Proche de tout à Manhattan il est à seulement 1 1/2 miles à KSU Stadium. Nouveau matelas gel-mousse et des draps de luxe vous donnent un grand confort avec salle de jouir. Mieux que toute ancienne chambre d'hôtel. Construit par les innovateurs dans la construction à Manhattan, la structure dispose de béton et de l'isolation dans les planchers et les murs qui donnent une tranquillité qui est inégalée. We had a great weekend. It was easy to access the unit. Beds were comfortable and unit was as described.

Everything regarding your rental was true. We enjoyed the A/C as it was hot and humid while in Manhattan. The place was clean, comfortable and homey. We will certainly not forget your home away from home and would definitely stay again.

Condo was much larger than I anticipated and it was very clean. Some parts could use a little revamp but overall the stay was excellent. Host is communicative and pleasant. Thank you!

This ground floor, clean and well appointed apartment was the perfect landing spot for my mother and me for the 10 days we spent in Manhattan. Across the street from Cico Park and nestled among the neighborhoods of West Manhattan, this apartment was convenient and quiet. 5 minutes from campus, great restaurants and shopping, and 10 minutes from downtown. These apartments are older, but charming and well cared for. There is a shared laundry room down the hall from the apartment with 2 free washers and a free industrial dryer! Tara was amazing to work with and incredibly kind and responsive! We loved our stay!

Really great place in a quiet apartment complex. The unit was nicely updated with all the right amenities and perfect for my wife and myself plus our daughter exiting the Army. Everything was fully stocked as well, with coffee pods, individual shampoo and conditioner bottles, and soap. The host was easy to work with too. Felt like staying at a relatives house. Also, the parking is right out in front of the unit, which makes loading/unloading really convenient.

Hold to get ahold of Property manager. Not enough blankets, window coverings let in too much light, mold in grout in bathroom, tub didn’t drain and sink faucet leaked. Also showed picture of cozy fire but no supplies or instructions about how to use fireplace.

This condo is exactly as pictured and described. It is very clean, well maintained and has everything you will need for an enjoyable stay. It is close enough to the K-State football stadium that you can walk if you are heading to a game and avoid the traffic and the expense of parking.
Tara is very responsive and easy to connect with.

The property is in a great location. It is a very nice setup and we had four of us in the apartment. This is the second time we have stayed in the apartments. There was no drain plugs in the tub and it would be nice to have a shower curtain liner to make it less messy in the bathroom. You do have everything you need, though, in the apartment and there is also a pool which my kids enjoyed a lot. The kitchen is also equipped with what you need. The property manager is very responsive when there are questions.

We really appreciated this location. It is comfortable and had all the kitchen ware so that we could cook. My daughter brought her dog -- so pet friendly was essential. The host was really accommodating and communicated with us well.
