The location is great, just a few hundred meters from the beach, a bit outside the center of Kolobrzeg, but all is within a walking distance. The flat is nicely decorated with two double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a big balcony. We have managed to park our car next to the property but in the highest season, it might be a challenge (I guess almost all flats in the two neighboring buildings Blizej Morza that share the same parking are for rent, and the number of parking spots is not sufficient). I had flawless talks with both the owner and the person taking charge of the property. The price was quite reasonable, so overall I can recommend it fully.
We had to wait a few minutes for the flat being tidied up, but that's nothing.
