The property was as advertised and within walking distance to downtown and restaurants. The unit was clean and very quiet. Great jumping-off spot for the area's activities. Highly recommend.

The accommodation is close to town; within walking distance of local shops, cafes and surrounding the home and neighborhood is beautifully landscaped. Kitchen is equipped with microwave, coffeemaker, fridge; no stove and tv, cell reception is good. Bath supplies are generous and beds very comfortable.

Great location, spacious studio. Nice little extras like coffee and the owners left us bananas and muffins. We were coming in late and they left some of the inside lights on for us which was nice. Nice towels, linens and comfy beds.

This place was amazing. It’s one of the best places we have rented. It has everything you needed and more. It is in a really great area. There is a pool right down the street that was either 4.00 or 6.00 per person and also a park right there. The outdoor table and chairs is in a great location with all shade. The owners yard and property looked amazing! I highly recommend this place for a couple getaway or even bringing your kids.

We loved our stay here! The apartment was cozy and clean and well equipped and even larger In person, plus it’s within walking distance to town. Very friendly owners! We loved Brevard and it’s wonderful shops and proximity to great hiking. Will definitely be back!

Studio 84 was perfectly located in Brevard. I was able to walk each morning to Bracken Bakery (check them out) for delicious scones. I was able to easily access a variety of hiking trails and outdoor activities. It was a peaceful stay in a well-kept studio. I would definitely come back.

I couldn’t have been better taken care of. The room was more charming even than the pictures and I would definitely recommend this place. The owner was so friendly and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant place to stay!

Great stay in Brevard
Wonderful location, walked to town. We went tubing and kayaking on the French Broad River just a short distance from our lodging. I will stay here again. Owner lives upstairs and easy to talk with.

Perfect Place
This place was perfect for our visit to Brevard! Great accommodations. It was walking distance to town. There were special touches the property owner left for us that really was welcoming for our stay. Muffins and crackers, great linens. Plenty of books to read. It was so great. Traveled to hike and explore the area with 2 dear friends. It was a sweet town with lots of charm. Thank you for a great experience!

The property is exactly as described and even better in person. Beds are super comfortable, bathroom has a terrific shower and there is plenty of room to stretch out. If you have leftovers from your dinner the night before, you can store them in the fridge and heat them up the next day in the microwave. Lots of coffee for the Keurig, along with creamer. The walk to the center of Brevard is less than 5 minutes. Enjoyed this gem!
