food in the oven from previous guests. Dishes were dirty and put away in the cupboards.. One bed in children's room had dirty sheets that had not been changed. Floors were poorly cleaned with dust balls in every room that stuck to our socks. If I were the owners I would fire the cleaning crew, or supervise more closely. Everything else was satisfactory and worked well.

The condo had a lot of space for our family of 4 and our dog. It was well stocked so easy to cook many meals, plenty of bedding, towels, etc.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Park View Bay this summer. My family of 5, plus my Dad and brother. Condo was clean, spacious, and welcoming. The pool is close walking distance. The condo is close to shopping and restaurants. Check in and out process was seamless. Highly recommend. Thanks Donna & Jeff!

The condo itself is very nice except it was dirty. The rugs in both bathrooms were full of pet hair human hair. The tubs were not clean there were not sufficient towels left out. The towels were very dingy looking. The living room also had pet hair. There was no toilet paper in one of the bathrooms, and no toilet paper left out to replenish. When you check in you have to turn on some breakers for the hot water and you have to turn on the water on, the air conditioning was at 80°, so it was very hot in there while you’re unpacking. There are not enough amenities in this property to cost as much as it did. You have to put your trash in the dumpster which is too far to walk so you have to put the trash in your car and drive it to the dumpster.

Donna’s place was the perfect spot for our family weekend in the Ozarks! We comfortably fit 6 (4 adults and 2 kids) and my mom loved being able to bring her little dog as well. Donna was very communicative and helpful. Great location close to the state park coves. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Would recommend to others for a nice time. Location was on spot and convenient. My only concern was anytime we cooked the smoke alarms would go off. There was no reason for it, not smoky or anything that would been alarming. Otherwise great place.

Fantastic Lake condo
We rented this condo for a family trip and we couldn’t be more pleased! The unit was just as described and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed time at the pool, playing games inside and relaxing on the patio overlooking the lake. I highly recommend this property!

Wonderful clean condo on the lake, that is pet friendly and had everything we needed for out week stay. First floor unit made it easy to take the dog out and enjoy a walk by the lake. We had an extremely relaxing time.

The condo is exceptionally clean and feels so homey. The view is amazing. We love the proximity to shopping and restaurants. Our favorite place to stay at Osage Beach.

Perfect condo for family
Great condo for families. Master bed was super comfy, kitchen was well stocked. Only down one flight of stairs and great view from the patio. Owners were very prompt with communication. We would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family.

Better than advertised
It was all we could ask for. Cleaner than anything we have ever rented. View was amazing. Best location on the lake in my opinion, very close to shopping a d restaurants. Would definitely rent again.

Nice New Years Stay
We were super thankful to find a pet friendly stay on short notice. The condo had plenty of room for our group of 4. The large covered deck was lovely. Well equipped.

Spacious Condo with Large Balcony Overlooking the Lake
The condo was large enough for my whole family to spread out and have a wonderful time. There were 4 TVs, a game console, a large dining room table to do puzzles or play board games. The view from the balcony was really nice and the balcony was accessible from both the living room and the master suite. There were also two pools that weren't open over winter break but would be fabulous in the summer. The owner was really great to work with as well. If you are looking for a great place to spend some time at Lake of the Ozarks, this is your place!

Wonderful Location!
We had a fantastic time at this condo. The property was clean and inviting with a great lake view. We loved having our dog with us and it was very convenient to take her out to a grassy area. The location made dinner, shopping and hiking so easy to get to. Thank you Donna for sharing your property with us. We will be back!

Nice Condo!
Our family had a great time at this condo! The condo was clean and accommodating. We were able to take our family dog along which was great! There are few stairs and easy access down to the fishing docks. The property ground were kept very nice and clean too! Great location, business 54 is less than 5 minutes where there are tons of restaurants, shops, etc.

Great location and amenities
We really enjoyed the location near our friends who own a condo in the same building. It was very easy and convenient to get to and from the docks and it's close to local shopping and the park where you drop your boat in. The condo was roomy and had most items we needed for cooking plus the furnishings were very comfortable . The only complaint (because I'm short) is the height and pressure of the shower head in the master bath. We definitely would stay here again - thank you!

This condo was exactly as advertised. Location is great near pool. Furniture was comfortable, Washer and Dryer came in handy.
The complex it self is very nice and peaceful. Only suggestion is to bring back actual silverware post covid. Also in the one bedroom tv remote was not working .
