Beautiful remodeled condo. Love the large table that everyone can sit together for a meal. Door separating living area from bedrooms which is nice with small children or privacy for those sleeping. Plenty of room. Very comfortable. Perfect location - next to the pool - close to the stairs to the beach and a great grass area for the kids to run and play in. Convenient to parking also. Highly recommend!

Advertised with high speed internet and cable. Neither functioning upon arrival. Spent a half day waiting for the Benchmark Property Mgmt tech to try to fix something he knew the cable company would have to fix, only to be unable to resolve. Inflexible, unaccommodating management company couldn't have cared less we both had to work remotely and spent 2/4 days at Starbucks working as a result. Refused to offer even a breadcrumb of a discount for our troubles. Horrible.

The overall experience was good. The location and property are fantastic. However, the kitchen was not well equipped, and there weren't enough towels. Also, the DR chairs are in bad shape. A renter could be hurt if one of the damaged chairs break. The outdoor chairs are damaged as well. Over the past 6 yrs coming to SandCliff, this is the first negative experience with a unit we have had.

This is our 2nd year stay in SandCliffs unit 118. We love this “hidden treasure”! It is a great location, private, amazing views & the best walkout to the ocean. We love the gated privacy & access to Allys Beach, Seacrest & Rosemary. Hope to stay again!

Sand cliffs 118 was in a great location and we loved that it wasn’t crowded at all- the pool, parking and beach. It was pretty quiet and just across the lawn and down steps to the sand. We easily ran back and forth to the condo from the beach thru the patio door which was so convenient. The condo itself could use some freshening up- the rugs, bed comforters and pillows specifically. The master bed wasn’t comfortable and the window in the master was very dirty making it hard to see the ocean. There was also some water damage around the light fixture above the bath tub that concerned me. There were only 5 was cloths in the place which was a little skimpy. Overall there was a damp musty smell

We rented this location for two weeks. Excellent location and couldn’t be any closer to the beach. Very nice and convenient pool, and great for kiddies. Comfortable condo and ideal for families; however, I’ve stayed in other condos in this dry same development, and this one needs a facelift and many upgrades for sure.
It’s decorated like the Roper’s apartment in “Three’s Company,” - 70s. Just needs an overhaul. Needs pot holders, kitchen just isn’t well stocked, and we found bugs and a few roaches in the bedrooms. Bedding/covers looked 10 years old….not very inviting. Back door sticks…hard for kids and wife to slide the door open, old plastic-faded patio furniture….I’m more happy to pay the price (or more) and loved the location….BUT owners need to step it up a bit.

There were not enough kitchen wares in the kitchen to cook with, pans, large utinsils, etc. the bathroom had a leak and we were unable to use a light there. The place was sparse, meaning you could tell furniture had been taken out or older furniture put in.

Overall everything was great. Nothing like listening to the waves every night to put you to bed! Location is wonderful too, i.e. away from the crowds at Rosemary, but close enough to get to the HUB, Seaside, or anywhere you need to go. Beach is clean and just steps away from our back door. Hopefully we can book again next year!

Our time at Sandcliffs was wonderful! Our unit was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view of the Gulf. The only drawback was the dryer in the unit. The dryer needs to be replaced ASAP because the filter is rusted out and has holes in it so the lint is piling up and that is a fire hazard.

We have stayed at Sand Cliffs several years in a row but this was a new unit to us. Our family grew through marriage so we needed a 3rd bedroom. We knew what to expect in our previous 2 BR unit at Sand Cliffs but I was nervous about this rental because of the reviews. I knew the property itself was awesome and we have had good experiences with Benchmark. The online reviews, however, were not as strong as I would have liked - commenting on the cleanliness of the unit, comfort of the beds and upgrades were needed, etc. We found the unit to be very satisfactory. We had a great week!

The setting has made up for lack of updated decor etc. but, it really is time for some improvement. This does not reflect Benchmark. This condo has a great location. Some of the furnishings needs replacing, specifically the sofa and living room chairs. My family had to buy a frying pan because the one there was so encrusted. The sliding door needs cleaning as it is hard to see out of it. That being said we would rent this unit again.

We loved our stay. The unit was spotless and well maintained. The location of the property is beautiful. However, the master bedroom bed needs a new mattress. The current one is lopsided, old, and very uncomfortable. That needs to be handled immediately as we had to change rooms to get a good night’s sleep.
