Great home to stay in for all ages! The kids’ playroom and game room were a great bonus! Plenty of room for all! We had 8 adults and 4 children under 7. Would definitely recommend! The host is so responsive and helpful!

This house was once a beauty, but is need of serious repair. There is evidence of mold in the garage. We never did get the golf cart to work and never got a response from the property manager about why the cart didn't work. The interior was very nice and accomidated my family. There were plenty of towels and bathroom accessories, and dishware and pot and pans. The boat dock was pretty dirty, but we used it for successful fishing. All in all, a pleasant 4 days.

Was part of a group of friends who rented this location to celebrate a friend's big birthday (40). The house made a fabulous hangout for several of us to get together and celebrate. The large dining room table was a perfect fit for our group that allowed all of us to sit comfortably. The beds and couches in the house provided ample sleeping options that meant none of us had to share. The backyard with its pier overlooking the lake provided an excellent backdrop to our festivities. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We eve saw a few deer in the neighborhood yards in the morning.
There were a few minor negatives though.
Being a waterfront property in Texas, the mosquitos were everywhere and their presence limited how much we could enjoy the grand patio and balcony. We didn't think to bring citronella candles or anything to manage them.
The checkout instructions included steps for the alarm system but the alarm panel didn't match the instructions. This caused some confusion and concern among our group as we prepared to depart.
As far as negatives go, both of those are very minor but easily remedied if you know in advance on what to expect. We would definitely return here again.

We would stay here again. Very peaceful and we loved staying here. We were celebrating our daughters wedding and Christmas. The house was decorated and we really enjoyed it. We did run low on tp, but that is no biggie and setting the alarm when leaving was difficult. We enjoyed the golf cart ride around the neighborhood. Loved seeing the wildlife too.

The Home was very nice and very clean. It was the perfect location for our family event. The decor is especially nice. There’s plenty of dishes for our large gathering. I would definitely rent here again.

This house had everything we needed and more. We had 4 generations of family from 2 months old to 75 years old.(5 of them were teenagers), and this house was able to accommodate all 13 of us very comfortably.. The kids loved fishing from the dock or feedong the ducks corn every morning. Plenty of room to seat everyone inside and out.
Close to the Renaissance Festival, and we were able to rent a boat from the marina and spend a day on Lake Conroe.
The owner was very prompt, efficient, and flexible with or schedule as we had people arriving from 3 different states. Highly recommend. We are hoping to be back next year.

This was our second family visit to this property and both visits were great. The house is a little older but well maintained. Our host Denise always does an exceptional job taking care of us. Our kids love fishing off the docks and our boat facilities are goods. We plan to return in the Fall.

The house is in nice location and nicely decorated, it’s definitely older home and could use some updating in some areas. We had everything we needed inside. But the property is infested with wasp and made it very unpleasant and unsafe to be outdoors on back patio and in backyard and even the deck as much as we would have liked. They were everywhere and getting in the house when we opened any door. Lots of spiders and cobwebs too. Overall the outdoors needs a lot of care.

My family and I stayed here to celebrate our granddaughter's high school graduation. Upon arrival the house was sparkling clean. We had a good time exploring the home. The kids were super excited to find the hidden playroom! The house has a lot of charm and character. The golf cart was a big hit! We drove around the neighborhood and were delighted to see how friendly the neighbors are. We enjoyed our evening trips to the local quick marts to get ice cream. My husband and I had brunch at the Yacht Club, The food was good. Denise was very responsive and answered our messages within minutes of being sent. We will definitely stay again.

This place was absolutely great for a large group and ideal for family fun. Situated right on the edge of the lake of Lake Conroe. We had two boat slips, access to a golf cart in the garage, a karaoke machine, a foosball machine, a new grill and several TVs throughout the house. The house sleeps 14 but there were still several cots in the closet and it could’ve slept more. All of the beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean and there was a starter roll of toilet paper, paper towels, as well as laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, and hand soap in every room, all waiting for us upon arrival. After checking in, we noticed that a few of the items were not functioning as promised (for example, the foosballs were missing out of the foosball table so we couldn’t play) so we reached out to the owner, who immediately rectified any and everything that evening without even asking for an explanation or attempting to blame us (I.e. for losing the balls). I really appreciated her swift, prompt, blameless approach to handling our complaints. Once our details were handled, she continued to ship us more comfort items like new grill pieces, and even more foosballs throughout our stay. The owner went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and we not only felt comfortable, but have had very loving memorable stay in her home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and will definitely use it again.

My family and I came down for the week of Spring Break. We had a very enjoyable visit. The house was very nice as was the location. I brought my boat and the 2 slips came in handy as well as easy access to a nearby boat ramp. Everyone loved fishing off the docks and yes, they all caught fish. The only real problem was the WiFi was very slow which I addressed and the management promised to fix quickly. This is a nice property in a nice neighborhood and great access to the lake. We plan to use it again over the summer.

We booked this home for our daughters wedding weekend. Great house, great location for us. House does need fresh coat of paint and Wi-Fi was very slow, but NO regrets. It had the perfect space for us and our 8 out of town guests. Beautiful back porch to enjoy lovely weather. Would definitely book again if the need arises.

It is a good size home, comfortable, with many amenities. It's definitely set up for groups of people. The bedrooms were all set up well, the master is quite lovely, it's the size of a studio apartment! The home is older, and yes, there were a couple of issues, but the owner and I were in communication, and they addressed an questions or concerns I had. It was nice having the fishing pier, and the golf cart. Being able to enjoy the pool at the yacht club was fun. This was my first time using VRBO, And definitely will be planning more getaways in the future.

The property had dust and hair everywhere. The home smelled old and stale. We had to go buy cleaning supplies and air freshener. We personally swept and mopped the floors and wiped down counters and bathrooms the moment we arrived. The fridge was filthy, we cleaned it before we put any food in it. We had to clean the tubs so that our younger children could bathe (they were full of hair). The view from the backyard was of the lake canal and a boat ramp. The down stairs restroom had a leak. There was water everywhere. We think it was the shower so we just stop using that shower and we put towels down to soak up the water. The Main bedroom upstairs was nice however the bathroom toilet seat is falling apart. Also the backdoor door knob was extremely loose to where we decided to block it with a chair and tell visitors to use a different door. My husband finally decided to fix it the last night we was there. The furniture is old and dirty. We asked for the neighborhood pool key and the host accused us of stealing it. We went back and forth with Denise saying we must have took it or something. I do not know what she was talking about. Just so happened the pool gate was open so we took a few children to swim. Soon as we walked into the pool area a family was there and they got out of the pool and walked by us calling us the N word. Now we know why the pool key was not left on the counter for us to use. Other than that the house does have the space it claims to have. The backyard is nice and spacious.
