As usual, Osi’s unit is spotless. Well equipped. Beach toys. Noodles. Nice beach chairs. New umbrella. Beach cart. Screened lanai and large deck box plus 4 chairs and table. Well equipped kitchen. Nice appliances. We love the full-size stack LG washer and dryer in the hallway. Comfortable bed. Very nice shower. Four beach towels. Just bring your swimsuits, sunscreen and toothbrush and toothpaste. Everything else is provided. The Ritz Carlton Residences surround the property, but it didn’t bother us & our 5yo grandson had a ball watching the “working men”. Thanks Osi for another excellent stay!!

I have stayed here a couple of times now and we came back because of the great experience we had the first time. The location to the beach is perfect and an easy to walk. Everything you need for the beach is provided. The property manager is very quick to respond to any needs and extremely flexible. I had to reschedule due to a death in the family and they were extremely accommodating!! I would highly recommend this property and will definitely be back!

Wonderful little place to stay! Walk to Vanderbilt Beach is very close. Only downfall is construction and street closure. We left for the day so it wasn’t an issue for us. Would recommend! It was perfect for us!

The apartment was everything that we were told. Close to the beach, undercover parking, full kitchen and right next to a construction site on both sides of the apartment. FYI the best time to have breakfast on the patio is at 9:00am sharp. That is when the break whistle blows and the construction noise stops for about 20 minutes. Inside the apartment you don't hear any construction noise. Naples Beach is beautiful, The sand is soft, no sharp sea shells to cut your bare feet and if you walk a tad from the entrance of the beach you will avoid the crowd and have lots of personal space. The walk was easy for us to do, because Osi provided a beach cart along with 2 top quality beach chairs and 1 Umbrella all made by Tommy Bahama. Our only disappointment was a single but large screen Samsung Smart TV. It would of been nice to have an additional TV of any size in the bedroom area as well. We are 2 adults but we do watch different programming. Even if the 2nd TV were not hard wired to the cable box I would not of cared. Today most people steam TV programming like Netflix via a WiFi connection either from a cell phone or they bring a firestick. The apartment WiFi speed of 100 Mbps was more then sufficient for steaming. Osi was a fantastic host. The coffee maker provided was of single cup design. While it makes coffee fast your choice of coffee grinds is very limited. I mentioned this to Osi and the same day she replaced the coffee maker with a standard drip 12 cup.

This place was in the perfect location for us with welcome party at the Ritz next door and wedding down the road at La Playa. The construction noise may have been the only downfall, but was communicated prior. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone traveling to the area.

Our first impression upon arrival was that this place was extremely clean and well maintained. The location is outstanding. Yes, there is construction happening around it as the ad clearly states, but we actually enjoyed watching the workers’ progress as we sat by the pool.
The walk to the beach was literally minutes. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler and cart are all provided by host but you can also rent right at the end of the street on the beach.
We had absolutely no issues with the place and will definitely return!

Absolutely perfect location! 5 minute walk to the ocean and the beach cart, chairs, umbrella, cooler, and large beach towels were perfect for a day on the beach then a short walk to watch the sunset! Very clean condo with all the comforts of home! Definitely booking again!

We had a great stay in North Naples. Our host Osi could not have been more helpful, and the condo itself suited the two of us well. Easy walk to Vanderbilt Beach. Only issues were related to nearby construction, which is obviously a temporary situation.

Comfortable with all the amenities we needed. Hot tub was not available but pool was. We just didn’t take time with so many other things to do. Our host was very responsive but we had no complaints. We would most definitely stay here again and work with this host.

A week away, and Naples was exactly what I needed! This beautiful little piece of paradise, was the perfect answer to what I was hoping for, as it was close to the beach, and I spent the entire week in the sunshine, listening to the ocean waves crashing on the shore.

I was in need of a place within walking distance of the beach that was affordable, secure, with all the basic amenities. This apartment met all my criteria!
Very clean and well appointed.
The construction currently in process , did not disturb me at all and I was able to get some much needed sleep! The rooftop pool was a wonderful bonus and a lovely place to relax. The jacuzzi was out of order, unfortunately.
My car was parked securely under the building and it stayed parked for most of my visit. Great if you want to get out and Walk , especially for the stunning sunsets every night. 🌅

We have stayed at many condos, this unit went above and beyond on all the small things that most don’t have or you don’t think of to bring with you. Inside everything was immaculate, looks completely brand new. Have everything you need for the beach including the oversized wheel cart to haul it all in. Great back saver!! The beach is less then a five minute walk away. For those reviews complaining about the construction, go to any city and that’s the daily outside noise. Was not a big deal. We were only on outside patio at night time and was super quite. During the day if the patio door is closed can barely hear anything outside. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay that’s minutes from the beach and not overpriced, this is the place to stay. Thank you for a perfect week getaway.

We rented this for my mom who came down recently for a visit. We wanted to give her the "beach vacation" experience. It was great.
She is 82 and has difficulty with stairs. Elevator access to be room was important. Check. Elevator access to the pool. Check. She spent every day at the pool! She ate breakfast every morning and read her book everyday on the lanai. Check. She took her morning walk to the beach everyday with her walking poles. Check. Sunset on the beach. Check. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Grab bars in the shower. Check. Beach chairs available. Check. Great price. Check.
The only drawback was the obstructed view of the bay because of construction. Not a big deal. Not the fault of the owner.
The bed was pretty high but we found a step stool available in the condo and it resolved the problem.
Overall, she is still raving about it to all of her friends and family back up north!

The location of the property was great . . . 2-3 blocks from Vanderbilt Beach. It was clean and well stocked for visitors. We loved the pool on the roof! Jacuzzi was not functioning at the time. However, this was a peaceful and quiet area with a great location to everything. We had a super time and would book here again.
Osi was welcoming and helpful; a great host that is only there if you reach out with a question. Easy check-in and check-out!

Convenient location, near everything we needed restaurants, fitness, shopping, library, beaches and unique rooftop pool. Very well maintained and quiet despite construction in the area. We will definitely stay there again.

The property was in disrepair - outlets didn't work, drapes didn't work, couch went to floor. Bed was too high and hard to get into, TV had very limited selection. Condo maintenance had people coming in and out our unit and leaving doors open at any time. Heavy construction on all 4 sides of building including roads making it hard to access.

You can't get a better location for the price! This unit is just a short walk across the beach that offers glimpses of the Gulf from the decks and great views of the canal from your lanai.
The unit had everything we needed. I appreciated all the items that were left like laundry and dishwasher detergent, as well as the beach chairs and towels.
This was a great vacation and we would definitely stay at this location again!

This is a nice condo close to the beach with under building parking. There's some nice amenities in the unit including washer/dryer and a dishwasher. The building is close to the beach. The beach was open, but no one was going into the water. Also, there is some construction going on across the street. We were out, or the door was closed, so we didn't really hear too much. Couple minute drive to Mercato which is nice.

I had to find a place to stay for a week while going back and forth to my condo that received Hurricane Ian damage outside of Fort Myers Beach. I wanted nothing fancy but this condo was perfect. It was VERY clean and at great location. I knew coming here that several places near the beach would be closed but I was still able to enjoy the beach and the scenery. There was construction going on around the condo which the host mentioned. That did not bother me at all. And the host was VERY nice on the phone!

Well appointed clean & cozy condo near Vanderbilt Beach access! Super comfortable bed and pillows with full kitchen and relaxing living area. Lanai view of bay delightful for early morning coffee and late afternoon cocktail. Location is convenient to all Naples has to offer! Hope to return for another visit…Osi is a fantastic hostess!!

Very happy with our stay. 3 minute walk to the beach and if you were all sandy, the building had rinse stations in the garage area so you could clean up before going back to your condo. Unit was clean, bed comfortable, well equipped kitchen, AC worked great. Fast WI-FI! Loved the covered parking especially during the day. Had 2 issues during the stay that were quickly addressed! Osi was a great host! Would definitely recommend and would also stay there again. By the way, the construction was not that bad. I sat on the patio in the morning and had coffee and it didn't bother me. Thanks for a great stay!

Loved the Condo! Exactly the way, it was described. Osi was a wonderful Host, and had great communication. Pool and Hot Tub was enjoyable, up on the roof. The Elevator was very handy, and entrance into the Condo was perfect upon arrival. Parking for Handicap or assigned parking, was convenient and acceptable. Thanks for all that you had provided, for my comfortable stay at your "Little Piece Of Paradise"

The property is in a fantastic location literally a 4 minute walk to Vanderbilt Beach, a fantastic beach for swimming and watching the amazing sunsets. And, if you're feeling lazy, you can take the elevator to the 3rd floor roofdeck pool which was usually being used by very few guests. Osi, the owner / prop manager was great and extremely helpful with a couple of issues (internet and remote tv control problem). I would rent this place again and again. Its not big per se but with the location you shouldnt be inside anyways. There is a downside however in that there is construction going on and I believe plans for a high rise development as well - that might change things but I was told in advance of the road work and paving being done, so I have no complaint other than the noise and dust did limit my time on the back deck. Again, not withstanding the potential construction issues, everything else about this rental was top notch including tv/cable, air conditioning controls, bath and shower etc etc.

Nice Stay
Everything about the unit itself was terrific. It was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, washer and dryer were great, kitchen was well equipped, and overall, it was just as pictured. The rooftop pool was wonderful.....clean, never crowded and much nicer than the crowded beach!
The only negative is the construction currently going on all around the unit. I hate mentioning it as I realize it is not the owner's fault, but it really is something that needs to be noted as it creates a lot of dust on the lanai and a lot of noise that starts in the early morning. This unit is in a great location...close to the beach, restaurants, great walking paths.....so if you don't plan on spending much time on the lanai and you're an early riser....it's still a great place.

Great place by beach
Updated, clean condo. Price was affordable. Walking (5 min) distance to Vanderbilt Beach. Heated pool on rooftop was never busy and has a great view. Conveniently located by restaurants, shopping and groceries. We’ve stayed here before and will stay again. There is construction going on during the day, but we were always out and about. Owners are nice and quick to respond.

Like other reviewers said, everything included. This place had it all and was a perfect set up for 2 people.. Clean, close to the Beach. We actually went to Delnor State park because Vanderbilt had a Beach renourushment project going on. But, overall the condo had everthing. Well thought out for incoming guest. We booked for next year for this same time. Can't wait. Thanks Osi
